本发明公开了一种特氟龙铝管,包括:铝管、塑胶膜和特氟龙涂覆层,所述铝管为中空的圆管,所述塑胶膜敷设在所述铝管的外周面上,所述特氟龙涂覆层涂覆在所述铝管的内壁上,所述特氟龙涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯。通过上述方式,本发明的特氟龙铝管通过在其内壁上涂覆特氟龙涂层增加了铝管的强度和光滑度,使液体流过时不会集结水垢,能够长期正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝管材料,特别是涉及一种带有特氟龙涂覆层的铝管。
背景技术
铝管在工业生产和生活中经常用到,比如自来水管路等。但是普通的铝管其强度有限,长期使用其内壁容易集结水垢,久而久之会使铝管堵塞,使用性能受限。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙铝管,该铝管通过在其内壁上涂覆特氟龙涂层增加了铝管的强度和光滑度,使液体流过时不会集结水垢,能够长期使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种特氟龙铝管,包括:铝管、塑胶膜和特氟龙涂覆层,所述铝管为中空的圆管,所述塑胶膜敷设在所述铝管的外周面上,所述特氟龙涂覆层涂覆在所述铝管的内壁上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝管的截面厚度为2mm~3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙涂覆层的截面厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑胶膜的厚度为0.05mm~0.1mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的特氟龙铝管通过在其内壁上涂覆特氟龙涂层增加了铝管的强度和光滑度,使液体流过时不会集结水垢,能够长期正常使用。

优选地,所述铝管2的截面厚度为2mm~3mm。
优选地,所述特氟龙涂覆层3为聚四氟乙烯。特氟龙涂覆层3光滑耐磨,有利于增加铝管2的强度,水流流过时不会存积水垢。
优选地,所述特氟龙涂覆层3的截面厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
优选地,所述塑胶膜1的厚度为0.05mm~0.1mm。塑胶膜1可以防锈,避免铝管2锈蚀。
本发明特氟龙铝管的有益效果是:
本发明的特氟龙铝管通过在其内壁上涂覆特氟龙涂层增加了铝管的强度和光滑度,使液体流过时不会集结水垢,能够长期正常使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的特氟龙铝管,其特征在于,所述铝管的截面厚度为2mm~3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的特氟龙铝管,其特征在于,所述特氟龙涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的特氟龙铝管,其特征在于,所述特氟龙涂覆层的截面厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的特氟龙铝管,其特征在于,所述塑胶膜的厚度为0.05mm~0.1mm。
