本发明涉及电子产品壳体技术领域,特指手感漆喷涂工艺。
背景技术:
在电子产品外壳生产加工中,比如手机、手持式电脑的外壳,电子产品的顺滑外壳都是粘贴一种薄膜,这样的外壳手感顺滑不好,同时生产工艺复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供手感漆喷涂工艺,壳件柔软度好,此技术可以简单实现满足客户手感顺滑要求,同时生产工艺简单,生产成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其包括PC胶原料、油漆、硅油,其特征在于:百分比例为:PC胶原料50%-65%、油漆1%-4%、硅油25%-40%。
所述的手感漆喷涂工艺配方的加工方法,步骤如下:
(1)、PC胶原料、油漆、硅油放入密炼机搅拌均匀50-90分钟,确保完全融合。
(2)、将融合好的配料进行注塑,注塑进入模具内成型,进行120℃烘烤3-4小时,成型温度310-340℃,注塑压力控制在100-140Mpa,喷涂底漆:膜厚12-15um在80℃/15min在环境下进行,中漆8-10um,80℃/15min在环境下进行,面漆40-45um,干燥温度80℃,时长2-4小时。

(2)、将融合好的配料进行注塑,注塑进入模具内成型,进行120℃烘烤3-4小时,成型温度310-340℃,温度和时间可以让漆面更稳定。注塑压力控制在100-140Mpa,需严格的控制产品内应力及注塑压力,否则会出现产品爆裂情况,喷涂底漆:膜厚12-15um在80℃/15min在环境下进行,中漆8-10um,80℃/15min在环境下进行,面漆40-45um,干燥温度80℃,时长2-4小时。烘烤时间需严格控制,否则会出现行耐性测试破坏情况,可以简单实现满足客户手感顺滑要求,同时生产工艺简单,生产成本低。温度和时间可以让漆面更稳定,生产中来的电子产品外壳手感顺滑,主要适用于电脑外壳、手机外壳上。解决了以往电子产品壳体脱漆问题。

1.手感漆喷涂工艺,其包括PC胶原料、油漆、硅油,其特征在于:百分比例为:PC胶原料50%-65%、油漆1%-4%、硅油25%-40%;所述的手感漆喷涂工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)、PC胶原料、油漆、硅油放入密炼机搅拌均匀50-90分钟,确保完全融合;
(2)、将融合好的配料进行注塑,注塑进入模具内成型,进行120℃烘烤3-4小时,成型温度310-340℃,注塑压力控制在100-140Mpa,喷涂底漆:膜厚12-15微米,在80℃环境进行15分钟,中漆8-10微米,在80℃环境进行15分钟,面漆40-45微米,干燥温度80℃,时长2-4小时。
