本发明提供了一种辅助治疗感冒的洋葱片及其制备方法,其由50-60%的洋葱粉,30-40%芋头粉,5%的白砂糖,1%黄芪粉,1%连翘粉,1%桔梗粉,1%生姜粉,1%维生素C制备而成;本发明及营业与保健于一体,即具有补充营养的作用,也具有一定的防治感冒的药理作用。

一种辅助治疗感冒的洋葱片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明专利属于保健食品领域,是一种辅助治疗感冒的洋葱片的制备方法。
背景技术
洋葱在我国种植广泛,洋葱鳞茎和叶子含有一种称为硫化丙烯的油脂性挥发物,具有辛简辣味,这种物质能抗寒,抵御流感病毒,因此洋葱是一种很好的预防和辅助治疗感冒的食物。随着科学技术的发展,洋葱这种集营养和保健于一体的食品材料越来越受到人们的关注,以洋葱为主要原料的保健食品也应运而生。
维生素C和生姜具有预防感冒的作用,作为一种辅料加入食品中对治疗感冒具有很好的辅助作用。黄芪,连翘,桔梗三味中草药具有健脾益气,清热解毒的作用。芋头粉口感顺滑,作为辅料添加可以使食品口感适宜,更容易让人们接受。
发明一种即具有保健作用,又具有一定的营养、药理作用的日常可以使用的以洋葱为主要原料的保健品是本领域技术人员可以深入研究的问题。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种营养均衡,药食同源的洋葱片,同时提供了其制备方法。
本发明专利所采用的技术方案是:一种洋葱片的制备方法,包括以下工序:洋葱和芋头干燥制粉、溶解调配、成型。
洋葱片制备方法具体如下:1、洋葱和芋头干燥制粉:将新鲜洋葱和芋头清洗和去杂,通过热风干燥的方式干燥后,粉碎过80目的筛子得到洋葱粉和芋头粉。2、配方:按照50-60%的洋葱粉,30-40%芋头粉,5%的白砂糖,1%黄芪粉,1%连翘粉,1%桔梗粉,1%生姜粉,1%维生素C比例用常规成片工艺压制成片。
所述芋头在清洗去杂后还可以在2%的食盐水浸泡15-30分钟。
本发明采用以上技术方案,生产工艺合理且保留了洋葱的主要营养成分,是一种集营养和保健于一体的洋葱片。
本发明中洋葱和芋头制粉过程中干燥温度是关键点之一,干燥温度过高容易导致洋葱焦糊,干燥温度过低容易产生异味,因此干燥温度一般选用80℃左右。
本发明中芋头粉制作过程中的护色是关键控制点之一,如果不进行护色所得的芋头粉呈现暗黄色,降低了其美观性,故采用2%的食盐水就行护色,所得到的芋头粉呈现亮白色,具有芋头本来的特性。
药效实验
为了验证洋葱片辅助治疗感冒的效果,选取了青岛农业大学校医院120名感冒学生为样本进行了试验。将120名学生在正常治疗条件下,其中60名学生坚持每天3次服用洋葱片,通过比较治愈所用时间判断洋葱片是否具有辅助治疗感冒的作用。
试验结果表明,本发明对辅助治疗感冒具有非常好的效果,60个按照普通治疗方案进行治疗的学生在治疗5-6天后感冒痊愈,60个在普通治疗方案基础上服用洋葱片的学生在4-5天内便可痊愈,治愈时间提前了1-2天,治疗时间缩短了20%-40%,且没有任何毒副作用,因此可以判定洋葱片对辅助治疗感冒具有很好的辅助治疗效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
取洋葱和芋头干燥制粉:将新鲜洋葱和芋头清洗和去杂,芋头加入2%的食盐水浸泡15-30分钟,热风干燥的方式干燥后,粉碎过80目的筛子得到洋葱粉和芋头粉;按照60%的洋葱粉,30%芋头粉,5%的白砂糖,1%黄芪粉,1%连翘粉,1%桔梗粉,1%生姜粉,1%维生素C的比例常规压片工艺压制成片。
实施例2

取洋葱和芋头干燥制粉:将新鲜洋葱和芋头清洗和去杂,芋头加入2%的食盐水浸泡15-30分钟,热风干燥的方式干燥后,粉碎过80目的筛子得到洋葱粉和芋头粉;按照55%的洋葱粉,45%芋头粉,5%的白砂糖,1%黄芪粉,1%连翘粉,1%桔梗粉,1%生姜粉,1%维生素C的比例常规压片工艺压制成片。

1.一种辅助治疗感冒的洋葱片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:洋葱粉50-60%,芋头粉30-40%,白砂糖5%,黄芪粉1%,连翘粉1%,桔梗粉1%,生姜粉1%,维生素C1%。
2.一种权利要求1所述的洋葱片的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
1)洋葱和芋头干燥制粉:将新鲜洋葱和芋头清洗和去杂,通过热风干燥的方式干燥后,粉碎过80目的筛子得到洋葱粉和芋头粉;
2)取50-60%的洋葱粉,30-40%芋头粉,5%白砂糖,1%黄芪粉,1%连翘粉,1%桔梗粉,1%生姜粉,1%维生素C,压制成片即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,芋头在清洗去杂后还包括在2%的食盐水中浸泡15-30分钟。
