背景技术
例如在研发销售点陈列件或包装或用于市场目的的其它特征的背景下,目前希望可能产生弯曲形式来吸引顾客。示例可以是用于建造软饮料罐或香料缸等大比例模型的圆筒形或椭圆形的包装和销售点陈列件,其可被用于例如用于市场目的的超级市场。
目前,可以通过纸板或各种类型的瓦楞板——单面瓦楞板或双面瓦楞板制作陈列件或包装。这些材料的问题是它们不能让陈列件或包装弯曲而不遭遇问题。
如果弯曲为过小的半径,则高克数的纸板和双面瓦楞板可能变形。纸板和单面瓦楞板缺乏稳定性,并且将更重的物品固定于其上而不变形或坍塌的可能性被限制,藉此使得很难制造例如陈列架的结构。由于缺乏稳定性,单面瓦楞板不适于转换操作。
因而需要改进的可平滑弯曲的板。
发明内容

由于瓦楞板的刚性,还很难以得到合意圆形的方式接合材料末端。关于垂直于瓦楞状管弯曲材料的另一个问题是材料将沿竖直直立方向得到低的抗弯刚度。因此,例如陈列架能够承受的极限负载将十分受限。如果相反瓦楞板沿瓦楞状管被弯曲,则需要大约3-4倍的更大半径以避免扭折。

通过在第一外层内具有比第二外层更高的抗弯刚度,可平滑弯曲的板很难沿第一外层面向的方向弯曲。
可平滑弯曲的板可具有中间层,其为包括凹槽的瓦楞状层。可平滑弯曲的板可仅沿第二层面向的方向向外可弯,其中所述方向实质上垂直于中间层的凹槽。
可平滑弯曲的板可具有第二外层的选定的抗弯刚度,这样第二外层的每个部段呈现根据下述方程式的翘曲:
第一和/或第二外层可由具有适于打印的表面的材料制成。
如前所述,可平滑弯曲的板的一个应用是使用它作为广告陈列件或包装。令表面适于此就简化了制造和加工。
第一外层可由衬垫、纸张或塑料之一制成,或由衬垫、纸张或塑料中的任意两个或更多个合成的复合层叠件制成,或由复合材料制成。
这些材料展示了用于第一外层的抗弯刚度所需的特性并且容易适于适应不同的需求以便根据不同的用途改变可平滑弯曲的板。例如可直接连接于凹槽或层叠在连接于凹槽的另一表面顶部上的任何种类的可印刷表面或中间层的其它形式是可以想象的。
第二外层可由衬垫、纸张或塑料之一制成,或由衬垫、纸张或塑料中的任意两个或更多个合成的复合层叠件制成,或由复合材料制成。
第一外层和/或第二外层可由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜之一或复合材料制成,或由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜或复合材料如纤维素纤维增强聚合物(例如包括纳纤维素)中任意两个或更多个的层叠件制成。
这些材料展示了用于第二外层的抗弯刚度所需的特性并且容易适于适应不同的需求以便根据不同的用途改变可平滑弯曲的板。
瓦楞状中间层可包括A、B、C、E、F、G或K的任意凹槽尺寸,或由其它适宜的芯材例如包含空腔的热成型结构的芯构成。它可能例如为带有杯状印记(点状支撑)的芯材。热成型芯可形成连续的中间层或它可形成其中在第一和第二层之间间歇地存在热成型芯材的中间层。热成型芯例如可由塑料或纤维素基的材料制成。在利用热成型芯的情形下,热成型芯必须是柔性的以便能够遵循第一和第二外层的弯曲。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造包括中间层、第一外层和第二外层的可平滑弯曲的板的方法,其中所述方法包括:
-将第一外层连接于中间层,产生单面板;
-将第二外层连接于中间层,
其中第二外层具有根据ISO5628比第一外层低的抗弯刚度,这样可平滑弯曲的板仅沿第二层面向的方向向外可弯。
所述方法还包括:
-将所述单面板布置成使得在将第二外层连接于中间层之前它是平坦的。
这就确保了可平滑弯曲的板不沿不期望的方向弯曲。
所述方法还包括:
-利用最初沿第一层面向的方向弯曲的单面板,并且在连接第二外层之前将最初弯曲的单面板设置为平坦的。
通过利用最初沿瓦楞状中间层方向弯曲的单面瓦楞板,并且在连接第二外层之前将其设置为平坦的;可平滑弯曲的板更难沿第二层面向的方向自发弯曲。通过利用该制造方法,可能为材料增加抗弯力(沿朝向第二外层的方向)。
所述方法还包括:
-将第一外层连接于中间层,产生单面板;
-将瓦楞状的该单面板布置成使得它沿第二层面向的方向弯曲;
-将第二外层到连接于弯曲的瓦楞状中间层。
结果将是限制最初弯曲的材料返回平坦状态,但它仍然还朝第二层面向和垂直于瓦楞状中间层的凹槽的方向可弯。
当可平滑弯曲的板的中间层是包括凹槽或其它适宜芯材例如热成型芯的瓦楞状层时,可使用该方法。对于上述方法来说,在第一外层连接于中间层上之前,第二外层可连接于中间层上。第一外层和第二外层可同时连接于中间层上。

在附图中,相同的特征具有相同的附图标记。
图1a示意性地公开了根据现有技术的单面瓦楞板。该单面瓦楞板1包括与包括凹槽的瓦楞状层3相连的第一外层2。单面瓦楞板1不展现巨大刚性值因为其意图包裹在例如由玻璃或瓷制成的易碎物体周围。
图1b示意性地公开了根据现有技术的双面瓦楞板4。除第一外层2和包括凹槽的瓦楞状层3外,该双面瓦楞板4还包括第二外层5。第二外层5与第一外层2的种类相同,旨在赋予双面瓦楞板4高的刚性和强度,因为它意图用于包装。同时它在不变形的情况下是高度不可弯的。
图2a示意性地公开了根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6。根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6包括第一外层2、中间层3和由带有比第一外层2低抗弯刚度的材料制成的第二外层5。虽然图2中的可平滑弯曲的板示出了瓦楞状中间层3,但是中间层3不局限于瓦楞状层。
以下描述也适用于具有例如由热成型芯制成的中间层的可平滑弯曲的板。当阐述瓦楞状中间层时,可以想象它反而具有热成型芯。根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6的第一外层2和第二外层5可为单层或具有上述的特性的两个或更多层的层叠件。外层也可被涂覆或与另一层如薄膜层叠在一起以实现阻挡层特性,例如防止湿气、水蒸汽、油脂、香气、氧气或防止来自紫外线油墨的挥发物如矿物油和自由基成分或其它挥发物移动的阻挡层。包括凹槽的瓦楞状层3可以包括单层凹槽或两层或更多层的凹槽,其中每层可具有相同的凹槽尺寸或不同的凹槽尺寸。
第一外层2和所述第二外层5可具有现有技术已知的适于打印的表面。
图2b示意性地示出根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6沿第二层5的面向且垂直于瓦楞状中间层3的凹槽的方向被向外弯曲。第二外层5的低抗弯刚度与第一外层2的高抗弯刚度一同使得这成为可能。相同特性使得可平滑弯曲的板6很难以相反方向弯曲而无一个层或多个层2、3或5的变形。
通过将第二外层5施加于单面瓦楞板(如图1a所示的单面瓦楞板)来制造如图2b所示的可平滑弯曲的板6。藉由淀粉胶、熔融粘合剂或适于将一个层连接于凹槽层的任何其它种类的紧固装置,第二外层5被施加于单面瓦楞板。紧固装置可包含其它功能元件,从而例如实现之前已经提及的阻挡层特性。
通常当瓦楞板被平放在表面上时总体施加第二外层。为了确保可平滑弯曲的板6平坦,可能适于使用沿瓦楞状中间层3的方向最初弯曲的单面瓦楞板,并且在连接第二外层5之前将其设置为平坦。则可平滑弯曲的板6更难沿第二层所面向的方向自发弯曲。通过利用该制造方法,有可能为材料增加抗弯性(沿朝第二外层的方向)。
根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6应当可能弯曲成对应于小于标准瓦楞板能弯曲成的最小半径的半径。在弯曲根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6后,肯定没有折缝即所述板的第一外层2的折叠。可平滑弯曲的板6的第一外层2在弯曲后变得凸起。在图2中,出于说明性的原因,第二外层5的翘曲不存在。翘曲的构思如图3所示。
图3示出图2b中的可平滑弯曲的板6闭合。在图3中,第一外层显示平滑和连续的半径而无折缝。瓦楞状中间层3包括面对第二外层5的若干峰7和面对第一外层的若干谷8。在峰7之间,第二外层包括部段9。当材料沿可弯的方向受到弯曲时,得到平滑且连续的半径的一个条件是第二外层5应当在瓦楞状中间层3的每个峰7之间翘曲。当第二外层5的每个部段9展现翘曲时,弯曲能够跨过材料的每个部段分布。在图3中,为说明性的目的示出第二外层的翘曲尺寸,并且该尺寸可根据例如弯曲度和所选择的材料而变化。
翘曲的构思在上面更详细地进行了描述。
当根据本发明的可平滑弯曲的板6受到弯曲时,如果第二外层5的抗弯刚度足够低的话,则第二外层5中的材料开始在瓦楞状中间层3的顶端7之间翘曲。
为了测试可平滑弯曲的板能够被弯曲而不致材料损伤的最小半径,已经研发了特殊的测试用具。测试用具包括带有直径102mm、75mm、34mm、33mm、20mm和12mm的光滑表面的六个管。所述管优选由金属制成并且被安装在基底例如用于稳定性的横梁或工作台上。
所有板的试样的宽度是105mm,即被切为两半的A4纸的尺寸。试样的长度是297mm,即A4纸的长度。根据ISO187处理所有试样(在30%RH、23℃下预处理,并且随后在50%RH、23℃下预处理)。
选定的试件首先围绕最大的管被弯曲并且随后被目视检查以检测对材料的任何损伤。试件被弯曲180°,即试件的两端指向同一方向。如果视觉上检测不到损伤,则试件围绕第二大的管弯曲并且以同样的方式被评价。利用较小的管径重复该步骤直至材料被弯曲工序所损坏或直至材料成功地通过围绕最小12mm的管的弯曲。除了测试不同类型的平滑弯曲瓦楞板外,还对纸板的等级进行选择。除了PE层叠的瓦楞板外,还测试483E等级(户外陈列件使用的E-凹槽610g/m2,其中凹槽被层叠于衬垫+PE层+MG纸上)。
表1示出述弯曲测试的结果。OK!意味着视觉上看不到损伤。Fail!意味着视觉上在任何外层内看到损伤例如扭折。在等级前面的*表示所述板根据本发明制造。

从表1可以看出,根据本发明的所有可平滑弯曲的板能够弯曲为小于常规板的半径而不展现对任何外层的视觉损伤。从图1可以看出,483E等级已经在102直径的管上失败了。
权利要求中提及的附图标记不应当看作是对权利要求保护客体的范围的限制,它们唯一的功能就是令权利要求更易于理解。
要明白,本发明能够在各种明显的方面进行改进,都不脱离所附权利要求的范围。因此,关于其的附图和描述被认为是实际上说明性的而非限制性的。
Claims (13)
1.一种包括中间层(3)、连接于所述中间层(3)的第一外层(2)和连接于所述中间层(3)的第二外层(5)的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第二外层(5)具有根据ISO5628比所述第一外层(2)低的抗弯刚度从而所述可平滑弯曲的板(6)仅沿所述第二层(5)面向的方向向外可弯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述中间层(3)是包括凹槽的瓦楞状层,并且所述可平滑弯曲的板(6)仅沿所述第二层(5)面向的方向向外可弯,其中所述方向实质上垂直于所述中间层(3)的所述凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:根据下述方程式选择所述第二外层(5)的抗弯刚度:
从而所述第二外层(5)的每个部段(9)根据下面的方程式呈现翘曲:
其中EIsecond outer layer是所述第二外层(5)的抗弯刚度,SCT是所述第二外层(5)根据ISO9895的短跨度压缩试验的抗压强度,λ是可平滑弯曲的板(6)的所述中间层(3)的所述凹槽的两个峰(7)之间的长度并且Pk是使所述第二外层(5)翘曲所需的翘曲力。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第一外层(2)和/或所述第二外层(5)由具有适于印刷的表面的材料制成。
5.根据任意一项前述权利要求所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第一外层(2)由衬垫、纸张或塑料之一制成,或由衬垫、纸张或塑料中任意两个或更多个合成的复合层叠件制成,或由复合材料制成。
6.根据任意一项前述权利要求所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第二外层(5)由衬垫、纸张或塑料之一制成,或由衬垫、纸张或塑料中任意两个或更多个合成的复合层叠件制成,或由复合材料制成。
7.根据任意一项前述权利要求所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第一外层(2)由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜之一或复合材料制成,或由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜或复合材料中任意两个或更多个的层叠件制成。
8.根据任意一项前述权利要求所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:所述第二外层(5)由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜之一或复合材料制成,或由精制纸、超级压光纸、机制有光纸、防油纸、新闻纸或机制抛光纸、衬垫、金属箔、金属化薄膜或复合材料中任意两个或更多个的层叠件制成。
9.根据权利要求2-8中任意一项所述的可平滑弯曲的板(6),其特征在于:瓦楞状的所述中间层(3)包括A、B、C、E、F、G或K的任意凹槽尺寸,或A、B、C、E、F、G或K的任何凹槽尺寸的组合。
10.一种用于制造包括中间层(3)、第一外层(2)和第二外层(5)的可平滑弯曲的板(6)的方法,其特征在于:
-将所述第一外层(2)连接于所述中间层(3),产生单面板;
-将所述第二外层(5)连接于所述中间层(3),
其中所述第二外层(5)具有根据ISO5628比所述第一外层(2)低的抗弯刚度从而所述可平滑弯曲的板(6)仅沿所述第二层(5)面向的方向向外可弯。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于制造可平滑弯曲的板(6)的方法,其特征在于:
-利用沿所述第一层(2)所面向的方向弯曲的最初弯曲的单面板,并且在连接所述第二外层(5)之前将该最初弯曲的单面板设置为平坦的。
12.根据权利要求10所述的用于制造可平滑弯曲的板(6)的方法,其特征在于:
-将所述第一外层(2)连接于所述中间层,产生单面板;
-将瓦楞状的所述单面板布置成使得它沿第二层所面向的方向弯曲;
-将所述第二外层连接于弯曲的瓦楞状的所述中间层。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任意一项所述的用于制造可平滑弯曲的板(6)的方法,其特征在于:所述中间层(3)是包括凹槽的瓦楞状层。
