Abstract

本发明涉及到建筑塑料模板领域，特别是涉及到建筑塑料模板使用后的清洗方法。其特征在于在塑料容器中加入足够的稀盐酸溶液，将要清洗处理的建筑塑料模板浸入稀盐酸溶液中接着让稀盐酸溶液翻滚流动，待残留在模板上的水泥浆块清洗干净，取出建筑塑料模板，沥净残留在模版上的稀盐酸溶液，之后投入清水池中漂洗，漂洗时让清水翻滚流动数分钟取出即可。采用本发明技术方法 来清洗处理使用过后的建筑塑料模板具有以下显著的优点：不伤模板，速度快效率高，用工少工作量小成本低。

一种建筑塑料模板快速清洗方法
技术领域
 本发明涉及到建筑塑料模板领域，特别是涉及到建筑塑料模板使用后的清洗方法。 
背景技术
现有技术中在模板使用过后，对残留在模板上的水泥浆块的处理方法是采用人工刮铲，这种方法存在以下的不足：劳动强度大，效率低，易对模板造成损伤和破损，的洁净度也非常不理想，工资成本高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要克服现有技术的不足，提供一种劳动强度非常小，效率高，不会对模板造成损伤和破损且洁净度非常理想，工资成本低的一种建筑塑料模板快速清洗方法。 
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现：在塑料容器中加入足够的稀盐酸溶液，将要清洗处理的建筑塑料模板浸入稀盐酸溶液中接着让稀盐酸溶液翻滚流动，待残留在模板上的水泥浆块清洗干净，取出建筑塑料模板，沥净残留在模版上的稀盐酸溶液，之后投入清水池中漂洗，漂洗时让清水翻滚流动数分钟取出即可。 
进一步，以上所述的稀盐酸溶液的溶度为2mol-6mol。 
进一步，让稀盐酸溶液翻滚流动和清水翻滚流动的方式可以是在容器底部注入空气的方式或是用塑料泵循环流动方式或是螺旋桨搅动的方式或使用超声波振动的方式。 
采用本发明技术方法 来清洗处理使用过后的建筑塑料模板具有以下显著的优点：不伤模板，速度快效率高，用工少工作量小成本低。 
为了更好更清楚的理解本发明的内容，下面结合本发明具体的实施例配上附图作进一步详细说明。

1-塑料容器，2-稀盐酸溶液，3-塑料气阀，4-塑料排液阀，5-塑料模板，6-清水，7-水池。
具体实施方法
如图所示在塑料容器1中加入足够的稀盐酸溶液2，将要清洗处理的建筑塑料模板5浸入稀盐酸溶液2中接着开启塑料气阀3让稀盐酸溶液2翻滚流动，待残留在模板上的水泥浆块清洗干净，取出建筑塑料模板5，沥净残留在模版上的稀盐酸溶液2，之后投入盛有清水6的清水池7中漂洗，漂洗时开启塑料气阀3让清水6翻滚流动数分钟取出即可。
以上稀盐酸浓度可根据模板上残留的水泥浆块的多少控制在2mol-6mol。 
 采用本以上技术方法清洗处理使用过后的建筑塑料模板具有以下显著的优点：不伤模板，速度快效率高，用工少工作量小成本低。

1.一种建筑塑料模板快速清洗方法，其特征在于在塑料容器中加入足够的稀盐酸溶液，将要清洗处理的建筑塑料模板浸入稀盐酸溶液中接着让稀盐酸溶液翻滚流动，待残留在模板上的水泥浆块清洗干净，取出建筑塑料模板，沥净残留在模版上的稀盐酸溶液，之后投入清水池中漂洗，漂洗时让清水翻滚流动数分钟取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑塑料模板快速清洗方法，其特征在于所述的稀盐酸溶液的溶度为2mol-6mol。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑塑料模板快速清洗方法，其特征在于所述让稀盐酸溶液翻滚流动和清水翻滚流动的方式可以是在容器底部注入空气的方式或是用塑料泵循环流动方式或是螺旋桨搅动的方式或使用超声波振动的方式。
