本发明涉及抗氧化剂叔丁基羟基茴香醚的检测方法。
背景技术
抗氧化剂是指能阻止或推迟食品氧化变质,提高食品稳定性和延长储存期的食品添加剂。按其作用可分为天然抗氧化剂和人工合成抗氧化剂。如按其溶解性则可分为油溶性抗氧化剂和水溶性抗氧化剂。常用的抗氧化剂有叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6一二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、叔丁基对苯二酚 (TBHQ)、荼多酚(TP)等,主要用于油脂及高油脂类食品中,以延缓食品的氧化变质。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了抗氧化剂叔丁基羟基茴香醚的检测方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:抗氧化剂叔丁基羟基茴香醚的检测方法,是将样品经石油醚提取后,根据叔丁基羟基茴香醚相和含水乙醇相中分配系数的差别,使叔丁基羟基茴香醚相转入72%乙醇相中,再与2,6—二氯醌氯亚胺的硼砂溶液作用,生成一种稳定的蓝色化合物,于620nm处测定吸光度与标准比较定量即可。
