Abstract

本发明提出的是鱼雷锁固环。在环带两端分别通过紧固螺钉固定有锁固头,在锁固头上设有调长槽和调长卡钉,在锁固头下面附着有缓冲垫,在锁固头端部设有锁接孔。锁接孔通过穿轴与连接头连接,连接头又与吊环连接,另一端的锁固头通过锁杆和锁紧扣与锁紧器连接,在锁紧器内锁紧扣一侧装有松紧调节螺杆,松紧调节螺杆的外侧端部装有松紧旋转手柄。锁固头、连接头、吊环、锁紧扣、锁紧器和松紧调节螺杆和松紧旋转手柄均采用尼龙材料制成;缓冲垫采用聚氨酯橡胶或泡沫塑料制成;环带采用加有钢丝的纤维编织物制成。本发明具有安全、直径易于调整,使用范围广,牢固不易脱落,安全和耐腐蚀的优点。适宜作为鱼雷装载和吊运工具使用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是物体悬挂器件,具体地说是鱼雷锁固环。
背景技术
现有的鱼雷悬挂采用金属制成的环套,存在缺点是:直径固定,不同直径的鱼雷采用不同直径的环套,标准性差,互换性不好。而且,金属材料制成,容易锈蚀,碰撞时容易产生静电,影响安全。
发明内容
为了克服现有鱼雷环套存在的缺点,本发明提供了鱼雷锁固环。该锁固环采用高分子材料制成,结构上设有锁固端和调长口以及锁紧旋柄,解决鱼雷在船体上锁固与吊运安全与牢固的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在环带两端分别通过紧固螺钉固定有锁固头,在锁固头上设有调长槽和调长卡钉,在锁固头下面附着有缓冲垫,在锁固头端部设有锁接孔。锁接孔通过穿轴与连接头连接,连接头又与吊环连接,另一端的锁固头通过锁杆和锁紧扣与锁紧器连接,在锁紧器内锁紧扣一侧装有松紧调节螺杆,松紧调节螺杆的外侧端部装有松紧旋转手柄。
锁固头、连接头、吊环、锁紧扣、锁紧器和松紧调节螺杆和松紧旋转手柄均采用尼龙材料制成;缓冲垫采用聚氨酯橡胶或泡沫塑料制成;环带采用加有钢丝的纤维编织物制成。
积极效果,本发明能够用于鱼雷与船体发射架锁固和运输吊装,具有安全、直径易于调整,使用范围广,牢固不易脱落,耐腐蚀的优点。适宜作为鱼雷装载和吊运工具使用。

具体实施方式
据图1所示,在环带1两端分别通过紧固螺钉3固定有锁固头,在锁固头上设有调长槽5和调长卡钉,在锁固头下面附着有缓冲垫2,在锁固头端部设有锁接孔4。
据图2所示,如图1所示的锁接孔通过穿轴与连接头6连接,连接头又与吊环7连接,另一端的锁固头通过锁杆和锁紧扣8与锁紧器连接,在锁紧器内的锁紧扣一侧装有松紧调节螺杆9,松紧调节螺杆的外侧端部装有松紧旋转手柄10。
锁固头、连接头、吊环、锁紧扣、锁紧器和松紧调节螺杆和松紧旋转手柄均采用尼龙材料制成;缓冲垫采用聚氨酯橡胶或泡沫塑料制成;环带采用加有钢丝的纤维编织物制成。
特点:
本发明打开和锁固方便,强度高,安全,抗腐蚀,适用面广,不但适于鱼雷的吊运,也适于筒形物的吊运。

1.鱼雷锁固环,其特征是:
在环带(1)两端分别通过紧固螺钉(3)固定有锁固头,在锁固头上设有调长槽(5)和调长卡钉,在锁固头下面附着有缓冲垫(2),在锁固头端部设有锁接孔(4),锁接孔通过穿轴与连接头(6)连接,连接头又与吊环(7)连接,另一端的锁固头通过锁杆和锁紧扣(8)与锁紧器连接,在锁紧器内的锁紧扣一侧装有松紧调节螺杆(9),松紧调节螺杆的外侧端部装有松紧旋转手柄(10);
所述锁固头、连接头、吊环、锁紧扣、锁紧器和松紧调节螺杆和松紧旋转手柄均采用尼龙材料制成;
所述缓冲垫采用聚氨酯橡胶或泡沫塑料制成;
所述环带采用加有钢丝的纤维编织物制成。
