本发明公开了紧凑型明杆闸阀,它包括手轮、丝杆、阀杆螺母和支架,阀杆螺母的螺帽横截面呈多边形,纵截面呈楔形,手轮与阀杆螺母配合处设有与阀杆螺母的螺帽形状相适配的凹台,阀杆螺母的底端边缘设有向外突出的三角形凸台,支架与阀杆螺母配合处设有与三角形凸台形状相适配的三角形凹槽。本发明的有益效果是阀杆螺母采用螺帽为多边形增大了手轮传递给阀杆螺母的扭矩、底边设有向外突出的三角形凸台结构,消除了止头螺钉、细牙等连接件,降低了成本,结构简单,装配容易,工作可靠,使用寿命长;垫圈可以减轻手轮和支架之间的摩擦震动,避免手轮和支架的磨损,阀杆螺母采用铝青铜作为材质,强度高﹐耐磨性和耐蚀性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及明杆闸阀,尤其涉及紧凑型明杆闸阀。
背景技术
目前,闸阀广泛用于石油、化工、制药、冶金、煤碳、电力行业、城市给排水等行业的管路上,用于控制管路介质流通和截断,是各种流体输送工程中应用最广泛的阀门之一。闸阀是启闭件,阀板沿中心垂直方向移动,向上移动为开启,向下移动为关闭的阀门。明杆闸阀是手轮带动螺母作圆周运动时,阀杆带动阀板作直线运动,从而达到阀板的开启与关闭,从而使闸阀满足启闭功能。
明杆闸阀的驱动部件主要是铜螺母(阀杆螺母),铜螺母的固定方式决定闸阀的使用寿命,铜螺母的大小决定驱动部分的的成本,铜螺母与手轮的组合决定装配的难易程度。如图1所示,铜螺母的固定方式是:手轮与铜螺母采用细牙连接,牙缝处采用止头螺钉紧固,缺陷是细牙易腐蚀,紧固螺钉易挤碎,铜螺母体积大,寿命短,成本高。如图2所示,铜螺母的组装方式是:手轮与铜螺母采用平键连接,铜螺母上端采用细牙锁母固定,缺陷是细牙易腐蚀,铜螺母体积大,成本高,组装部件多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的阀杆螺母与手轮的装配关系复杂,需要采用细牙等连接件,组装步骤繁琐,成本高,另外阀杆螺母的体积较大,寿命较短,结构不紧凑,为此提供一种紧凑型明杆闸阀。
本发明的技术方案是:紧凑型明杆闸阀,它包括手轮、丝杆、阀杆螺母和支架,所述阀杆螺母的螺帽横截面呈多边形,纵截面呈楔形,所述手轮与阀杆螺母配合处设有与阀杆螺母的螺帽形状相适配的凹台,所述阀杆螺母的底端边缘设有向外突出的三角形凸台,所述支架与阀杆螺母配合处设有与三角形凸台形状相适配的三角形凹槽。
上述方案的改进是所述手轮和支架之间设有垫圈。
上述方案中所述阀杆螺母是铝青铜螺母。
本发明的有益效果是阀杆螺母采用螺帽为多边形增大了手轮传递给阀杆螺母的扭矩、底边设有向外突出的三角形凸台结构,消除了止头螺钉、细牙等连接件,降低了成本,结构简单,装配容易,工作可靠,使用寿命长,使结构紧凑且便于安装;垫圈可以减轻手轮和支架之间的摩擦震动,避免手轮和支架的磨损,阀杆螺母采用铝青铜作为材质,强度高﹐耐磨性和耐蚀性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图3-5所示,本发明包括手轮1、丝杆2、阀杆螺母3和支架4,所述阀杆螺母的螺帽横截面呈多边形,纵截面呈楔形,所述手轮与阀杆螺母配合处设有与阀杆螺母的螺帽形状相适配的凹台,所述阀杆螺母的底端边缘设有向外突出的三角形凸台,所述支架与阀杆螺母配合处设有与三角形凸台形状相适配的三角形凹槽。
具体的,阀杆螺母的螺帽横截面可以是四边形、五边形、六边形、七边型,八边形,边数越多一方面越能传递较大的扭矩,另一方面减小阀杆螺母的体积,节省材料和空间;阀杆螺母的螺帽纵截面呈楔形便于阀杆螺母牢固的安装在手轮的凹台内,其独特的构造使阀杆螺母越插越紧,省去了止头螺钉对阀杆螺母的限位作用。
手轮和支架之间设有垫圈一方面可以减缓震动,使闸阀运行更平稳,另一方面可以减小手轮和之间的有害摩擦,延长手轮和支架的使用寿命。
阀杆螺母优选材质是铝青铜,其强度高﹐耐磨性和耐蚀性好﹐可以延长阀杆螺母的使用寿命。
组装时,将手轮1与支架4连在一起,将手轮1与支架4之间放入垫圈,如图6所示,阀杆螺母3的底端边缘设有三角形凹槽,其长度方向的表面是平滑的,将阀杆螺母3从手轮1中间的八边形凹台插入,直至阀杆螺母3底端凹的三角形凹槽与支架4的三角形凹台在一平面为止。然后倒过来,将阀杆螺母3上端抵住,因为阀杆螺母3有很好的延展性,所以使用专用撞环将阀杆螺母3下端凹的三角形凹槽撑开,形成向外突出的三角形凸台,直至三角形凸台嵌入支架4的三角形凹台。当然也可以通过其它方法来实现阀杆螺母3与支架4的三角形凹台配合,比如阀杆螺母3的底端边缘直接向下延伸出三角形凸台,安装时将该延伸的三角形凸台与支架4的三角形凹台对齐,使用专用撞环将三角形凸台嵌入支架4的三角形凹台,这就完成了手轮1、阀杆螺母3、支架4及手轮1与支架4之间的垫圈的组装。再将组件穿在丝杆2上,将支架4固定在阀盖上即可完成整个明杆闸阀的组装。将阀杆螺母3设计成特殊结构,既可靠的传递手轮1的扭矩,又免除了细牙结构的连接。所以使明杆闸工作更可靠,使用寿命更长,制造成本更低。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.紧凑型明杆闸阀,它包括手轮(1)、丝杆(2)、阀杆螺母(3)和支架(4),其特征是所述阀杆螺母的螺帽横截面呈多边形,纵截面呈楔形,所述手轮与阀杆螺母配合处设有与阀杆螺母的螺帽形状相适配的凹台,所述阀杆螺母的底端边缘设有向外突出的三角形凸台,所述支架与阀杆螺母配合处设有与三角形凸台形状相适配的三角形凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧凑型明杆闸阀,其特征是所述手轮和支架之间设有垫圈。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的紧凑型明杆闸阀,其特征是所述阀杆螺母是铝青铜螺母。
