本发明公开了一种新型管路接口,它包括:容器(1)和接口(2)。容器(1)底部中心有通孔I(3),通孔I(3)内壁有螺纹;接口(2)一端外壁有螺纹,且有螺纹的部分长度大于通孔I(3)的高度,接口(2)以螺纹与容器(1)紧密相连,接口(2)内部有T型通孔II(4a、4b)。当T型通孔II(4a)部分或全部位于通孔I(3)顶部以上时,容器(1)与外部接通;当T型通孔II(4a)全部位于通孔I(3)顶部以以下时,容器(1)与外部阻断。与已有管路接口相比,本发明的新型管路接口结构简单,操作方便,制作成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可以运用到各种管路的接口。
背景技术
众所周知,管路接口在管路介质的开启、关闭和调控方面具有至关重要的作用,是各种管路中不可或缺的一部分。现有的管路接口虽然满足了实际操作中的各种条件,使用也比较方便,但是它们的结构复杂,生产成本昂贵,使得其相对效益降低。为了提高管路的相对利益,降低生产成本,我们发明了一种结构简单的新型管路接口。该接口不仅和现有接口一样拥有满足实际操作中各种条件的特点,而且是低成本产品,更利于产品商业化,从而获得更大的利益。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便、生产成本低的管路接口。
本发明的上述技术问题是通过提供一种具有如下结构的管路接口而解决的,该管路接口包括:容器和接口,所述容器底部中心有通孔I,所述通孔I内壁有螺纹,所述接口一端外壁有螺纹,所述有螺纹的接口部分长度大于通孔I的高度,所述接口以螺纹与容器紧密相连,所述接口内部有T型通孔II。
所述T型通孔II(4a)全部或部分位于通孔I顶部以上时,容器与外部接通;所述T型通孔II(4a)全部位于通孔I顶部以以下时,容器与外部阻断。
本发明管路接口与现有技术的管路接口相比具有如下优点:结构简单、操作方便、生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细描述本发明的三个实施方式。
实例一:如图1所示,本发明所述的管路接口,包括:容器1和接口2。容器1的底部设置为水平平面,底部中心有通孔I3,通孔I3内壁有螺纹;接口2一端外壁有螺纹,且有螺纹的接口部分长度大于通孔I3的高度,接口2以螺纹与容器1紧密相连;所述接口2内部有T型通孔II4。
当T型通孔II4a全部或部分位于通孔I3顶部以上时,容器1与外部接通;当T型通孔II(4a)全部位于通孔I3顶部以以下时,容器1与外部阻断。
实例二:如图2所示,本发明所述的管路接口,容器1的底部设置为弧形面,通孔I3位于弧形面最低点,其余结构与实例一相同。
当T型通孔II4a全部或部分位于通孔I3顶部以上时,容器1与外部接通;当T型通孔II(4a)全部位于通孔I3顶部以以下时,容器1与外部阻断。
实例三:如图3所示,本发明所述的管路接口,包括:容器I1、容器II3和接口2。容器I1和容器II3底部中心分别有通孔I4和通孔II5,通孔I4和通孔II5内壁均有螺纹;接口2两端外壁都有螺纹,且有螺纹的接口部分长度分别大于通孔I4和通孔II5的高度,接口2以螺纹与容器I1和容器II3紧密相连;所述接口2内部有通孔III6。
当需要容器I1中的液体或者气体时,旋转接口,使通孔III6a全部或部分位于通孔I4顶部以上,使通孔III6b全部位于通孔通孔II5顶部以下,液体或者气体经通孔III6c,从通孔III6d流出;当需要容器II3中的液体或者气体时,旋转接口,使通孔III6b全部或部分位于通孔II5顶部以上,使通孔III6a全部位于通孔通孔I4顶部以下,液体或者气体经通孔III6c,从通孔III6d流出;当需要容器I1和容器II3中的混合液体或者气体时,旋转接口,使通孔III6a全部或部分位于通孔I4顶部以上,使通孔III6b全部或部分位于通孔II5顶部以上,液体或者气体经通孔III6c,从通孔III6d流出。

1.一种新型管路接口,包括容器(1)和接口(2),其特征在于:所述容器(1)底部中心有通孔I(3);所述通孔I(3)内壁有螺纹;所述接口(2)一端外壁有螺纹;所述接口(2)外壁有螺纹的部分长度大于通孔I(3)的高度;所述接口(2)以螺纹与容器(1)紧密相连;所述接口(2)内部有T型通孔II(4a、4b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型管路接口,其特征在于:所述T型通孔II(4a)全部或部分位于通孔I(3)顶部以上时,容器(1)与外部接通;所述T型通孔II(4a)全部位于通孔I(3)顶部以以下时,容器(1)与外部阻断。
