Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹片切割工装,包括底座和料座,该料座固定在该底座上;该料座为方块状,其一侧面上设有若干个锥形凹槽,该凹槽的底部设有相连通的沟槽。本发明利用锥度自锁功能,将零件放置在工装的锥孔内固定在带锯床上稍微施加少许压力即可固定。装夹及拆卸零件时可以省却打开虎钳,夹紧虎钳的动作,完全依靠锥度的自锁功能紧固零件,装夹时间节省一倍以上。

本发明涉及加工工具技术领域,尤其是一种夹片切割工装。
背景技术
传统夹片切割工具为采用特制虎钳,固定在带锯床上夹持零件进行切割,装夹效率低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种夹片切割工装,结构巧妙,效率高。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种夹片切割工装,包括底座和料座,该料座固定在该底座上;该料座为方块状,其一侧面上设有若干个锥形凹槽,该凹槽的底部设有相连通的沟槽。
进一步地,该若干个锥形凹槽为并列设置。
进一步地,该若干个锥形凹槽的形状相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:利用锥度自锁功能,将零件放置在工装的锥孔内固定在带锯床上稍微施加少许压力即可固定。装夹及拆卸零件时可以省却打开虎钳,夹紧虎钳的动作,完全依靠锥度的自锁功能紧固零件,装夹时间节省一倍以上。

具体实施方式

如图1、2和3所示的一种夹片切割工装,包括底座2和料座1,该料座1固定在该底座2上;该料座1为方块状,其一侧面上设有若干个锥形凹槽11,该凹槽11的底部设有相连通的沟槽12。该若干个锥形凹槽11为并列设置。该若干个锥形凹槽11的形状相同。
料座1上的锥形凹槽11结合沟槽12,在放置零件的时候稍微施加少许压力即可完成装夹。

1.一种夹片切割工装,其特征在于:包括底座和料座,该料座固定在该底座上;该料座为方块状,其一侧面上设有若干个锥形凹槽,该凹槽的底部设有相连通的沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述夹片切割工装,其特征在于:该若干个锥形凹槽为并列设置。
3.如权利要求2所述夹片切割工装,其特征在于:该若干个锥形凹槽的形状相同。
