Abstract

一种恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,在所述阀体内设有流量隔板,在所述流量隔板上设有两个或以上孔径不一的流量孔;在正对流量隔板的阀体内设有连通恒压腔和燃烧器接口的凹孔,在所述凹孔内设有控制流量的流量阀;所述流量阀包括有分别设在凹孔里端、外端的转盘和阀座,设在转盘和阀座之间用来将转盘与流量隔板贴紧的弹簧,以及一端与转盘固定连接、另一端从阀座中心穿出的转轴;在所述转盘上设有在转盘转动时能与流量隔板上对应的流量孔相通的流量通孔,其孔径比所有的流量孔孔径大。本发明的结构合理、制造成本低和整体体积小。

恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气阀。
背景技术
燃烧器在使用时,为了达到恒压和可调燃气流量的目的,当前,人们的普遍做法是将独立的减压阀(即恒压阀)和流量阀(即旋塞阀)通过螺纹连接串联在一起,这导致燃烧器的阀门整体的体积大,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了结构合理、制造成本低和整体体积小的恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,包括有减压阀,在所述减压阀的侧壁上设有分别与供气源、燃烧器连通的气源接口、燃烧器接口;在所述减压阀内设有恒压腔,在所述减压阀的阀体上设有连通恒压腔和气源接口的进气通道,所述进气通道由设在阀体内的恒压控制结构实现恒压腔内的燃气压力恒定,在此:在所述阀体内设有流量隔板,在所述流量隔板上设有两个或以上孔径不一的流量孔;在正对流量隔板的阀体内设有连通恒压腔和燃烧器接口的凹孔,在所述凹孔内设有控制流量的流量阀;所述流量阀包括有分别设在凹孔里端、外端的转盘和阀座,设在转盘和阀座之间用来将转盘与流量隔板贴紧的弹簧,以及一端与转盘固定连接、另一端从阀座中心穿出的转轴;在所述转盘上设有在转盘转动时能与流量隔板上对应的流量孔相通的流量通孔,其孔径比所有的流量孔孔径大。
在对上述恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀的改进方案中,所有流量孔以转轴的轴线为中心呈弧形或圆形分布在流量隔板上。
在对上述恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀的改进方案中,所述的流量孔有两个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1)、由于将流量阀直接设置在减压阀内,而无需两个独立的减压阀和流量阀串联对接在一起才能实现恒压、控制流量,这样使燃气阀成为一个整体后既可以使整个燃气阀的结构更紧凑、合理,使燃烧器的整体阀门的体积变小,又可以降低制造成本;2)、另外,流量阀采用位于减压阀阀体中的转盘水平转动来控制流量,比起一直以来人们采用锥度配合的阀芯和阀体来控制流量的流量阀来说,本流量阀的结构更为简单,加工更为方便,制造成本更低。

【具体实施方式】
本发明是一种恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,如图1、2所示,包括有减压阀1,在所述减压阀1的侧壁上设有分别与供气源、燃烧器连通的气源接口11、燃烧器接口12;在所述减压阀1内设有恒压腔13,在所述减压阀1的阀体14中设有连通恒压腔13和气源接口1的进气通道15,所述进气通道15由设在阀体14内的恒压控制结构16实现恒压腔内的燃气压力恒定。减压阀跟现阶段的结构基本一致,其内的恒压控制结构16可以是现阶段常用的阀芯式或翘板式。在此:在所述阀体14内设有流量隔板17,在所述流量隔板17上设有两个或以上孔径不一的流量孔171;在正对流量隔板17的阀体14内设有连通恒压腔13和燃烧器接口12的凹孔18,在所述凹孔18内设有控制流量的流量阀2;所述流量阀2包括有分别设在凹孔18里端和外端的转盘21和阀座22,设在转盘21和阀座22之间用来将转盘21与流量隔板17贴紧的弹簧23,以及一端与转盘21固定连接、另一端从阀座22中心穿出的转轴24;在所述转盘21上设有在转盘21转动时能与流量隔板17上对应的流量孔171相通的流量通孔211,其孔径比所有的流量孔171 孔径大,这样才能起到控制流量的作用,否则对于孔径比流量通孔大的那些流量孔来说,所实现的流量都是一样的,即流量通孔在与比自己大的流量孔中起不到流量控制作用。
图1所示的实施例一,减压阀的恒压控制结构16采用翘板式;而图2所示的实施例二,减压阀的恒压控制结构16采用阀芯式,它们都是恒压式减压阀的常用结构,在此不再详述。
本发明在使用时,先将其气源接口11、燃烧器接口12连接好,这样燃气从气源接口11进入到进气通道15中,在恒压控制结构16的控制下使进入到恒压腔13中的燃气始终保持恒定,这部分的工作原理跟目前的减压阀一致;接着,恒压腔中的燃气从与转盘上的流量通孔相通的那个流量孔171进入到转盘21的流量通孔211,最后再进入到燃烧器接口12内来为燃烧器提供燃气。当要调整进入燃烧器的燃气流量时,就可旋动转轴24,使转盘21上的流量通孔211跟不同孔径的流量孔相通即可控制流量。
本发明是将流量阀直接设置在减压阀内,而无需两个独立的减压阀和流量阀串联对接在一起才能实现恒压、控制流量,这样使燃气阀成为一个整体后既可以使整个燃气阀的结构更紧凑、合理,使燃烧器的阀门整体的体积变小,又可以降低制造成本;另外,流量阀采用位于减压阀阀体的凹孔中的转盘水平转动来控制流量,比起一直以来人们采用锥度配合的阀芯和阀体来控制流量的流量阀来说,本流量阀的结构更为简单,加工更为方便,制造成本更低。
通常情况下,所有流量孔171以转轴24的轴线为中心呈弧形或圆形分布在流量隔板17上,并按孔径由小到大或由大到小有规律地排列,这样比较符合人们的使用习惯,使流量由大到小或由小到大调节时就可按一个方向来旋转来实现。
流量孔171一般在2-4个时比较合适。在本实施例中,如图3所示,所述的流量孔171有两个,并呈180度分布在流量隔板17上;当然,这两个流量孔也可以呈钝角、锐角分布在流量隔板上。
如图1、2所示,转盘21的流量通孔211在靠向流量隔板17的那一端中设有密封圈3,所述转盘21外壁与阀体14的凹孔18竖壁之间也设有密封圈4;在所述转轴24与阀座22的中心孔之间也设有密封圈5,以避免燃气泄漏。
尽管参照上面实施例详细说明了本发明,但是通过本公开对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,而在不脱离所述的权利要求限定的本发明的原理及精神范围的情况下,可对本发明做出各种变化或修改。因此,本公开实施例的详细描述仅用来解释,而不是用来限制本发明,而是由权利要求的内容限定保护的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,包括有减压阀(1),在所述减压阀(1)的侧壁上设有分别与供气源、燃烧器连通的气源接口(11)、燃烧器接口(12);在所述减压阀(1)内设有恒压腔(13),在所述减压阀(1)的阀体(14)中设有连通恒压腔(13)和气源接口(11)的进气通道(15),所述进气通道(15)由设在阀体(14)内的恒压控制结构(16)实现恒压腔内的燃气压力恒定,其特征在于:在所述阀体(14)内设有流量隔板(17),在所述流量隔板(17)上设有两个或以上孔径不一的流量孔(171);在正对流量隔板(17)的阀体(14)内设有连通恒压腔(13)和燃烧器接口(12)的凹孔(18),在所述凹孔(18)内设有控制流量的流量阀(2);所述流量阀(2)包括有分别设在凹孔(18)里端和外端的转盘(21)和阀座(22),设在转盘(21)和阀座(22)之间用来将转盘(21)与流量隔板(17)贴紧的弹簧(23),以及一端与转盘(21)固定连接、另一端从阀座(22)中心穿出的转轴(24);在所述转盘(21)上设有在转盘(21)转动时能与流量隔板(17)上对应的流量孔(171)相通的流量通孔(211),其孔径比所有的流量孔(171)孔径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,其特征在于,所有流量孔(171)以转轴(24)的轴线为中心呈弧形或圆形分布在流量隔板(17)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的恒压式可调流量整体燃气阀,其特征在于,所述的流量孔(171)有两个。
