Abstract

本发明涉及一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料及其制备方法,它由以下质量份数的原材料制成:聚乙烯100phr、抗氧剂0.01~0.5phr、润滑剂1~3phr、防滴落剂7~10phr、助交联剂0.1~1phr;按质量份数配比秤取原料并将原料放入高混机中混合2~5分钟,然后出料;将混合的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒。本发明的优点是采用兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂、防滴落剂和助交联剂,配合先进的配方设计,制备了一种电线电缆用交联聚乙烯绝缘料,此电缆料具有防燃烧滴落性能,并可用辐照交联工艺代替传统的硅烷交联工艺,大大降低生产成本、提高生产效率,而且也可以提高材料的耐热性能,此电缆料可广泛用作控制电缆、低压电力电缆的绝缘料。

一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料及其制备方法,可广泛应用于控制电缆、低压电力电缆,作为其绝缘材料,属于材料技术领域。
背景技术:
聚乙烯是一种热塑性塑料,它具有优异的介电性能,广泛用于国防工业、无线电工业,电线电缆和电信号装置等绝缘材料,低温性能好,能达到-70℃的低温条件下使用,不脆裂,不硬化,化学稳定性好,耐水性、耐气候老化性能优良,但遇火时容易燃烧和熔融,产生滴落现象,极易引起火灾。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了提供一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料及其制备方法,配合先进的配方设计,采用辐照交联工艺,产品遇火时不容易燃烧和熔融,不会产生滴落现象。
本发明的技术方案如下: 
防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于它由以下质量份数比的原料制成:
聚乙烯:100 phr
抗氧剂:0.01~0.5phr
润滑剂:1~3phr
防滴落剂:7~10 phr
助交联剂:0.1~1 phr
所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯,其MFI≤0.5g/10min。
所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂,抗氧化剂兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂为MD-1024,其200℃氧化诱导期≥30min。 
    所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为脂肪酸正丁酯(CH3(CH2)16COO(CH2)3CH3)。 
所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的防滴落剂为无机防滴落剂与有机防滴落剂复配,所述的无机防滴落剂与有机防滴落剂复配为赤磷和硅橡胶复配。 
所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的助交联剂为多官能团单体,多官能团单体为三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯可作为电子辐照交联的敏化剂。 
所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料的制备方法,其特征在于,其方法如下: 
(1)按质量份数比秤取原料;
(2)将所有原料放入高混机混合2~5分钟;
(3)出料;
(4)将混合好的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒,螺杆机的转速为300~600转/分,温度为155~165℃;
(5)干燥,干燥温度为60~70℃,干燥时间为0.5~1.5小时;
(6)秤重包装。
抗氧剂使聚乙烯在加工和使用过程中具备良好的结构稳定性,避免色泽、性能发生变化;润滑剂用来提高材料的加工性能;防燃烧滴落剂的使用,显著提高材料的防燃烧滴落性能;助交联剂可作为电子辐照交联的敏化剂,可提高电子辐照交联速度,提高电子加速器的能量利用率。 
本发明采用聚乙烯作为基体,制得一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料。 
本发明的优点是: 
本发明采用兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂、防滴落剂和助交联剂,配合先进的配方设计,制备了一种电线电缆用交联聚乙烯绝缘料,此电缆料具有防燃烧滴落性能,并可用辐照交联工艺代替传统的硅烷交联工艺,大大降低生产成本、提高生产效率,而且也可以提高材料的耐热性能,此电缆料可广泛用作控制电缆、低压电力电缆的绝缘料。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,它由以下质量份数比的原料制成:聚乙烯:100 phr、抗氧剂(MD-1024):0.01~0.5phr、润滑剂(脂肪酸正丁酯):1~3 phr、防滴落剂(赤磷和硅橡胶复配):7~10 phr、助交联剂(TAC):0.1~1 phr。 
其制备过程如下: 
(1)按质量份数比秤取原料;
(2)将所有原料放入高混机混合2~5分钟;
(3)混合后的原料取出;
(4)将混合好的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒,螺杆机的转速为300~600转/分,温度为155~165℃。
(5)将造粒干燥,干燥温度为60~70℃,干燥时间为0.5~1.5小时; 
(6)秤重包装。

分别将所有组份按质量份数比秤取,并放入高混机中混合5分钟,出料,再将混合好的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒,螺杆的转速控制在500转/分,温度控制在160℃,然后在65℃下,干燥1小时,并可制得料粒,经压片辐照后,测量其相关性能,该实施例能达到要求的产品品质参数,得到了防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料。

Claims (6)

1.一种防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于它由以下质量份数比的原料制成:
聚乙烯:100 phr
抗氧剂:0.01~0.5phr
润滑剂:1~3 phr
防滴落剂:7~10 phr
助交联剂:0.1~1 phr
根据权利要求1所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯,其MFI≤0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂,抗氧化剂兼有抗重金属作用的抗氧剂为MD-1024,其200℃氧化诱导期≥30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防燃烧滴落辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆用绝缘料,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为脂肪酸正丁酯(CH3(CH2)16COO(CH2)3CH3)。
