本发明涉及一种直角接头的改进,特别是涉及一种可调节流量的直角接头。
背景技术
目前市场上的直角接头不具备调节液压油流量的功能,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可调节流量的直角接头。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种直角接头,包括接头体、阀芯;所述接头体呈直角状,接头体的水平端和垂直端分别设有第一外螺纹和第二外螺纹,其中水平端设有径向的第一通孔;接头体的内部设有轴向的第二通孔;所述阀芯设置在接头体的水平端,并可在第二通孔中滑动;所述第二通孔中设有压缩弹簧,且压缩弹簧位于阀芯的右侧;所述阀芯中部设有阶梯孔;所述接头体上位于第一外螺纹的右端依次设有O形圈、挡片、螺母。
优选的,所述阀芯壁上设有贯穿的腰形孔,圆柱销穿过腰形孔和第一通孔将阀芯固定在接头体的左侧;当液压油进入直角接头时,油压会推动阀芯滑动,腰形孔会由大变小或由小变大来调节液压油的流量。

附图1-2为本发明所述的一种直角接头,包括接头体5、阀芯1;所述接头体5呈直角状,接头体5的水平端和垂直端分别设有第一外螺纹2和第二外螺纹6,其中水平端设有径向的第一通孔;接头体5的内部设有轴向的第二通孔;所述阀芯1设置在接头体5的水平端,并可在第二通孔中滑动;所述第二通孔中设有压缩弹簧,且压缩弹簧位于阀芯1的右侧;所述阀芯1中部设有阶梯孔;所述接头体5上位于第一外螺纹2的右端依次设有O形圈3、挡片7、螺母4;所述阀芯壁上设有贯穿的腰形孔,圆柱销8穿过腰形孔和第一通孔将阀芯1固定在接头体5的左侧。
此直角接头可用来连接处于垂直方向的两根油管,通过旋转螺母4将O形圈3压紧在直角接头和油管接头之间,起密封作用。当液压油进入直角接头时,油压会推动阀芯1滑动,腰形孔会由大变小或由小变大来调节液压油的流量。
