一.技术领域:
本发明涉及水产品养殖,具体是一种水产品养殖箱池底增氧用微孔板的制作方法。
二.技术背景:
水产品养殖普遍存在养殖箱池底质易变坏,水产动物容易生病的问题,这样既增加了医药支出,又影响了水产品的品质。其实,把养殖箱池设计成底部夹层就可以轻易解决。养殖箱池采用底部夹层微孔增氧产生的气泡小,气水接触面积大,水中溶解氧高,增氧均匀,不留死角。要在养殖箱、池底部设置夹层,则需要一种微孔板。目前微孔板的制作,一般采用电火花打孔、机械冲孔、激光打孔,这些方法制作的微孔板孔径最小也是板厚的1.5倍。要增氧的气泡小并且均匀,微孔板孔径必须小到微米计算,而且孔与孔之间必须密集;微孔板要结实耐用,微孔板厚度要求在3~5mm以上。要在3~5mm厚的平板上打出密集的微孔,电火花打孔、机械冲孔、激光打孔即使造价昂贵也根本做不到。
三.发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服目前电火花打孔、机械冲孔、激光打孔技术制作的微孔板孔径最小也是板厚的1.5倍,并且造价昂贵,而提供一种孔径微小、结实耐用,并且造价极低的微孔板的制作方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来实现:一种水产品养殖箱池底增氧用微孔板的制作方法包括:冲孔平板、微孔滤布,其特征为:所述微孔滤布包住冲孔平板,所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体,所述微孔板包边;
所述冲孔平板优选对水产动物无毒、无害的pp冲孔平板;
所述冲孔平板优选厚度3mm、孔径10mm、孔与孔之间密集的冲孔平板;
所述微孔滤布优选透气不透水的滤布;
所述微孔滤布包住冲孔平板两面全包或只包一面;
所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体采用层压成型工艺,所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体用粘结剂或用熔结;
所述微孔板包边优选用压条包边。
本发明的有益效果是:采用冲孔平板与微孔滤布层压成型制作的微孔板,让电火花打孔、机械冲孔、激光打孔即使造价昂贵也根本做不到的事情变成现实,这种方法制作的微孔板,结实耐用,透气不透水,并且造价极低,可广泛地应用于水产品养殖、水产品运输和污水处理行业。
本发明申请前,通过SooPAT、专利之星和百度搜索查询没有见到有类似本发明的申请,社会上也没有公开应用的,说明本发明具有新颖性。本发明独创了一种微孔板的制作方法,用这种方法制作的微孔板结实耐用,透气不透水,并且操作简单、造价极低,本发明可以广泛地应用于水产品养殖、水产品运输和污水处理行业,根据公开的内容,可以很简单的复制和使用。
四.具体的实施方式:
一种水产品养殖箱池底增氧用微孔板的制作方法包括:冲孔平板、微孔滤布,其特征为:所述微孔滤布包住冲孔平板,所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体,所述微孔板包边;所述冲孔平板材质既可用金属的也可用非金属的,由于在水产养殖和污水处理中使用金属材质容易腐蚀,有些非金属材质用于水产养殖对水产动物有害,本发明所述冲孔平板优选对水产动物无毒、无害的pp冲孔平板;所述冲孔平板可厚可薄、孔径可大可小、孔距可密可疏,本发明所述冲孔平板优选厚度3~5mm、孔径10mm左右、孔与孔之间密集的冲孔平板;所述微孔滤布有各种各样,本发明所述微孔滤布优选透气不透水的滤布;所述微孔滤布包住冲孔平板两面全包或只包一面;所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体采用层压成型工艺,所述冲孔平板与微孔滤布合成一体用粘结剂或用熔结;由于冲孔平板尺寸固定,所需微孔板尺寸不定,裁剪时有可能裁剪到孔径处,微孔板包边,既整齐又美观,本发明所述微孔板包边优选用压条包边。采用本发明制作微孔板的步骤:先根据所需尺寸裁剪冲孔平板,例如养殖箱底尺寸为1300mm*650mm,就裁剪一块厚3mm,长宽1294mm*644mm的冲孔平板。再根据所需尺寸裁剪微孔滤布,如果要两面全包,就裁剪一块2591mm*644mm或1294mm*1291mm的微孔滤布;如果要包一面,就裁剪一块1294mm*644mm的微孔滤布。然后把冲孔平板与微孔滤布对齐,用层压成型机压合。用层压成型机压合之前,需用粘结剂结合的,在冲孔平板上涂抹粘结剂,层压成型机不许加热;需用熔结的,层压成型机要加热,加热温度根据所用材料确定。用层压成型机压合后,再用压条包边即可。
也可以先把大规格的冲孔平板与微孔滤布对齐,用层压成型机压合,再根据所需微孔板尺寸裁剪,用压条包边即可。
