Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于将机器人的履带轮中的磁体与磁性带附接的装置,该磁性带被特别设计为应用在工作于金属表面的机器人中。
背景技术
当前,通过使用螺钉或类似的附接元件将磁体直接布置到履带轮的磁性带上,从而形成履带轮的磁性带。
这些磁性带所显示的问题是:当与金属表面相接触时产生刮痕并损坏金属表面的涂层。
发明内容
本发明的装置解决了上述问题:允许机器人的磁性带与金属表面相接触而不损坏或刮擦表面的涂层。
本发明的装置具有容置磁性带的磁体的空腔。该空腔有足够的深度以完全容纳磁体以及完全容置用于将磁体附接到装置的元件,从而避免了以下情况:当装置与金属表面相接触时,磁体或附连元件与这种金属表面相接触。本发明的装置设计成使得磁体与磁体所作用的金属表面之间的距离允许磁体在金属表面之上产生必要的吸引力。
本发明的装置易于附接到履带的磁性带。螺钉可以用于将装置紧固到磁性带。
该装置必须满足的几何形状的要求是:该装置必须具有在与磁性带的运动方向相垂直的方向上的圆形边缘。
该装置由塑性材料制成。其可以是PVC、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯等等类型的塑性材料。因为装置由塑性材料制成,所以当与金属表面相接触时,该装置不会损坏金属表面。
磁体通过螺钉或类似的附接装置附接到装置。
该装置与金属表面相接触而避免螺钉和磁体与所述表面直接接触。
对布置在履带的磁性带中的每个磁体使用了一个装置。这些装置必须沿着磁性带的整个表面布置。

具体实施方式
将本发明的用于具有磁性带(5)的履带轮的改良装置(1)设计成特别地用于具有履带轮的机器人中,该履带轮具有工作在金属表面上的磁性带(5)。
本发明的目的在于提供一种避免以下情况的装置:即,避免磁体(3)和用于将磁体(3)附接到装置(1)并附接到磁性带(5)的元件(4)与其中结合有该装置的机器人在其上工作的金属表面相接触。由此避免对金属表面的损坏或对所述表面的涂层的刮擦。为此,磁体包括容置磁体(3)的空腔(2),该空腔(2)具有足够的深度以完全地容置磁体(3)以及将磁体附接到装置(1)并且将装置(1)附接到磁性带(5)的附接元件(4),并在附接元件(4)和磁体(3)的上表面与装置(1)的上表面之间留有间隙。装置的与磁性带(5)的运动方向相垂直的边缘设置有圆形边缘(7),以便于在履带轮运动时与金属表面相接触。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于具有磁性带(5)的履带轮的改良装置(1),其特征在于:所述装置(1)包括容置磁体(3)的空腔(2),所述空腔(2)有足够的深度以完全容置所述磁体(3)和附接元件(4),所述附接元件(4)用于将所述磁体附接到实际的所述装置(1)以及所述磁性带(5),所述装置(1)布置在所述磁性带(5)上,在所述磁体(3)和所述附接元件(4)的上表面与所述装置(1)的上表面之间留有缝隙,以避免所述磁体(3)和所述附接元件(4)与所述装置(1)在其上运动的金属表面相接触,并且至少所述装置的与所述磁性带(5)的运动方向相垂直的边缘(6)设置有圆形边缘(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,所述装置由塑性材料制成。
