本发明公开了一种PVC塑料管材及其制备方法,其中PVC塑料管材以重量组分计包括:PVC105-120份,DBP15-25份,DOP35-50份,三碱式亚磷酸钠0.5-2份,硬脂酸钡0.5-2份,硬脂酸0.2-0.6份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.5-1份,碳酸钙1-5份,石蜡0.3-0.8份,滑石粉0.5-1份,ACR助剂0.5-2份;制备方法为将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合均匀,然后置于双螺杆挤出机中挤出,温度参数为,供料段155-170℃,压缩段168-180℃,机头温度192-200℃,口模温度187-198℃。本发明提供的PVC塑料管材各项性能优越,抗冲击性强。

Description

一种PVC塑料管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工材料领域,具体涉及一种PVC塑料管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料管一般是以合成树脂,也就是聚酯为原料、加入稳定剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等,以“塑”的方法在制管机内经挤压加工而成。由于它具有质轻、耐腐蚀、外形美观、无不良气味、加工容易、施工方便等特点,在建筑工程中获得了越来越广泛的应用。主要用作房屋建筑的自来水供水系统配管、排水、排气和排污卫生管、地下排水管系统、雨水管以及电线安装配套用的穿线管等。
随着我国城市化建设的不断推进,对给排水管材的需求随之扩大,并对管的性能要求随之提高,尤其是抗冲击强度。普通挤出型聚氯乙烯管存在环刚度不够,一般只能达到S1级,且耐内压程度差,仅达到0.25MPa,因此在正常使用过程中容易发生开裂,尤其是应用于输送有内压力介质的流体。常常造成不必要的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服以上现有技术的不足而提供一种PVC塑料管材及其制备方法。
本发明是采用以下技术手段实现的:
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC105-120份,DBP15-25份,DOP35-50份,三碱式亚磷酸钠0.5-2份,硬脂酸钡0.5-2份,硬脂酸0.2-0.6份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.5-1份,碳酸钙1-5份,石蜡0.3-0.8份,滑石粉0.5-1份,ACR助剂0.5-2份。
所述的PVC塑料管材,可以优选为以重量组分计包括:PVC113-118份,DBP18-23份,DOP42-46份,三碱式亚磷酸钠1-1.5份,硬脂酸钡0.8-1.5份,硬脂酸0.3-0.5份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.7-1份,碳酸钙2-4份,石蜡0.5-0.7份,滑石粉0.6-0.8份,ACR助剂0.8-1.5份。
一种以上所述的PVC塑料管材的制备方法,可以按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为60-70转/分钟,搅拌时间10-20分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段155-170℃,压缩段168-180℃,机头温度192-200℃,口模温度187-198℃。
本发明提供的PVC塑料管材经性能测试各项性能优越,其中拉伸强度能达到389MPa以上,热变形温度能达到296℃,缺口冲击强度能达到42KJ/m2以上,蠕变化率达到了1.45%以下。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC105份,DBP15份,DOP35份,三碱式亚磷酸钠0.5份,硬脂酸钡0.5份,硬脂酸0.2份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.5份,碳酸钙1份,石蜡0.3份,滑石粉0.5份,ACR助剂0.5份。
以上所述的PVC塑料管材按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为60转/分钟,搅拌时间10分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段155℃,压缩段168℃,机头温度192℃,口模温度187℃。
实施例2
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC113份,DBP18份,DOP42份,三碱式亚磷酸钠1份,硬脂酸钡0.8份,硬脂酸0.3份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.7份,碳酸钙2份,石蜡0.5份,滑石粉0.6份,ACR助剂0.8份。
以上所述的PVC塑料管材按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为65转/分钟,搅拌时间13分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段158℃,压缩段172℃,机头温度195℃,口模温度192℃。
实施例3
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC116份,DBP21份,DOP45份,三碱式亚磷酸钠1.2份,硬脂酸钡1.2份,硬脂酸0.4份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.8份,碳酸钙3份,石蜡0.6份,滑石粉0.7份,ACR助剂1份。
以上所述的PVC塑料管材按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为68转/分钟,搅拌时间15分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段165℃,压缩段176℃,机头温度195℃,口模温度193℃。
实施例4
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC118份,DBP23份,DOP46份,三碱式亚磷酸钠1.5份,硬脂酸钡1.5份,硬脂酸0.5份,亚磷酸三苯酯1份,碳酸钙4份,石蜡0.7份,滑石粉0.8份,ACR助剂1.5份。
以上所述的PVC塑料管材按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为70转/分钟,搅拌时间20分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段168℃,压缩段176℃,机头温度198℃,口模温度195℃。
实施例5
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量组分计包括:PVC120份,DBP25份,DOP50份,三碱式亚磷酸钠2份,硬脂酸钡2份,硬脂酸0.6份,亚磷酸三苯酯1份,碳酸钙5份,石蜡0.8份,滑石粉1份,ACR助剂2份。
以上所述的PVC塑料管材按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为70转/分钟,搅拌时间20分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段170℃,压缩段180℃,机头温度200℃,口模温度198℃。
对以上实施例制备得到的PVC塑料管材进行性能测试,结果见下表:

从以上试验结果可以看出,本发明提供的PVC塑料管材各项性能优越,其中拉伸强度能达到389MPa以上,热变形温度能达到296℃,缺口冲击强度能达到42KJ/m2以上,蠕变化率达到了1.45%以下。

1.一种PVC塑料管材,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PVC 105-120份,DBP 15-25份,DOP 35-50份,三碱式亚磷酸钠0.5-2份,硬脂酸钡0.5-2份,硬脂酸0.2-0.6份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.5-1份,碳酸钙1-5份,石蜡0.3-0.8份,滑石粉0.5-1份,ACR助剂0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料管材,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PVC 113-118份,DBP 18-23份,DOP 42-46份,三碱式亚磷酸钠1-1.5份,硬脂酸钡0.8-1.5份,硬脂酸0.3-0.5份,亚磷酸三苯酯0.7-1份,碳酸钙2-4份,石蜡0.5-0.7份,滑石粉0.6-0.8份,ACR助剂0.8-1.5份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的PVC塑料管材的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分于混合搅拌机中进行混合,混合转速为60-70转/分钟,搅拌时间10-20分钟;
(3)将混合后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,其中温度控制参数为,供料段155-170℃,压缩段168-180℃,机头温度192-200℃,口模温度187-198℃。
