Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,包括有焊机机头、悬臂、悬臂升降底座、导轨、运管小车、焊剂输送回收系统、焊接系统、手自动、遥控电气控制系统。本发明设计了体积较小的焊机机头,使本装置可焊接钢管直径范围扩大为钢管直径范围≥φ508mm,单支钢管长度≤12000mm,对接后钢管总长≤36000mm,增加了遥控操作系统,使操作更方便,能够单人操作完成整个焊接过程,降低了人力成本。

技术领域
    本发明涉及直缝埋弧焊管生产装置,具体涉及一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置。
背景技术
    目前现有的钢管对接环形焊缝焊接装置,一般采用固定式旋转辊轮,配合升降悬臂、焊接系统进行焊接。上述方式受升降系统和机头限制可焊接的钢管范围为:钢管直径范围≥φ900mm,单支钢管长度≤7000mm,对接后钢管总长≤21000mm,且需多人配合操作,生产效率低,不能满足直缝埋弧焊管行业常用规格钢管的对接环形内焊缝的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,避免了上述缺陷,减少了工作人员数量,提高设备焊接效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
    一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,包括有焊机机头、运管小车、悬臂、遥控电气控制系统,焊机机头安装于悬臂一端,悬臂另一端安装于悬臂升降底座,运管小车下方有导轨,运管小车上放置有钢管,焊机机头置于钢管内部,运管小车下端安装有旋转辊,悬臂升降底座外有平台,平台上放置有焊剂输送回收系统、焊接系统。
所述焊接机头固定于悬臂上,具备上下、左右、前后移动功能,所述悬臂通过过渡件、螺杆升降减速机固定于悬臂底座。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取了加长悬臂、移动运管小车、多功能焊接机头、电气遥控系统等技术手段来实现焊枪前后、左右、上下移动、钢管的旋转及前后移动等动作,通过焊接系统及焊剂输送、回收系统配合完成整个焊接过程。
1、所述焊接机头固定于悬臂上,具备上下、左右、前后移动功能,且机头体积小;所述悬臂通过过渡件、螺杆升降减速机固定于悬臂底座,具备升降功能;
    2、所述运管小车放置于导轨上,并可由电机驱动沿导轨前后移动,且所述运管小车上安装有钢管旋转机构,具备运输钢管至指定位置,并配合焊接系统进行工件旋转;
3、所述手自动、遥控电气控制系统,实现了单人远程操作。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构合理,可焊接钢管范围为:钢管直径范围≥φ508mm,单支钢管长度≤12000mm,对接后钢管总长≤36000mm,可实现单人遥控操作,大大提高了生产范围及生产效率。

具体实施方式
参见附图,一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,包括有焊机机头1、运管小车2、悬臂3、遥控电气控制系统,焊机机头1安装于悬臂3一端,悬臂3另一端安装于悬臂升降底座4,运管小车2下方有导轨5,运管小车2上放置有钢管6,焊机机头1置于钢管6内部,运管小车2下端安装有旋转辊8,悬臂升降底座4外有平台9,平台9上放置有焊剂输送回收系统10、焊接系统7,焊接机头固定于悬臂上,具备上下、左右、前后移动功能,所述悬臂通过过渡件、螺杆升降减速机固定于悬臂底座。
将待焊接工件放置于安装在运管小车上的旋转辊上,移动小车将工件焊缝运送至安装在焊接机头上的焊嘴下方,调整悬臂进行焊接干丝长度的粗调,然后调整焊接机头进行焊嘴的前后、左右、上下移动,保证焊嘴与焊缝中心线平行及焊嘴与焊缝间的距离在16~25mm之间(根据焊接工艺进行调整),启动焊剂输送回收系统输送焊剂,然后启动焊接系统进行焊接。

1.一种钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,其特征在于,包括有焊机机头、运管小车、悬臂、遥控电气控制系统,焊机机头安装于悬臂一端,悬臂另一端安装于悬臂升降底座,运管小车下方有导轨,运管小车上放置有钢管,焊机机头置于钢管内部,运管小车下端安装有旋转辊,悬臂升降底座外有平台,平台上放置有焊剂输送回收系统、焊接系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述钢管单丝环型内部焊缝焊接装置,其特征在于,所述焊接机头固定于悬臂上,具备上下、左右、前后移动功能,所述悬臂通过过渡件、螺杆升降减速机固定于悬臂底座。
