本发明提供了一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料及其制备方法,专用料以重量份计包括:聚丙烯30~100份,四溴双酚A1~5份,十溴二苯醚1~5份,六溴环十二烷1~5份,三氧化二锑0.2~1.5份,聚乙烯蜡2~8份,氯化聚乙烯1~9份,亚磷酸三苯脂2~7份,氧化石蜡2~9份,氯化磷酸脂0.5~2.8份;其制备方法为先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。本发明所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料不仅介电性能好,阻燃性能和力学性能均优于同类产品,而且流动性好,加工方便。

电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料及其制备方法
技术领域
    本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料及其制备方法。
背景技术
    作为一种通用塑料,聚丙烯不仅加工使用方便,力学性能优良,而且具有十分优良的介电性能,然而由于其容易燃烧,且燃烧速度快、发热量高,并伴有燃烧滴落现象,用作电器配件时往往因高压、发热、放电等原因,容易引起火灾,限制了其在电器领域的应用。为提高聚丙烯的阻燃能力,国内外进行的大量的研究,开发出了一些具有一定阻燃能力的聚丙烯新产品。但因体系中阻燃剂用量较大,在阻燃性能得到改善的同时,聚丙烯的加工使用性能、力学性能等也收到了明显的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料及其制备方法。
一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯30~100份,四溴双酚A1~5份,十溴二苯醚1~5份,六溴环十二烷1~5份,三氧化二锑0.2~1.5份,聚乙烯蜡2~8份,氯化聚乙烯1~9份,亚磷酸三苯脂2~7份,氧化石蜡2~9份,氯化磷酸脂0.5~2.8份。
上述电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯50~80份,四溴双酚A2~4份,十溴二苯醚2~4份,六溴环十二烷2~4份,三氧化二锑0.5~1.2份,聚乙烯蜡3~6份,氯化聚乙烯3~7份,亚磷酸三苯脂3~6份,氧化石蜡4~7份,氯化磷酸脂1.2~2.1份。
上述电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料的制备方法为,先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
本发明所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料不仅介电性能好,阻燃性能和力学性能均优于同类产品,而且流动性好,加工方便。

实施例1
一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯300份,四溴双酚A1份,十溴二苯醚1份,六溴环十二烷1份,三氧化二锑0.2份,聚乙烯蜡2份,氯化聚乙烯1份,亚磷酸三苯脂2份,氧化石蜡2份,氯化磷酸脂0.5份。
先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
经检测,所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料氧指数为32.0,点火30s,离火自熄,击穿电压强度25.3MV/m,介电常数2.22,表面电阻率4.8×1015Ω,介电损耗因数2.2×10-3
实施例2
一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯100份,四溴双酚A5份,十溴二苯醚5份,六溴环十二烷5份,三氧化二锑1.5份,聚乙烯蜡8份,氯化聚乙烯9份,亚磷酸三苯脂7份,氧化石蜡9份,氯化磷酸脂2.8份。
先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
经检测,所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料氧指数为28.5,点火30s,离火自熄,击穿电压强度26.9MV/m,介电常数2.63,表面电阻率5.2×1015Ω,介电损耗因数3.1×10-3
实施例3
一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯50份,四溴双酚A2份,十溴二苯醚2份,六溴环十二烷2份,三氧化二锑0.5份,聚乙烯蜡3份,氯化聚乙烯3份,亚磷酸三苯脂3份,氧化石蜡4份,氯化磷酸脂1.2份。
先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
经检测,所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料氧指数为33.2,点火30s,离火自熄,击穿电压强度24.6MV/m,介电常数2.32,表面电阻率4.9×1015Ω,介电损耗因数2.5×10-3

一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯80份,四溴双酚A4份,十溴二苯醚4份,六溴环十二烷4份,三氧化二锑1.2份,聚乙烯蜡6份,氯化聚乙烯7份,亚磷酸三苯脂6份,氧化石蜡7份,氯化磷酸脂2.1份。
先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
经检测,所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料氧指数为32.0,点火30s,离火自熄,击穿电压强度26.8MV/m,介电常数2.31,表面电阻率5.3×1015Ω,介电损耗因数2.6×10-3

一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯65份,四溴双酚A3份,十溴二苯醚3份,六溴环十二烷3份,三氧化二锑0.9份,聚乙烯蜡5份,氯化聚乙烯5份,亚磷酸三苯脂4份,氧化石蜡6份,氯化磷酸脂1.8份。
先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
经检测,所得电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料氧指数为32.0,点火30s,离火自熄,击穿电压强度26.1MV/m,介电常数2.29,表面电阻率5.1×1015Ω,介电损耗因数2.4×10-3

1.一种电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯30~100份,四溴双酚A1~5份,十溴二苯醚1~5份,六溴环十二烷1~5份,三氧化二锑0.2~1.5份,聚乙烯蜡2~8份,氯化聚乙烯1~9份,亚磷酸三苯脂2~7份,氧化石蜡2~9份,氯化磷酸脂0.5~2.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:聚丙烯50~80份,四溴双酚A2~4份,十溴二苯醚2~4份,六溴环十二烷2~4份,三氧化二锑0.5~1.2份,聚乙烯蜡3~6份,氯化聚乙烯3~7份,亚磷酸三苯脂3~6份,氧化石蜡4~7份,氯化磷酸脂1.2~2.1份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的电器用阻燃聚丙烯专用料的制备方法,其特征在于:先将各组分在高速混合机中混合均匀,然后经单螺杆机挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得。
