Abstract
本发明公开了一种特氟龙管道,包括:管道和位于管道内壁的特氟龙内层和位于管道外壁的油漆外层,所述管道的横截面为圆形,所述特氟龙内层全面覆盖所述管道内壁,所述油漆外层全面覆盖所述管道外壁的外层,所述油漆外层与特氟龙内层的厚度相同且均为镀层。通过上述方式,本发明能够很好的对管道进行保护,不论是防水还是防油的效果均非常好,方便用于厨房或是酒店的管道设计,能够大力的保护环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特氟龙制品,特别是涉及一种特氟龙管道。
背景技术
特氟龙在生活中大家并不陌生,因其具有耐腐蚀性和抗湿性被大家广泛应用。但是对于经常接触水和腐蚀性物品的管道来说,并没有出现一种能够具有抗湿和抗腐蚀性的管道来适应大众的需要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙管道,能够很好的对管道进行保护,不论是防水还是防油的效果均非常好,方便用于厨房或是酒店的管道设计,能够大力的保护环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种特氟龙管道,包括:管道和位于管道内壁的特氟龙内层和位于管道外壁的油漆外层,所述管道的横截面为圆形,所述特氟龙内层全面覆盖所述管道内壁,所述油漆外层全面覆盖所述管道外壁的外层,所述油漆外层与特氟龙内层的厚度相同且均为镀层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管道的材质设置为金属铁或是工程塑料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述油漆外层与特氟龙层的厚度为0.1um。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙内层材料设置为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管道的厚度为0.1~3cm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的具有特氟龙涂层的管道,能够很好的对管道进行保护,不论是防水还是防油的效果均非常好,方便用于厨房或是酒店的管道设计,能够大力的保护环境。

在一个实施例中,一种特氟龙管道,包括:管道1和位于管道1内壁的特氟龙内层2和位于管道1外壁的油漆外层3,所述管道1的横截面为圆形,所述特氟龙内层2全面覆盖所述管道1内壁,所述油漆外层3全面覆盖所述管道1外壁的外层,所述油漆外层3与特氟龙内层2的厚度相同且均为镀层。
区别于现有技术,在一个实施例中,优选地,所述管道1的材质设置为金属铁或是工程塑料。
优选地,所述油漆外层3与特氟龙层的厚度为0.1um,能够很好的节省材料且能达到预期的效果。
优选地,所述特氟龙内层2材料设置为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
优选地,所述管道1的厚度为0.1~3cm,能够提高管道的质量且能够降低成本。
本发明通过提供的具有特氟龙层的管道,能够很好的对管道1进行保护,不论是防水还是防油的效果均非常好,方便用于厨房或是酒店的管道1设计,能够大力的保护环境。

1.一种特氟龙管道,其特征在于:包括:管道(1)和位于管道内壁的特氟龙内层(2)和位于管道外壁的油漆外层(3),所述管道的横截面为圆形,所述特氟龙内层全面覆盖所述管道内壁,所述油漆外层全面覆盖所述管道外壁的外层,所述油漆外层与特氟龙内层的厚度相同且均为镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙管道,其特征在于:所述管道的材质设置为金属铁或是工程塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙管道,其特征在于:所述油漆外层与特氟龙层的厚度为0.1um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙管道,其特征在于:所述管道的厚度为0.1~3cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙管道,其特征在于:所述特氟龙内层材料设置为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物。
