Claims (23)
1. Способ сохранения разобщения пластов в подземной скважине, имеющей ствол в котором присутствует сероводород, включающий:
(i) закачивание цементного раствора, содержащего материал, который набухает при приведении в контакт с сероводородом, в указанный ствол скважины;
(ii) обеспечение возможности схватывания и затвердевания цементного раствора;
(iii) в случае разрушения цементной матрицы или связывания - воздействие на схватившийся цемент флюидов скважины, которые содержат сероводород; и
(iv) самопроизвольное набухание указанного материала, восстанавливая тем самым разобщение пластов.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанный материал содержит природный каучук, нитрильный каучук, бутадиен-стирольный каучук, полимеры или сополимеры, содержащие этилен, пропилен или этилен и пропилен, бутил(изобутен-изопреновый) каучук, гидрированный бутадиен-нитрильный каучук, акрилонитрил-бутадиеновый сополимер или их комбинации.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором концентрация указанного материала в цементном растворе составляет от около 5 процентов до около 50 процентов в расчете на объем твердой смеси.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором средний размер частиц указанного материала составляет от около 10 мкм до около 1000 мкм.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором сероводород является сверхкритическим, влажным, сухим или растворенным в нефти или воде.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором ствол скважины проходит через по меньшей мере один пласт, содержащий флюид, в котором концентрация сероводорода составляет более около пяти молей на литр.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором цементный раствор содержит один или более элементов, выбранных из списка, содержащего портландцемент, кальциево-алюминатный цемент, золу-унос, шлак доменных печей, известково-кремнеземистые смеси, цеолиты, геополимеры, цементы Сореля, химически связанные фосфатные керамические материалы и полимерные смолы.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором изделие трубчатой формы содержит один или более элементов, выбранных из списка, содержащего буровую трубу, обсадную трубу, хвостовик и гибкие трубы.
9. Способ цементирования подземной скважины, имеющей ствол в котором присутствует сероводород, включающий:
(i) закачивание водного цементного раствора, содержащего материал, который набухает при приведении в контакт с сероводородом, в указанный ствол скважины;
(ii) обеспечение возможности схватывания и затвердевания цементного раствора;
(iii) в случае разрушения цементной матрицы или связывания - воздействие на схватившийся цемент флюидов скважины, которые содержат сероводород; и
(iv) самопроизвольное набухание указанного материала, восстанавливая тем самым разобщение пластов.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором указанный материал содержит природный каучук, нитрильный каучук, бутадиен-стирольный каучук, полимеры или сополимеры, содержащие этилен, пропилен или этилен и пропилен, бутил(изобутен-изопреновый) каучук, гидрированный бутадиен-нитрильный каучук, акрилонитрил-бутадиеновый сополимер или их комбинации.
11. Способ по п. 9 или 10, в котором концентрация указанного материала в цементном растворе составляет от около 5 процентов до около 50 процентов в расчете на объем твердой смеси.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 9-11, в котором средний размер частиц указанного материала составляет от около 10 мкм до около 1000 мкм.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 9-12, в котором сероводород является сверхкритическим, влажным, сухим или растворенным в нефти или воде.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 9-13, в котором ствол скважины проходит через по меньшей мере один пласт, содержащий флюид, в котором концентрация сероводорода составляет более около пяти молей на литр.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 9-14, в котором цемент содержит один или более элементов из списка, содержащего портландцемент, кальциево-алюминатный цемент, золу-унос, шлак доменных печей, известково-кремнеземистые смеси, цеолиты, геополимеры, цементы Сореля, химически связанные фосфатные керамические материалы и полимерные смолы.
