Abstract

本发明涉及一种离合系统用管路,主要是离合系统中硬管部分,所述硬管部分设置为螺旋弹簧状弯曲结构的螺旋管路;所述螺旋管路中的螺旋圈数与离合踏板振动加速度成反比关系。通过将离合系统用普通管路进行弯曲,利用类似于“螺旋弹簧”减振原理,将液压的脉动通过螺旋弹簧形式的离合管路进行减振,最终将脉动最大程度通过管路内部进行消耗,当振动到达离合踏板时便无法察觉。

技术领域
本发明属于离合器领域,具体是指一种离合系统用管路。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的不断革新要求,对汽车噪音、振动要求越来越高,离合踏板的操纵舒适性显得至关重要,其振动性能必须作为一个重要课题进行研究,同时在车辆量产前必须解决,离合踏板的振动要求达到主观无法察觉的程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是利用类似于螺旋弹簧减振原理,将液压的脉动通过螺旋弹簧形式的离合管路进行减振,最终将脉动最大程度通过管路内部进行消耗,当振动到达离合踏板时便无法察觉。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种离合系统用管路,主要是离合系统中硬管部分,所述硬管部分设置为螺旋弹簧状弯曲结构的螺旋管路;所述螺旋管路中的螺旋圈数与离合踏板振动加速度成反比关系,即n上升则a下降,n为自然数。
所述螺旋管路的相邻两圈的间距与离合踏板振动加速度的关系有两种情况:
10mm≤K≤14mm时,K与a成反比关系;
K>14mm时,K与a成正比关系。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过将离合系统用普通管路进行弯曲,利用类似于“螺旋弹簧”减振原理,将液压的脉动通过螺旋弹簧形式的离合管路进行减振,最终将脉动最大程度通过管路内部进行消耗,当振动到达离合踏板时便无法察觉。

具体实施方式
以下通过实施例来详细说明本发明的技术方案,以下的实施例仅为示例性的,仅能用来解释和说明本发明的技术方案,而不能解释为是对本发明技术方案的限制。
如图1所示,一种离合系统用管路,主要是离合系统中硬管部分,其一端连接离合器1另一端与离合器踏板3连接,所述硬管部分设置为螺旋弹簧状弯曲结构的螺旋管路2;所述螺旋管路中的螺旋圈数与离合踏板振动加速度成反比关系,即n上升则a下降,n为自然数。
所述螺旋管路的相邻两圈的间距与离合踏板振动加速度的关系有两种情况:
10mm≤K≤14mm时,K与a成反比关系;
K>14mm时,K与a成正比关系。
在本申请中,n是指螺旋管路的圈数,在本申请中n为自然数,a为离合踏板振动加速度;螺旋管路的相邻两圈的间距为K。
螺旋管路主要参数,如管路圈数n,内径d1在本实施例中离合管路为3.2mm,外径d2在本实施例中离合管路为4.76mm及节距k均根据整车发动机传递给离合系统的振动频率f=0.5Hz进行计算模拟,经过多次试验测试。
理论上当n越大,同时k=14mm时该“螺旋管路”拥有最好的吸收振动效果,但一般整车布置空间受限、同时综合成本、重量等因素此套参数一般不能使用,可根据整车空间及成本等因素综合确定n和k数值,最终选择性价比最高的方案。
通过对如上参数进行系列试验,相关试验数据如下:

1.一种离合系统用管路,用于离合系统中硬管部分,其特征在于:所述硬管部分设置为螺旋弹簧状弯曲结构的螺旋管路;所述螺旋管路中的螺旋圈数与离合踏板振动加速度成反比关系,即n上升则a下降,n为自然数;
当n=3,所述螺旋管路的内径为3.2mm,所述螺旋管路的外径为4.76mm时,所述螺旋管路的相邻两圈的间距与离合踏板振动加速度的关系有两种情况:
1)10mm≤K≤14mm时,K与a成反比关系;
2)K>14mm时,K与a成正比关系。
