本发明涉及一种炒锅。
背景技术
人们在烧菜时如果不注意火候，就容易将菜烧糊(特别是慢炖时，由于慢炖时操作人员不会一直在炒锅边上)，为了避免菜被烧糊，目前市场上出现了诸多不粘锅。不粘锅的主要原理是在锅底部涂覆有一层特殊材料，这些材料长时间食用会影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构简单、可以有效减少菜被烧糊且长时间使用不会对人体健康产生影响。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决：
一种炒锅，包括炒锅本体、手柄，其特征在于，所述炒锅本体的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层，所述炒锅本体与导热层之间设置有间隙，所述手柄内部具有一个蓄水腔，所述蓄水腔通过一出水通道与间隙相连，所述出水通道上设置有阀门。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：
本发明结构简单，而且烧菜时，不容易将菜烧糊，而且锅底没有涂层，长期使用不会对人体健康产生影响。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
见图1，一种炒锅，包括炒锅本体1、手柄5，所述炒锅本体1的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层3，所述炒锅本体1与导热层3之间设置有间隙10，所述手柄5内部具有一个蓄水腔50，所述蓄水腔50通过一出水通道52与间隙10相连，所述出水通道52上设置有阀门7。
当需要煸炒或爆炒时，关闭阀门7，火焰接触导热层3，导热层3直接将热量通过热空气传导到炒锅本体1上。当需要慢炖时，打开阀门7，蓄水腔50里的水通过出水通道52位于间隙10处，水流经间隙10时，导热层3对其加热，使其产生水蒸汽，然后水蒸汽对炒锅本体1加热，从而防止菜被烧糊。

1.一种炒锅，包括炒锅本体(1)、手柄(5)，其特征在于，所述炒锅本体(1)的下方设置有金属材料制成的导热层(3)，所述炒锅本体(1)与导热层(3)之间设置有间隙(10)，所述手柄(5)内部具有一个蓄水腔(50)，所述蓄水腔(50)通过一出水通道(52)与间隙(10)相连，所述出水通道(52)上设置有阀门(7)。
