本发明给出流体管道驳接组件,涉及用于输送流体的管道,具体涉及管道驳接处的连接结构,承托圈(1)朝前抵住插接座(3)的阶梯(31)处,朝后与管子(5)的前端口(51)夹紧弹性护垫(2),加设有密封底垫(30)夹紧在承托圈(1)与插接座(3)的阶梯(31)处之间。借管子(5)插入施加给弹性护垫(2)的压力,使密封底垫(30)被夹紧在承托圈(1)与插接座(3)的阶梯(31)处之间,则流体已无法进入承托圈(1)与插接座(3)的侧壁(32)直接接触处的缝隙(33),也就不会经弹性护垫(2)渗漏到管外壁(50),从而解决了在设置了承托圈(1)之后出现的弹性护垫(2)处流体渗漏的问题。

流体管道驳接组件
技术领域
本发明涉及用于输送流体的管道,具体涉及管道驳接处的连接结构。
背景技术
流体管道用于输送例如水或煤气等流体,在需要进行驳接处,管子朝前插入插接座中驳接固定。有密封圈被夹紧在管外壁与插接座的侧壁之间,防止流体渗漏到外界。为免流体腐蚀管子的前端口,需设置弹性护垫,弹性护垫被夹紧在管子的前端口与插接座的阶梯处之间。为了安装需要,发明人最近发明了在流体管道驳接组件中设置一个承托圈,其朝前抵住插接座的阶梯处,朝后与管子的前端口夹紧所述的弹性护垫。此技术方案尚未公开。在产品实际应用中,发现有少量流体透过弹性护垫渗漏到管外壁,其原因被认为是承托圈的加入影响了对弹性护垫的夹持力度,但在调整以确保承托圈与管子的前端口夹紧弹性护垫之后,渗漏情况并无明显改善。由于管外壁没有经过防腐蚀处理,故流体渗漏将导致管外壁被腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明将解决流体管道驳接组件在设置了承托圈之后出现的弹性护垫处流体渗漏的问题。
发明人经研究发现,承托圈与插接座的侧壁直接接触处留有缝隙,流体从该缝隙沿管轴方向可到达弹性护垫处。由于对弹性护垫的夹紧力为管轴方向,其被夹紧后流体就难以沿管径方向渗漏,但对于从上述缝隙处沿管轴方向渗入的流体,弹性护垫密封性较差,故流体可经此处渗漏到管外壁。
找到渗漏的原因之后,发明人曾设想在管径方向夹紧弹性护垫,或者在承托圈与插接座的侧壁之间的缝隙处另设密封件并对其施加管径方向的夹紧力,但由于在流体管道内部没有零件可供借力,难以实现在管径方向上夹紧密封。
后来,发明人经研究想到在承托圈与插接座的阶梯处之间加设密封底垫,借管子插入施加给弹性护垫的压力,使密封底垫被夹紧在承托圈与插接座的阶梯处之间。虽然该夹紧力是沿管轴方向的,但因为承托圈与插接座的阶梯处之间被密封底垫封住了,所以流体已无法进入承托圈与插接座的侧壁直接接触处的缝隙,也就不会经弹性护垫渗漏到管外壁了。

具体实施方式
因应插接座3的阶梯31所处的轴向位置配以相应厚度的定位圈1,从如图1的状态开始,由里到外把密封底垫30、承托圈1、弹性护垫2、密封圈6、承隔圈7、弹齿圈4、卸管件8、填压件9放入插接座3内。承托圈1放入后,密封底垫30位于承托圈1与插接座3的阶梯31处之间。承托圈1从旁侧朝后伸出形成后侧挡部11,防止弹性护垫2掉出;承托圈1从旁侧朝前伸出形成前侧挡部13,防止密封底垫30掉出。
对插接座3进行收口,再盖上防污盖0,就可以让管子朝前(图中为朝下)插入进行驳接了。与插接座3驳接的管子5可以是硬质管,也可以是软质塑料管,插入后如图2所示。驳接时,管子5朝前插入越过弹齿圈4上的弹齿45后,弹齿45卡入管外壁50的定位槽54以阻止管子5后退,即为如图2所示的驳接状态:承托圈1朝后与管子5的前端口51夹紧弹性护垫2,使得在管轴方向上,弹性护垫2在管子5的前端口51与承托圈1之间被夹紧至预定的形变程度,不会因操作者的操作差异而有所区别,从而既能够保护管子5的前端口51,又不会因形变过度而损坏;借管子5插入施加给弹性护垫2的压力,承托圈1朝前通过密封底垫30抵住插接座3的阶梯31处,如此则密封底垫30被夹紧在承托圈1与插接座3的阶梯31处之间,故流体无法进入承托圈1与插接座3的侧壁32直接接触处的缝隙33;密封圈6被夹紧在管外壁50与插接座3的侧壁32之间,作为第二道屏障防止流体渗漏到外界,并防止外界灰尘进入。
拆管时,需取出防污盖0,然后用工具朝前顶卸管件8,弹齿45被卸管件8前顶同时朝外挤开从而离开管外壁50,管子5即可退出。
本实施例中,承托圈1与管外壁50的定位槽54配合,使弹性护垫2夹紧至预定的形变程度。在此基础上加设密封底垫30,以简单的结构防止了流体流入缝隙33。本实施例在承托圈1的前、后分别设置密封件30、2,故在承托圈1旁侧前、后分别形成前侧挡部13、后侧挡部11即可防止密封件掉出,对承托圈1的制造非常简单,无需另行增加其它部件。加设密封底垫30这一技术手段也适用在其它需设置承托圈1承托弹性护垫2的场合,用于防止流体渗入承托圈1与插接座3之间的缝隙33。

Claims (4)

1.流体管道驳接组件,包括需相互驳接的管子(5)和插接座(3),包括用于保护管子(5)的前端口(51)的弹性护垫(2),其特征是:包括承托圈(1),其朝前抵住插接座(3)的阶梯(31)处,朝后与管子(5)的前端口(51)夹紧所述的弹性护垫(2),还加设有密封底垫(30),其被夹紧在承托圈(1)与插接座(3)的阶梯(31)处之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体管道驳接组件,承托圈(1)从旁侧朝后伸出形成用于防止弹性护垫(2)掉出的后侧挡部(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流体管道驳接组件,承托圈(1)从旁侧朝前伸出形成用于防止密封底垫掉出的前侧挡部(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的流体管道驳接组件,有密封圈(6)被夹紧在管外壁(50)与插接座(3)的侧壁(32)之间。
