本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒及其制备方法。本发明的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体20%~50%、沉淀硫酸钡15%~30%、增白剂2%~5%、增亮剂15%~30%、相容剂3%~8%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、成核剂0.5%~2%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,采用本发明制得的母粒应用于聚纤维进行功能改性时,其具有填充补强、增白增艳、增亮、爽滑、抗静电等多功能作用,而且成本低廉、使用方便和不影响产品外观。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯纤维是指聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维,其性能优异,原料易得,用途广泛,是各种合成纤维中发展最快、产量最高、应用面最广的一种合成纤维,被誉为是21世纪的纤维之王。随着聚酯纤维的发展,越来越多的母粒开始在聚酯纤维中被应用,如功能母粒、阻燃母粒、色母粒等。功能母粒是指各种塑料助剂的浓缩物,由于在聚酯纤维中直接添加助剂不易分散,使用效率不高,因而常以母粒的形式添加。功能母粒可以增加产品的功能同时又不会造成产品加工性能的降低。因此,功能母粒为加工高附加值聚酯纤维提供一种方便的途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具补强、增白、增光、不影响产品性能和使用简便的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体20%~50%、沉淀硫酸钡15%~30%、增白剂2%~5%、增亮剂15%~30%、相容剂3%~8%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、成核剂0.5%~2%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的载体为对苯二甲酸二元醇酯-间苯二甲酸二元醇酯-对苯二甲酸醇酯三元共聚树脂。
所述的沉淀硫酸钡的密度为4.5~4.6g/cm3,粒径小于1.2μm。
所述的增白剂为双苯并噁唑荧光增白剂。
所述的增亮剂为亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
所述的相容剂为醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、丙烯酸与乙烯共聚物(EAA)、马来酸酐(MA)接枝苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)中的一种。
所述的偶联剂为铝钛复合偶联剂。
所述的成核剂为滑石粉。
所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒的制备方法为:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中,在混合温度120℃~130℃混合15~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,经过冷却、切粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:对苯二甲酸二元醇酯-间苯二甲酸二元醇酯-对苯二甲酸醇酯三元共聚树脂45%、沉淀硫酸钡20%、双苯并噁唑荧光增白剂3%、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)20%、醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)4%、铝钛复合偶联剂2%、滑石粉1.5%、聚乙二醇4%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%,其中,所述的沉淀硫酸钡的密度为4.5~4.6g/cm3,粒径小于1.2μm。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中,在混合温度120℃~130℃混合15~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,经过冷却、切粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒。
实施例2:
一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:对苯二甲酸二元醇酯-间苯二甲酸二元醇酯-对苯二甲酸醇酯三元共聚树脂20%、沉淀硫酸钡28%、双苯并噁唑荧光增白剂5%、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)30%、马来酸酐(MA)接枝苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)%、铝钛复合偶联剂2.5%、滑石粉1.5%、硬脂酸钙4%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物1%,其中,所述的沉淀硫酸钡的密度为4.5~4.6g/cm3,粒径小于1.2μm。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中,在混合温度120℃~130℃混合15~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,经过冷却、切粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒。
实施例3:
一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:对苯二甲酸二元醇酯-间苯二甲酸二元醇酯-对苯二甲酸醇酯三元共聚树脂50%、沉淀硫酸钡15%、双苯并噁唑荧光增白剂6%、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)20%、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)3%、铝钛复合偶联剂1.5%、滑石粉1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%,其中,所述的沉淀硫酸钡的密度为4.5~4.6g/cm3,粒径小于1.2μm。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中,在混合温度120℃~130℃混合15~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,经过冷却、切粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒。

1.一种聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体20%~50%、沉淀硫酸钡15%~30%、增白剂2%~5%、增亮剂15%~30%、相容剂3%~8%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、成核剂0.5%~2%、分散剂3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的载体为对苯二甲酸二元醇酯-间苯二甲酸二元醇酯-对苯二甲酸醇酯三元共聚树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的增白剂为双苯并噁唑荧光增白剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的增亮剂为亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、丙烯酸与乙烯共聚物(EAA)、马来酸酐(MA)接枝苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为铝钛复合偶联剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的成核剂为滑石粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中,在混合温度120℃~130℃混合15~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,经过冷却、切粒、干燥、包装即得聚酯纤维用补强增白增光母粒。
