本发明涉及一种炒锅。
背景技术
人们在烧菜时如果不注意火候,就容易将菜烧糊(特别是慢炖时,由于慢炖时操作人员不会一直在炒锅边上),为了避免菜被烧糊,目前市场上出现了诸多不粘锅。不粘锅的主要原理是在锅底部涂覆有一层特殊材料,这些材料长时间食用会影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种结构简单、可以有效减少菜被烧糊且长时间使用不会对人体健康产生影响。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种炒锅,包括炒锅本体、手柄,其特征在于,所述炒锅本体的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层,所述炒锅本体与导热层之间设置有间隙,所述手柄内部具有一个蓄水腔,所述蓄水腔通过一出水通道与间隙相连,所述出水通道上设置有阀门。

本发明结构简单,而且烧菜时,不容易将菜烧糊,而且锅底没有涂层,长期使用不会对人体健康产生影响。

见图1,一种炒锅,包括炒锅本体1、手柄5,所述炒锅本体1的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层3,所述炒锅本体1与导热层3之间设置有间隙10,所述手柄5内部具有一个蓄水腔50,所述蓄水腔50通过一出水通道52与间隙10相连,所述出水通道52上设置有阀门7。
当需要煸炒或爆炒时,关闭阀门7,火焰接触导热层3,导热层3直接将热量通过热空气传导到炒锅本体1上。当需要慢炖时,打开阀门7,蓄水腔50里的水通过出水通道52位于间隙10处,水流经间隙10时,导热层3对其加热,使其产生水蒸汽,然后水蒸汽对炒锅本体1加热,从而防止菜被烧糊。

1.一种炒锅,包括炒锅本体(1)、手柄(5),其特征在于,所述炒锅本体(1)的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层(3),所述炒锅本体(1)与导热层(3)之间设置有间隙(10),所述手柄(5)内部具有一个蓄水腔(50),所述蓄水腔(50)通过一出水通道(52)与间隙(10)相连,所述出水通道(52)上设置有阀门(7)。
