Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚氯乙烯管材,尤其是涉及一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,所述抗冲击消音管材包括外管体、内管体,所述内管体的内壁上间隔设有多个凸出的螺旋筋条;所述外管体与内管体之间留有空隙,该空隙通过设在所述内管体外圆面上的隔板隔成多个空腔,所述外管体和内管体按重量百分比计算,由以下组分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂64.5-65.5%;MBS树脂10%;ACM树脂10%;钙粉8%;稳定剂2-3%;PE蜡0.5%。本发明在排水时所产生的噪声大大降低,水流在螺旋凹槽的导流作用下呈螺旋状下落,能够有效的抑制水流由高往下流动时的啸叫声;可大大降低管道系统的噪音,排水噪声功率仅为普通管的50%,同时具有优异的抗冲性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氯乙烯管材,尤其是涉及一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材。
背景技术
现有技术中,随着社会的发展、科技的进步,人们逐步追求更高的生活品质,尤其是对睡眠质量要求越来越高,不堪忍受在宁静的夜晚听到流水的噪声。于是,如何降低流水噪声的管材 -- 硬聚氯乙烯消音管便应运而生。PVC-U 消音管使下水沿着管内壁自由连续呈螺旋状流动,将排水旋转形成最佳排水条件,从而在立管底部起到良好的消能作用,降低噪声。同时,消音管的独特结构可以使空气在管中央形成气柱直接排出,没有必要像以往那样另外设置专用通气管,使高层建筑排水通气能力提高10倍,排水量增加6倍,噪声比普通UPVC 排水管和铸铁管低 30-40Db。为了更进一步降低流水噪声,现在市场上 PVC-U 螺旋消音管,其消音效果和管材的质量并不是很理想,并不能达到设定的目标。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,该配方生产出的管材相比其它消音管材消音效果提高15-20Db,同时此配方生产的管材抗冲击性强,特别适合高层建筑楼层排水。
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,所述抗冲击消音管材包括外管体、内管体,所述内管体的内壁上间隔设有多个凸出的螺旋筋条;所述外管体与内管体之间留有空隙,该空隙通过设在所述内管体外圆面上的隔板隔成多个空腔,所述外管体和内管体按重量百分比计算,由以下组分构成:
PVC-M聚氯乙烯树脂 64.5-65.5%
MBS树脂 10%
ACM树脂 10%
钙粉 8%
稳定剂 2-3%
PE蜡 0.5%。
进一步的,所述内管体外圆面上的隔板为径向螺旋筋板。
发明原理:本发明在排水时水流在内管体螺旋筋条的导流作用下呈螺旋状下落,能够有效的抑制水流由高往下流动时的啸叫声;同时外管体和内管体之间的半封闭空腔可大大降低管道系统的噪音,本发明采用PVC-M聚氯乙烯树脂与MBS树脂和ACM树脂复配,大幅提高了 PVC-M 管材的抗冲性,承压能力强,尤其适合在高层建筑使用。
ACM树脂是以丙烯酸酯为主单体经共聚而得的弹性体,其主链为饱和碳链,侧基为极性酯基。由于特殊结构赋予其许多优异的特点,如耐热、耐老化、耐油、耐臭氧、抗紫外线等,力学性能和加工性能优异。
MBS(Methyl methacrylate-Butadiene-Styrene)树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M),丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S)的三元共聚物。当PVC中加入MBS树脂时,可使其制品的抗冲击强度提高,同时还可以改善制品的耐寒性和加工流动性。现今科技发达国家多以MBS树脂为主导型抗冲击改性剂,主要应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)及少量其他种类合成树脂所加工的塑料中(如ABS等)。因MBS树脂兼有加工改性及增韧效能。
有益效果:本发明主要应用在高层建筑上,排水时所产生的噪声大大降低,排水噪声功率仅为普通管的 50%。同时采用PVC-M聚氯乙烯树脂与MBS树脂和ACM树脂复配,大幅提高了 PVC-M 管材的抗冲性,承压能力强,很适合高层建筑使用,是一种性能优良的PVC-M高抗冲抗冲击消音管材制品。

具体实施方式
一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,抗冲击消音管材包括外管体1、内管体2,内管体2的内壁上间隔设有六根凸出的螺旋筋条4;外管体1与内管体2之间留有空隙,该空隙通过设在内管体2外圆面上的隔板3隔成多个空腔,外管体1和内管体2按重量百分比计算,由以下组分构成:
PVC-M聚氯乙烯树脂 64.5-65.5%
MBS树脂 10%
ACM树脂 10%
钙粉 8%
稳定剂 2-3%
PE蜡 0.5%。
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤 :
第一步 :原料的制备
取下列重量份的原料 :PVC-M 65份、钙粉 8份、MBS树脂 10份、ACM 树脂10份、铅稳定剂 2-3份,PE蜡0.5份。
将称好的原材料投入高速混合机内高速搅拌 15 min,温度为 90℃,待其水份充分蒸发后,经冷混机将物料降至 50℃,将上述混合料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得 A 料挤出机机筒温度为 249℃,模头温度为 267℃,螺杆转速为 350rpm ;将上述原料加入到螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混挤出,挤出机机筒温度为 249℃,模头温度为 267℃,螺杆转速为 300-550rpm 。将所得的高抗冲管材冷却至 5℃挤出塑化,将加料混合后的 PVC-M 树脂导入到挤出机中,通过真空定径冷却装置对挤出模具进行冷却,该真空定径冷却装置能够沿挤出轴线前后、左右和上下调整,使得冷却均匀,令到PVC-M树脂在挤出模具中塑化 ;通过牵引装置将塑化后的 PVC-M树脂从挤出模具中拉出,从而牵引出内管体,内管体的内壁上间隔设有若干凸出的螺旋筋条 ,内管体的外壁设有螺旋筋板;牵引内管体后,内管体进入定径套中,定径套旋转从而带动内管体旋转,令到内管体旋转,使得螺旋筋板相对于管材轴线呈螺旋状,然后将外管体套在内管体外部,螺旋筋板形成螺旋空腔,包装,放入仓库待运即可。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,其特征在于:所述抗冲击消音管材包括外管体、内管体,所述内管体的内壁上间隔设有六根凸出的螺旋筋条;所述外管体与内管体之间留有空隙,该空隙通过设在所述内管体外圆面上的隔板隔成多个空腔,所述外管体和内管体按重量百分比计算,由以下组分构成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 64.5-65.5%
MBS树脂 10%
ACM树脂 10%
钙粉 8%
稳定剂 2-3%
PE蜡 0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改性聚氯乙烯抗冲击消音管材,其特征在于:所述内管体外圆面上的隔板为径向螺旋筋板。
