技术领域
本发明涉及一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜及其制备方法,属高分子材料及其加工领域。
技术背景
石油基塑料自问世以来,以其丰富的来源、美观的外表、卫生、加工方便、性质稳定而广泛应用于很多场合,成为人类生存、社会发展不可缺少的基本材料和用品。但是从环境问题分析,大量废弃的塑料制品因其不可降解性,给人类的生存环境带来了白色污染的困扰。由于通用塑料一般要几百年才会降解,对土壤造成长期危害,影响农作物生长,导致农作物减产;散落的塑料会造成动物误食致死。而可降解的天然生物高分子是取之不尽的可再生资源,品种繁多,生产成本低,不会对环境产生污染。但是现有技术中可降解塑料的力学性能较差,需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜及其制备方法,能
为实现以上目的,本发明的一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜,其组分及重量份为:淀粉100份,普鲁兰多糖6-10份,甘油10-15份,坡缕石粘土5-8份。
优选的组分及重量份为:淀粉100份,普鲁兰多糖8份,甘油10份,坡缕石粘土6份。
本发明的一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜的制备方法为:
(1)将普鲁兰多糖溶于乙酸中,配制质量浓度为2%的普鲁兰多糖溶液;
(2)加入淀粉、坡缕石粘土、甘油、水,置于超声波分散仪中分散30min;
(3)于50℃下进行糊化,并进行机械搅拌,然后浇注到模具中,于60℃下干燥20h,揭膜,再于相对湿度为70%的环境中均衡24-48h,用热压机和冷压机进行硫化、制片,最后以常规注塑工艺在注塑机上注塑成型。
进一步的,所述超声波分散仪的功率为600W。
进一步的,所述糊化时间为20-30min。
本发明产生的有益效果为,普鲁兰多糖与淀粉具有很好的相溶性,在淀粉薄膜中加入较少量的普鲁兰多糖即可以在降低甘油用量的情况下,提高塑料薄膜的强度。在薄膜中加入坡缕石是为了提高复合材料的保水性能及降低成本。

实施例1:
一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜,其组分及重量份为:淀粉100份,普鲁兰多糖6份,甘油15份,坡缕石粘土5份。
一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜的制备方法为:(1)将普鲁兰多糖溶于乙酸中,配制质量浓度为2%的普鲁兰多糖溶液;(2)加入淀粉、坡缕石粘土、甘油、水,置于功率为600W的超声波分散仪中分散30min;(3)于50℃下进行糊化25min,并进行机械搅拌,然后浇注到模具中,于60℃下干燥20h,揭膜,再于相对湿度为70%的环境中均衡36h,用热压机和冷压机进行硫化、制片,最后以常规注塑工艺在注塑机上注塑成型。
按上述方法制备的普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜测量其力学性能为:测得拉伸强度16.3MPa,断裂伸长率188%。
实施例2:
一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜,其组分及重量份为:淀粉100份,普鲁兰多糖8份,甘油10份,坡缕石粘土6份。

一种普鲁兰多糖-淀粉基可降解薄膜的制备方法为:(1)将普鲁兰多糖溶于乙酸中,配制质量浓度为2%的普鲁兰多糖溶液;(2)加入淀粉、坡缕石粘土、甘油、水,置于功率为600W的超声波分散仪中分散30min;(3)于50℃下进行糊化30min,并进行机械搅拌,然后浇注到模具中,于60℃下干燥20h,揭膜,再于相对湿度为70%的环境中均衡48h,用热压机和冷压机进行硫化、制片,最后以常规注塑工艺在注塑机上注塑成型。
