Abstract

本发明提供了一种耐冲击腐蚀的弹性聚氨酯涂料,由弹性羟基树脂、气相二氧化硅、钛白粉、填料、抗氧剂、固化促进剂、混合溶剂和乙组份异氰酸酯固化剂组成,所述的弹性羟基树脂为特制的。本发明得到的涂膜具有较高的落砂耐磨性,耐水性。可适应高湿条件如水上飞机、海上风电场等应用环境的防冲击腐蚀的要求。

Description

一种耐砂蚀弹性聚氨酯涂料
技术领域
本发明属于化学组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种耐砂蚀弹性聚氨酯涂料。
背景技术
弹性聚氨酯涂料具有独特的微相分离树脂结构,因而硬度可调节的范围大,具有优良的弹性、耐磨、耐化学介质及良好的力学强度,可用于防护高速气流带动的液、固体颗粒物对表面碰撞造成的冲击腐蚀损害。在飞机机头雷达罩、风电叶片、汽车结构件等方面有很多应用需求。
在某些高湿度环境如水上飞机、海上风电场等应用条件下,对聚氨酯弹性涂层的耐水性有很高要求。普通的弹性聚氨酯中羟基组分多采用端羟基的聚酯或聚醚,聚酯结构耐水解性能不好,在水中浸泡一般不超过96小时就失去强度。而聚醚制成的弹性聚氨酯不能满足防冲击要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐冲击腐蚀的弹性聚氨酯涂料,使得涂膜具有较高的落砂耐磨性,同时涂层具有较高的耐水性。可适应高湿条件下防冲击腐蚀的要求。
本发明耐冲击腐蚀聚氨酯涂料的由下列技术方案组成:
首先合成一种弹性羟基树脂,由下列按质量百分数计算含量的原料合成得到。
所述二醇开环己内酯,为新戊二醇或一缩乙二醇开环己内酯,羟值为200~240mgKOH/g。
所述三醇开环己内酯,为三羟甲基丙烷开环己内酯,羟值为220~400mgKOH/g。
所述聚碳酸酯二醇为含聚碳酸1,4-丁二醇酯与1,6-己二醇酯的聚碳酸酯二醇,分子量为1000~2000。
所述混合溶剂为以下至少两种或多种溶剂——二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯。
所述的弹性羟基树脂的合成方法:将除异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯外的物料加入反应器,升温回流脱水1小时后降温至90℃,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,90℃保温反应6小时后,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂。
所述弹性羟基树脂合成中,聚碳酸酯二醇与二醇开环己内酯的羟基摩尔比为0.5~1.6:1,落砂耐磨性可达到20l/μm,随聚碳酸酯二醇用量增加其耐水性提高,进一步优化聚碳酸酯二醇与二醇开环己内酯的羟基摩尔比为0.7~0.9:1,耐水4天后,落砂耐磨性可达到25l/μm以上。
本发明耐冲击腐蚀聚氨酯涂料由下列按质量百分数计算含量的原料组成:
甲组分
所述的抗氧剂为市售受阻酚类抗氧剂。
所述的固化促进剂是市售二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述的混合溶剂是以下至少两种或多种溶剂——二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯。
所述的填料为云母粉与以下至少一种或多种填料:滑石粉、高岭土、硅微粉。
将甲组分中各原料用高速搅拌机混合后,在砂磨机中研磨至细度≤40μm,包装得到。
乙组分为市售异氰酸酯固化剂缩二脲N-75。
将甲组分与乙组分按NCO/OH=1.1~1.3:1比例配成涂料
发明的有益效果:本发明在羟基树脂合成中以异氰酸酯与多元醇反应来合成高分子量羟基树脂,不同于一般聚氨酯仅在固化剂中含氨酯键,由于在结构中含有大量氨酯键,其耐冲击腐蚀和耐水性均有提高,通过优选聚酯与聚碳酸酯比例,可在保持良好耐水性的同时,具有良好的耐砂蚀性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将羟值为215mgKOH/g的一缩乙二醇开环己内酯12克,羟值为330mgKOH/g的三羟甲基丙烷开环己内酯6克,分子量1000的聚碳酸酯二醇19.2克、三羟甲基丙烷3.5克、二甲苯25克、醋酸丁酯25克加入带搅拌、温度计的三口瓶中,加热回流脱水1小时,降温至90度,加入9.3克异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,90度保温6小时。得到羟基树脂。
将上述制备的羟基树脂66.4克与气相二氧化硅4克、钛白粉4.3克、滑石粉2克、云母粉6.5克、抗氧剂10100.2克、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1克、二甲苯8.3克、醋酸丁酯8.3克,混合均匀后研磨至细度小于40微米。制成涂料甲组分。
将组分甲与乙组分N-75按NCO/OH=1.3:1配漆,喷涂样板,常温干燥7天后测试性能如下:
实施例2:
将羟值为220mgKOH/g的新戊二醇开环己内酯6克,羟值为360mgKOH/g的三羟甲基丙烷开环己内酯8克,分子量2000的聚碳酸酯二醇19.6克、三羟甲基丙烷3克、二甲苯25克、醋酸丁酯25克加入带搅拌、温度计的三口瓶中,加热回流脱水1小时,降温至90度,加入13.4克异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,90度保温6小时,得到羟基树脂。
将上述羟基树脂66.4克与气相二氧化硅4克、钛白粉4.3克、滑石粉2克、云母粉6.5克、抗氧剂10100.2克、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二甲苯8.3克、醋酸丁酯8.3克,混合均匀后研磨至细度小于40微米。制成涂料甲组分。
将甲组分与乙组分N-75按NCO/OH=1.3:1配漆,喷涂样板,常温干燥7天后测试性能如下:

1.一种弹性羟基树脂,由下列按质量百分数计算含量的原料合成得到:
所述二醇开环己内酯,为新戊二醇或一缩乙二醇开环己内酯,羟值为200~240mgKOH/g;
所述三醇开环己内酯,为三羟甲基丙烷开环己内酯,羟值为220~400mgKOH/g;
所述聚碳酸酯二醇为含聚碳酸1,4-丁二醇酯与1,6-己二醇酯的聚碳酸酯二醇,分子量为1000~2000;
所述混合溶剂为以下至少两种或多种溶剂:二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯;
所述的聚碳酸酯二醇与二醇开环己内酯的羟基摩尔比为0.5~1.6:1;
所述的弹性羟基树脂的合成方法:将除异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯外的物料加入反应器,升温回流脱水1小时后降温至90℃,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,90℃保温反应6小时后,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性羟基树脂,其特征在于,所述的聚碳酸酯二醇与二醇开环己内酯的羟基摩尔比为0.7~0.9:1。
3.一种耐冲击腐蚀的聚氨酯涂料,由甲、乙两组分组成,其中甲组分由下列按质量百分数计算含量的原料组成:
所述的弹性羟基树脂为权利要求1制备得到的;
所述的填料为云母粉与以下至少一种或多种填料:滑石粉、高岭土、硅微粉组成;
所述的抗氧剂为市售受阻酚类抗氧剂;
所述的固化促进剂是市售二月桂酸二丁基锡;
所述的混合溶剂是以下至少两种或多种溶剂——二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯;
甲组分的制备:将各原料用高速搅拌机混合后,在砂磨机中研磨至细度≤40μm,得到;
乙组分为市售异氰酸酯固化剂缩二脲N-75;
将甲与乙组分按NCO/OH=1.1~1.3:1比例配成涂料。
