背景技术
醒酒汤即指能起醒酒作用的汤。过量饮酒会导致宿醉等后果,而酒后饮用醒酒汤则能有效避免或减轻因过量饮酒引起的不良状态。醒酒汤一般以酸辣或者酸甜为主,大多具有醒酒开胃,增进食欲等功效。目前市场上所生产的醒酒汤多以味感为主,醒酒效果不太显著,本发明提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

本发明提供了一种效果显著的醒酒汤的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种醒酒汤的制备方法,该醒酒汤包括灵芝、葛根花、草果、生姜、菊花、苦参、肉豆蔻、橘子皮、薄荷和蜂蜜,将灵芝10-20g、葛根花17-25g、草果7-12g、生姜15-20g、菊花18-24g、苦参7-11g、肉豆蔻4-8g放入砂锅中,兑入清水,采用文火炖煮1.5-2h,滤出药汁,向药汁中加入橘子皮14-22g、薄荷9-16g,采用文火炖煮0.5-1h,滤出药汁,将药汁冷却至自然温度,加入蜂蜜即可饮用。
