Abstract

本发明专利涉及一种石墨密封圈的制作方法,特别涉及到双层合成的密封圈。本专利针对现有技术中的不足,自主实验制成,提供一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,解决了以往复杂的制作工艺,同时解决石墨用量过大,而且不能起到坚固的作用。该方法形成的密封圈,它的内圈和外圈,通过内圈的凸凹沟槽设置,增加了表面外圈的耐挤压性;同样也增加了内圈与外圈的连接牢固性。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种石墨密封圈的制作方法,特别涉及到双层合成的密封圈。
背景技术
石墨由于其结构的特殊性,常被用来制作密封装置,特别是密封圈,现在密封圈行业中,在材料中添加石墨的有很多,可是往往应不好,主要考虑到两个方面,一是石墨量应用太大,坚固程度不够,另一方面形方式受到限制,采用压制的方式,成形复杂。例如现有技术中,专利201210210769.7,该专利采用的就是压制方式,而且用料采用了煤沥青和石墨的混合,由于煤沥青具有一定的污染性,而且从石墨的添加量上看出,含墨量不大,至少对于起到密封的部分含量不够;而且制作过程复杂。
发明内容
本专利针对现有技术中的不足,自主实验制成,提供一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,解决了以往复杂的制作工艺,同时解决石墨用量过大,而且不能起到坚固的作用。
为完成相上述技术发明目的,本发明是这样实现的:一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的石墨密封圈由内圈和外圈构成;具体加工步骤如下:
内圈是包括石英砂、石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯,其中石英砂占内圈总比重的10%-20%、石墨粉占内圈总比重的10-50%、碳黑占内圈总比重的1%-10%、高苯乙烯占内圈总比重的40%-60%;
外圈是由石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯三种原料构成;其中石墨粉占外圈总比重的60%-70%、高苯乙烯占外圈总比重的30%-40%;
将内圈原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成内圈颗粒,风干后备用;
将外圈原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成外圈颗粒,风干后备用;
采用三层共挤机器进行共挤密封圈,其中两边两层采用外圈颗粒,中间一层采用内圈颗粒,外圈颗粒和内圈颗粒的用量达到让两层外圈颗粒可以完全包裹内圈;共挤温度为500℃-530℃。
本专利采用了三层共挤技术,将原来配方不一至材料,通过包裹技术结合到一起,形成了一个整体;通过这种方式,比单纯的两层共挤要好的多,因为配方不同,其内部组织机构必然不同,造成了他们连在一起会出现结合的问题;如果不是相同的材料过多的情况,在使用后必然出现分离,否则就要采用其他手法,再进行结合处理。而本专利则采用包裹技术将这一难题解决;另外,由于内圈与外圈用的材料尽管不同,他们之间会产生连接这是必然的;因此在使用中也不会产生脱离的情况。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述的内圈还混有占内圈总质量2%-5%的丁苯胶乳胶粘剂。所述外圈颗粒在共挤机中先被挤成两个片厚度相同或厚度不一的包覆片;所述的包覆片的宽度大于密封圈的圈体直径。所述内圈颗粒在共挤机先被挤成扁平形,然后再挤成等腰梯形;前端窄后端宽。
采用丁苯胶乳胶粘剂进行促进内外两层的合并,从而避免长时间使用,或是不利环境的使用而让内外两层分离;内圈设置成特殊形状,并且通过在同台机器里两次变形,这样做有两点好处,一是让做成的密封圈有强大的拉力,另一方在两次成形可以让内圈形成了高密度,我们知道密封圈的内圈本身就在密封上起不到作用,其主要作用是支撑和强度作用,所以我们要让其密度高,同时在横向上有拉力。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,在共挤时,外层与中间层合并之前,在共挤口上注入固体胶合剂。所述的内圈在挤出时,表面凸凹。
通过在共挤过程中加入固体胶合剂,这是一特殊加胶方式,需要对共挤机器进行改进,在共挤过程中,在合并时,通过专用通道将固体胶合剂添加至层与层之间从而达到更加牢固的作用,另外在内圈表面设有凸凹有两个作用,一是在喷胶过程中,由于共挤中需要一直运动,所以会产生胶滴落的现象,采用这种凸凹表面可以留住一定的胶体;另一方面,光滑的表面会造成密封圈外圈的弹性减弱,由于凸凹表面,外圈在受到挤压后,可以相互借力,完成伸缩的微观变形,这种变形会很小,但是他们却是外圈密封圈密封效果是否过观的重要特点。

具体实施例1
具体实施例1提供的是一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,该方法完成一般要求的密封圈,这种密封图1的制作步骤如下:
内圈备料:
内圈是包括石英砂、石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯,其中石英砂占内圈总比重的10%-20%、石墨粉占内圈总比重的10-50%、碳黑占内圈总比重的1%-10%、高苯乙烯占内圈总比重的40%-60%。
外圈备料:
外圈11是由石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯三种原料构成;其中石墨粉占外圈总比重的60%-70%、高苯乙烯占外圈总比重的30%-40%。
造粒成形:
将内圈12原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成内圈颗粒,风干后备用;
将外圈原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成外圈颗粒,风干后备用;
共挤成形:
采用三层共挤机器进行共挤密封圈,分别将外圈颗粒对应着上层口21和下层口23,内圈颗粒对应着中间层口22。该共挤机器的机头,是由三部分构成,其中第一部分为分层部分2,其主要功能是将内圈颗粒和外圈颗粒分别制成三层,这三层中,其中上层和下层分别通过上挤出口24和下挤出口26制成;其配料是由外圈颗粒提供,中间层是由中间挤出口25制成,其配料是由内圈颗粒提供,内圈的形成要经过两步成形,在第一步成形是扁形的,再通过二次成形,主要是通过共挤机器的第二部分的梯形变形模具3,该变形模具是慢慢的变形,其前端31高,后端32窄;通过慢慢的变形,这种变形使原来的扁平层条的密度增加,取消了内部的气泡,同时这种变形的应用也增加了其周边向外圈的横向张拉力;。三层变形完成后,通过二次加热挤压捏合,从而形成了上下两层包裹中间层,加热后再次连接。在二次加热挤压的同时也完成了密封圈的整体成形。
具体实施例2
本实施例是在上一案例的基础之上的改进,主要是应对,在现实使用中,表面变形较大,挤压力度过大,常期活动来回挤压的密封圈,因为上述工艺往往会造成内外脱连,从而形成密封圈破裂,本实施例将在上述工艺中作出改进,避免上述现象的出象,其具体作法是:
在内圈二次成形进,将二次形成的模具内表面圈设置凸凹不平的沟槽121,在沟槽121形成后,通过固体胶喷射口向内圈上喷涂二次固体胶合剂,喷涂后再进行二次加热挤压捏合,从而形成了上下两层包裹中间层,加热后再次连接。
该方法形成的密封圈,它的内圈和外圈,通过内圈的凸凹沟槽设置,增加了表面外圈的耐挤压性;同样也增加了内圈与外圈的连接牢固性。

Claims (7)

1.一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的石墨密封圈由内圈和外圈构成;具体加工步骤如下: 
内圈包括石英砂、石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯,其中石英砂占内圈总比重的10%-20%、石墨粉占内圈总比重的10-50%、碳黑占内圈总比重的1%-10%、高苯乙烯占内圈总比重的40%-60%; 
外圈是由石墨粉、碳黑和高苯乙烯三种原料构成;其中石墨粉占外圈总比重的60%-70%、高苯乙烯占外圈总比重的30%-40%; 
将内圈原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成内圈颗粒,风干后备用; 
将外圈原料混合后,投入造粒机中,制成外圈颗粒,风干后备用; 
采用三层共挤机器进行共挤密封圈,其中两边两层采用外圈颗粒,中间一层采用内圈颗粒,外圈颗粒和内圈颗粒的用量达到让两层外圈颗粒可以完全包裹内圈;共挤温度为500℃-530℃。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的内圈还混有占内圈总质量2%-5%的丁苯胶乳胶粘剂。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于:所述外圈颗粒在共挤机中先被挤成两个片厚度相同或厚度不一的包覆片;所述的包覆片的宽度大于密封圈的圈体直径。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于:所述内圈颗粒在共挤机先被挤成扁平形,然后再挤成等腰梯形;前端窄后端宽。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在 于:在共挤时,外层与中间层合并之前,在共挤口上注入固体胶合剂。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的内圈在挤出时,表面凸凹。 
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种石墨密封圈的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的内圈在挤出时,表面凸凹;在挤成表面凸凹形之前,在外层与中间层合并之前,在共挤口上注入固体胶合剂。
