Abstract

本发明公开了一种铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,包括U壳体,所述U形壳体的中心线上设有锁紧螺栓,U形壳体两侧分别设有相互平行的横板,横板上设有固定板,固定板上设有移动板;横板之间横向排列多个相互平行的用于夹紧铅蓄电池集群的夹紧组件;夹紧组件包括动夹紧板、定夹紧板,通过移动板带动动夹紧板向定夹紧板移动,将铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹紧在动、定夹紧板之间;U形壳体上设有梳形板,梳形板内侧面上设有多个用于夹紧正、负极板板耳的齿槽,梳形板上设有安放铅条的汇流排槽;通过两块相对设置梳形板的配合将正、负极板的板耳定位,本发明正负极板、隔板定位准确,可有效防止电池正负极板和隔板移位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅蓄电池的制造设备,具体涉及一种用于铅蓄电池制造过程中集群组件烧焊的夹具。
背景技术
铅蓄电池集群由正、负极板和隔板组成,集群的烧焊就是把极板上的通过火焰高温焊接形成汇流排与极柱的连接,以形成集群。
焊接过程中要保持正、负极板位置对称,包在极板外面的电池隔板不受损坏。焊接过程中应该通过外力压紧集群的两端,使之焊接后的尺寸符合规定要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,蓄电池包板后形成符合设计的、未曾焊接的集群,本发明就是将这样的集群至于夹具中,夹具的两侧给电池的正负极板、隔板定位,防止极板、隔板移位。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一种铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,包括U壳体,所述U形壳体的中心线上设有锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓一端横向穿过所述U形壳体,并位于所述U壳体内,另一端延伸在所述U形壳体外侧,所述锁紧螺栓与所述U形壳体螺纹连接;
所述U形壳体两侧分别设有相互平行的横板,所述横板上设有固定板,所述固定板上设有移动板;所述横板之间横向排列多个相互平行的用于夹紧铅蓄电池集群的夹紧组件;所述夹紧组件包括动夹紧板、定夹紧板,所述定夹紧板通过螺栓与所述固定板固定连接;所述移动板通过支架与所述锁紧螺栓连接,旋转锁紧螺栓带动移动板沿着所述U形壳体的横向移动,所述动夹紧板与所述移动板固定连接,通过移动板带动动夹紧板向定夹紧板移动,将铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹紧在动、定夹紧板之间;
支架为U形构件,支架套在所述锁紧螺栓上,锁紧螺栓端部设有挡板,支架开口端分别设有上、下折边,所述上、下折边分别与相应的移动板固定连接;
所述U形壳体上面的中心处设有压板,所述压板的两边分别设有梳形板,所述梳形板可在所述U形壳体上移动;两块所述梳形板相对设置,所述梳形板内侧面上设有多个用于夹紧正、负极板板耳的齿槽,所述梳形板上设有安放铅条的汇流排槽;通过两块相对设置梳形板的配合将正、负极板的板耳夹紧。
上述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其中,所述梳形板上设有撞铁。在未焊接的集群放入夹具后,两梳形板向中间压板夹紧,撞铁的作用就是可以手工或用其它方法用力,使两梳形板移动到设计的位置。
上述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其中,所述锁紧螺栓延伸在所述U形壳体外侧的一端设有手轮。
上述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其中,所述U形壳体上面设有导向块,对梳形板进行导向。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、            正负极板、隔板定位准确。本通过U形壳体与两侧的横板组成一个 “盒子”状的夹具空间,将未焊接的集群置于“盒子”中,四面有挡板,可有效防止电池正负极板和隔板移位。
2、            焊接后的集群厚度尺寸可以调整,以保证焊接后集群入槽。本发明设计了动压紧板,旋转手轮旋转带动动压紧板移动,压紧集群。
3、            正、负极板位置均匀一致。本发明根据电池的要求设计了两梳形板,梳形板上设计有嵌入极板的小槽,正、负极板在两梳形槽的定位作用下,自动定位,从而使所焊信群中的正、负极板位置均匀一致,提高电池的性能。

具体实施方式
为了解决上述技术问题,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一种铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,包括U壳体1,所述U形壳体1的中心线上设有锁紧螺栓2,所述锁紧螺栓2一端横向穿过所述U形壳体1,并位于所述U壳体1内,另一端延伸在所述U形壳体1外侧,所述锁紧螺栓2与所述U形壳体螺纹连接;所述U形壳体1两侧分别设有相互平行的横板3,所述横板3上固定设有固定板4,所述固定板4上设有移动板6;所述横板3之间横向排列多个相互平行的用于夹紧铅蓄电池集群11的夹紧组件5;所述夹紧组件5包括动夹紧板51、定夹紧板52,所述定夹紧板52通过螺栓与所述固定板4固定连接;所述移动板6通过支架61与所述锁紧螺栓2位于U形壳体内的一端连接,旋转锁紧螺栓2带动移动板6沿着所述U形壳体1的横向移动,所述动夹紧板51与所述移动板6通过螺栓或其他方式固定连接,通过移动板6带动动夹紧板51向定夹紧板52移动,将铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹紧在动、定夹紧板51、52之间;支架61为U形构件,支架61底端设有通孔,支架61套在所述锁紧螺栓2上,锁紧螺栓2端部设有挡板62,支架61开口端分别设有上、下折边63、64,所述上、下折边63、64分别与相应的移动板6固定连接,所述U形壳体1上面的中心处设有压板7,所述压板7的两边分别设有梳形板8,两块所述梳形板8相对设置,所述梳形板8可在所述U形壳体1上移动;所述梳形板8内侧面上设有多个用于夹紧正、负极板板耳的内凹的齿槽81,所述梳形板8上设有安放铅条的汇流排槽82;通过两块相对设置梳形板8的配合将铅蓄电池集群11的正、负极板的板耳夹紧。所述梳形板8上设有撞铁9。在未焊接的集群放入夹具后,两梳形板8向中间的压板7夹紧,撞铁9的作用就是可以手工或用其它方法用力,使两梳形板8移动到设计的位置。所述锁紧螺栓2延伸在所述U形壳体外侧的一端设有手轮10,所述U形壳体1上面设有导向块111,对梳形板8进行导向。
夹紧时,将蓄电池未焊接的集群放置于相应的动、定夹紧板之间51、52,旋转手轮10,通过手轮转动带动锁紧螺栓转动,使移动板进行移动,将动夹紧板51向定夹紧板52方向移动,夹紧蓄电池集群。推动两梳形板8,梳形板8上设计的齿槽将集群上正、负极板板耳夹紧,实现正、负极板定位。通过压板将两梳形板8锁紧,完成以上步骤后,将铅条12置于两梳板上预留的汇流排槽82中。通过火焰或其它方式,熔化铅条12和正、负极板上的11-1、11-2,形成汇流排,完成集群焊接。

Claims (4)

1.一种铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其特征在于,包括U形壳体,U形壳体的中心线上设有锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓一端横向穿过所述U形壳体,并位于所述U形壳体内,另一端延伸在所述U形壳体外侧,所述锁紧螺栓与所述U形壳体螺纹连接;
所述U形壳体两侧分别设有相互平行的横板,所述横板上设有固定板,所述固定板上设有移动板;所述横板之间横向排列多个相互平行的用于夹紧铅蓄电池集群的夹紧组件;所述夹紧组件包括动夹紧板、定夹紧板,所述定夹紧板通过螺栓与所述固定板固定连接;所述移动板通过支架与所述锁紧螺栓连接,旋转锁紧螺栓带动移动板沿着所述U形壳体的横向移动,所述动夹紧板与所述移动板固定连接,通过移动板带动动夹紧板向定夹紧板移动,将铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹紧在动、定夹紧板之间;
支架为U形构件,支架套在所述锁紧螺栓上,锁紧螺栓端部设有挡板,支架开口端分别设有上、下折边,所述上、下折边分别与相应的移动板固定连接;
所述U形壳体上面的中心处设有压板,所述压板的两边分别设有梳形板,所述梳形板可在所述U形壳体上移动;两块所述梳形板相对设置,所述梳形板内侧面上设有多个用于夹紧正、负极板板耳的齿槽,所述梳形板上设有安放铅条的汇流排槽;通过两块相对设置梳形板的配合将正、负极板的板耳夹紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其特征在于,所述梳形板上设有撞铁。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺栓延伸在所述U形壳体外侧的一端设有手轮。
4.如权利要求1所述的铅蓄电池集群烧焊夹具,其特征在于,所述U形壳体上面设有导向块,对梳形板进行导向。
