本发明公开了一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶及其生产工艺。本发明提供的一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,按重量份计,包括以下组分:天然橡胶90-120,高苯乙烯树脂5-12,硫磺1.5-2,促进剂1-1.5,防老剂2-3,炭黑40-60,芳烃油10-20,氧化锌3-8,硬脂酸1-3。本发明提供的一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,具体工艺包括(1)塑炼;(2)混炼;(3)模压成型;(4)修边。本发明通过硫化促进剂、填充剂、硫化剂、软化剂、防老剂的配比,充分考虑时间、温度、压力等工艺条件对橡胶的影响,优化工艺条件,生产出的橡胶具有高耐磨性、高机械强度、寿命长、耐腐蚀的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨橡胶,具体涉及渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶及其生产工艺。
背景技术
渣浆泵是矿山、冶金和化工等行业对含悬浮颗粒的液体介质进行管道输送的重要设备,而叶轮和护板、护套(包括前、后护套)过流件是其重要构件,该部件属于易损耗件。目前国内主要生产厂家仍采用合金耐磨金属过流件。由于输送介质的磨损和腐蚀,合金铸铁件存在磨损快、能耗高、维修量大和寿命短等问题。
橡胶材料自身具有优良的耐酸、耐碱、耐化学腐蚀性能,能够满足渣浆泵过流件的耐腐蚀要求,同时还要求具有优良的耐磨性能,橡胶过流件配方组成是保证耐磨性能的基础。
但是,目前在生产、应用过程中,橡胶过流件的耐磨性达不到要求,磨损快、寿命短。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,具有高机械强度和耐磨性。
本发明还有一个目的,提供一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,按重量份计,包括以下组分:

所述促进剂为CBS、M、DM、MZ、TMTM、TMTD、AA、NS中任意一种或几种。
所述防老剂为4010NA、RD、ALBA、3100、EPPD、T501中任意一种或几种。
所述炭黑为N220、N330、N550、N326、N660中任意一种或几种。
本发明提供的一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,具体工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)塑炼;
(2)混炼;
(3)模压成型;
(4)修边。
步骤(1)所述塑炼,温度为40-60℃。
步骤(2)所述混炼,温度为15-25℃。
步骤(3)模压成型,条件为模压900-1200N,时间1-3小时,温度120-140℃。
本发明跟现有技术相比,通过硫化促进剂、填充剂、硫化剂、软化剂、防老剂的配比,充分考虑时间、温度、压力等工艺条件对橡胶的影响,优化工艺条件,生产出的橡胶具有高耐磨性、高机械强度、寿命长、耐腐蚀的特点。

一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,按重量份计,包括以下组分:

(1)塑炼,温度50℃;
(2)混炼,温度20℃;
(3)模压成型,模压900N,时间1.5小时,温度140℃;
(4)修边。
实施例2:
一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,按重量份计,包括以下组分:

(1)塑炼,温度40℃;
(2)混炼,温度25℃;
(3)模压成型,模压1000N,时间3小时,温度130℃;
(4)修边。

本发明的硬度按照国标GB/T51《衬胶用料硬度的测定》进行检测。
本发明的耐磨性能按照国标GB/T1689《衬胶用料耐磨性能》进行检测。
本发明的抗老虎性能按照国标GB/T3512《衬胶用料热空气老化性能的测定》进行检测。
本发明与金属粘和强度按照国标GB/T11211《橡胶与金属粘和强度的测定》进行检测。
本发明的防锈性能按照国标G/T8923-8《涂装前钢材表面锈蚀等级和除锈等级》进行检测。
本发明的袖珍硬度计压入硬度按照国标GB/T531—1999《橡胶袖珍硬度计压入硬度试验方法》进行检测。
实施例1-4的测试结果如下表1所示:

4.根据权利要求1所述的渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶,其特征在于,所述炭黑为N220、N330、N550、N326、N660中任意一种或几种。 
5.一种权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,其特征在于,具体工艺包括以下步骤: 
(1)塑炼; 
(2)混炼; 
(3)模压成型; 
(4)修边。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述塑炼,温度为40-60℃。 
7.根据权利要求5所述的渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述混炼,温度为15-25℃。 
8.根据权利要求5所述的渣浆泵用耐磨橡胶生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)模压成型,条件为模压900-1200N,时间1-3小时,温度120-140℃。
