Abstract

本发明涉及一种油田开采专用化学品,具体是一种耐高温堵水剂的制法,其特征是,所述耐高温堵水剂由如下重量百分比的原料在温度为30-150℃、钠离子含量≥10000mg/L的条件下混合而成:木质素磺酸钙45-50%,聚丙烯酰胺20-25%,三聚氰胺15-20%,高温稳定剂4%,pH调节剂3-4%,交联剂3-6%,上述原料配成100%。本发明的堵水剂适用于油田、油水井堵水调剖,具有强度好、耐高温、堵水效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田开采专用化学品,具体是一种耐高温堵水剂的制法。
背景技术
《精细石油化工进展》2006卷第7期公开了《油田用选择性堵水剂的研究及应用》,其以聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和木质磺酸钙(Ga-LS)为主要原料,有机铬类为交联剂,弱碱性物质为pH调节剂,制得选择性堵水剂。
《油田化学》1986年第3期公开了《木质磺酸钙-聚丙烯酰胺复合冻胶堵剂》公开了一种新的复合冻胶堵剂,它由木质磺酸钙与聚丙烯酰胺复合,用铬盐交联。
《油田化学》1990年01期公开了《改性木质素磺酸钙-聚丙烯酰胺堵剂及其性能的研究》公开了:木质素磺酸钠与苯酚、尿素和甲醛等物质反应好慢,可在适当条件下与聚丙烯酰胺交联,形成凝胶。在90℃下,胶凝时间为5-360小时。
浙江大学2001年10月公开了硕士论文《聚丙烯酰胺-木质素磺酸盐类选择性堵水剂的研究及应用》(论文作者:徐凤廷)研制了一种具有选择性的堵水剂,其由聚丙烯酰胺与木质素磺酸盐在一定条件下发生缩合反应,生产一种新型的成胶物质PAM-Ca-LS,该主剂与可与重铬酸钾和硫脲在40~90℃下成胶,该文献并研究了最佳反应条件。
《石油钻采工艺》1988年第7期《聚丙烯酰胺-木质素磺酸钠复合铬冻胶堵水技术》也公开了类似技术。
公开号为CN102002351A的中国专利公开了一种砾石充填井选择性化学堵水剂公开了采用聚丙烯酰胺、木质素磺酸盐、交联剂制成的堵水剂。
上述文献及公开专利作为本发明的现有技术在此引用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温堵水剂的制法,适用于油田油水井堵水调剖,具有强度好、耐高温、堵水效果好等优点。
本发明具体采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温堵水剂的制法,其特征是,所述耐高温堵水剂由如下重量百分比的原料在温度为30-150℃、钠离子含量≥10000mg/L的条件下混合而成:
上述原料配成100%。
所述高温稳定剂是硝基苯酚、2,4-二甲酚、2,4-二氯苯酚、4-氯-3-甲酚中的一种。
所述pH调节剂是氢氧化钠。
所述交联剂是重铬酸钠或硫酸铬钾。
本发明的基本原理是:木质素磺酸钙为含有刚性集团苯环的多羟基高分子,聚丙烯酰胺属于长链高分子化合物。木质磺酸钙及其形成的复合树脂中的醛基,可与三聚氰胺形成三聚氰胺树脂,使聚丙烯酰胺发生多点交联,形成木质素磺酸钙-三聚氰胺-聚丙烯酰胺复合树脂凝胶。
本发明的高温稳定剂酚类可与三聚氰胺树脂交联,进一步增大分子量,提高了堵水剂的堵水性能和耐高温性能。
本发明的堵水剂堵水率大于93%,可以在温度最高为180-220℃下保持稳定。
具体实施方式
所述耐高温堵水剂由如下重量百分比的原料在温度为140℃、钠离子含量为15000mg/L的条件下混合而成:

1.一种耐高温堵水剂的制法,其特征是,所述耐高温堵水剂由如下重量百分比的原料在温度为30-150℃、钠离子含量≥10000mg/L的条件下混合而成:
上述原料配成100%;
所述高温稳定剂是硝基苯酚、2,4-二甲酚、2,4-二氯苯酚、4-氯-3-甲酚中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温堵水剂的制法,其特征是,所述pH调节剂是氢氧化钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温堵水剂的制法,其特征是,所述交联剂是重铬酸钠或硫酸铬钾。
