本发明公开了一种PET色母粒及其制备方法。本发明的一种PET色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体30%~60%、可溶染料20%~60%、成核剂2%~8%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明采用三元共聚树脂作为载体所制得的色母粒应用于PET着色时,其具有颜色鲜艳、着色力强、稳定性好、使用简便、成本低廉等特点,而且缩减了对PET的着色工艺,同时减少原料消耗,避免环境污染和降低生产成本等。本发明提供的制备方法简单实用,应用前景广阔。

Description

一种PET色母粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种PET色母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是一种结晶性聚合物,由于它具有优异的机械强度、电绝缘性、耐热性和耐化学品性,因而它主要应用于合成纤维、电器绝缘材料和胶片等领。目前,我国PET产量约2000万吨,其中三分之一需要着色使用,使用染色方法每年将带来6000万吨的有色污水排放。随着色母粒生产技术的发展,色母粒也广泛应用于PET着色。PET色母粒通常是由颜料和载体两部分组成。目前,PET色母粒生产方法有溶剂法和可溶性染料法两种。溶剂法需要将颜料置于载体树脂和有机溶剂中进行研磨,该溶剂用后虽可进行回收,但耗用量仍相当大,而且采用溶剂法生产PET色母粒的工艺流程长,还需解决污染问题等。PET色母粒采用可溶性染料法生产则可以较好地克服溶剂法存在的上述不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种着色质量高、分散性好、工序简单、使用方便和成本低廉的PET色母粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种PET色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体30%~60%、可溶染料20%~60%、成核剂2%~8%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的载体为三元共聚树脂,是由对苯二甲酸二元醇酯、间苯二甲酸二元醇酯、对苯二甲酸多元醇酯的三种单体在催化剂及稳定剂作用下的共缩聚合物。
所述的可溶染料为高级油溶性染料,所述的高级油溶性染料为经过化学提纯的蒽醌类染料或杂环类染料,包括黄GG染料、红G染料、红EG染料、红BB染料、蓝2RA染料、紫BA染料、绿G染料和棕R染料中的一种。
所述的成核剂为滑石粉、高岭土、氢氧化铝、羧酸钠、苯甲酸钠中的一种。
所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、硬脂酸金属盐、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或铝钛复合偶联剂中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010或1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种PET色母粒的制备方法为:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,在混合温度140℃~180℃混合10~20分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在280℃~290℃,螺杆转速为100~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后进行造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种PET色母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明采用三元共聚树脂作为载体所制得的色母粒应用于PET着色时,其具有颜色鲜艳、着色力强、稳定性好、使用简便、成本低廉等特点,而且缩减了对PET的着色工艺,同时减少原料消耗,避免环境污染和降低生产成本等。本发明提供的制备方法简单实用,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种PET色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:三元共聚树脂50%、黄GG染料40%、滑石粉5%、聚乙二醇4%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物1%,其中,三元共聚树脂是由对苯二甲酸二元醇酯、间苯二甲酸二元醇酯、对苯二甲酸多元醇酯的三种单体在催化剂及稳定剂作用下的共缩聚合物。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,在混合温度140℃~180℃混合10~20分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在280℃~290℃,螺杆转速为100~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后进行造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种PET色母粒。
实施例2:
一种PET色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:三元共聚树脂33%、红G染料55%、羧酸钠8%、铝钛复合偶联剂3.5%、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%,其中,载体为三元共聚树脂是由对苯二甲酸二元醇酯、间苯二甲酸二元醇酯、对苯二甲酸多元醇酯的三种单体在催化剂及稳定剂作用下的共缩聚合物。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,在混合温度140℃~180℃混合10~20分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在280℃~290℃,螺杆转速为100~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后进行造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种PET色母粒。

Claims (7)

1.一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体30%~60%、可溶染料20%~60%、成核剂2%~8%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,所述的载体为三元共聚树脂,是由对苯二甲酸二元醇酯、间苯二甲酸二元醇酯、对苯二甲酸多元醇酯的三种单体在催化剂及稳定剂作用下的共缩聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,所述的可溶染料为高级油溶性染料,所述的高级油溶性染料为经过化学提纯的蒽醌类染料或杂环类染料,包括黄GG染料、红G染料、红EG染料、红BB染料、蓝2RA染料、紫BA染料、绿G染料和棕R染料中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,所述的成核剂为滑石粉、高岭土、氢氧化铝、羧酸钠、苯甲酸钠中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、硬脂酸金属盐、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或铝钛复合偶联剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010或1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,在混合温度140℃~180℃混合10~20分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在280℃~290℃,螺杆转速为100~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后进行造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种PET色母粒。
