本发明涉及塑料改性技术领域,特别是涉及一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法;其包括如下步骤:首先将原料用高速搅拌机搅拌混匀,然后转入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,冷却,最后注塑成型即制得产品;所述原料由如下质量百分比的组分组成:PP45%-75%,滑石粉15%-25%,增韧剂12%-20%,偶联剂0.3%-0.6%,抗氧剂0.3%-0.5%,耐候剂0.1%-0.3%,润滑剂0.3%-0.5%;所述PP为共聚PP和均聚PP的混合物,且两者的重量比为1-4:1,本发明提供的PP复合材料具有较高的抗爆破强度,可以满足中高档轿车的使用要求,适用于做高性能汽车仪表专用材料。

Description

高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料改性技术领域,特别是涉及一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术  
聚丙烯(PP)是一种来源广的塑料。其结晶度高,结构规整,因而具有优良的力学性能。聚丙烯力学性能的绝对值高于聚乙烯,但在塑料材料中仍属于偏低的品种,其拉伸强度仅可达到30 MPa或稍高的水平。等规指数较大的聚丙烯具有较高的拉伸强度,但随等规指数的提高,材料的冲击强度有所下降,但下降至某一数值后不再变化。由于上述性能PP用途广泛,尤其在汽车用塑料中,PP的用量最大,增长速度最快,并且其已经成为保险杠的主要原料。
为了满足汽车仪表板对PP材料的要求,中国发明专利CN 1840576 B提供了一种《高性能低气味汽车仪表板专用聚丙烯及其制备方法》,其中高性能低气味汽车仪表板专用聚丙烯的组分和重量份数为:聚丙烯树脂 65-75份,增韧剂 8-12份,增刚剂 15-25份,气味改性剂 0.05-5份,热稳定剂 0.2-1.0份,光稳定剂 0.1-1.0份,加工助剂 0.1-1.0份,该低气味汽车专用聚丙烯材料的各项性能指标均达到或超过预定的要求,解决了材料刚性韧性很难平衡的缺点,同时解决了汽车行业对高布氏硬度和低气味材料的要求,综合指标充分达到甚至超过汽车行业对仪表板性能的要求。
随着汽车工业蓬勃发展,对汽车仪表板材料提出了更高的要求,并率先在汽车制动器、进气管等构件上研制出了抗爆破强度高的塑料材料,因此提供汽车仪表板用PP材料的爆破强度,也成为研究的方向。
发明内容
   为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法,使其具有高的抗爆破强度。
本发明的技术方案为:一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:首先将原料用高速搅拌机搅拌混匀,然后转入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,冷却,最后注塑成型即制得产品;所述原料由如下质量百分比的组分组成:PP 45%-75%,滑石粉 15%-25%,增韧剂 12%-20%,偶联剂 0.3%-0.6%,抗氧剂 0.3%-0.5%,耐候剂 0.1%-0.3%,润滑剂 0.3%-0.5%;所述PP为共聚PP和均聚PP的混合物,且两者的重量比为1-4:1。
优化的,所述滑石粉粒度为1000-1500目。
优化的,所属增韧剂采用乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物。
优化的,所述偶联剂采用硅烷偶联剂。
优化的,原料在高速搅拌机中搅拌5-10min。
优化的,挤出时双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为:后段200-210℃,中段210-220℃,前段220-225℃,机头温度225-230℃。
    本发明的有益效果在于:
1. 本发明提供的PP复合材料具有较高的抗爆破强度,可以满足中高档轿车的使用要求,适用于做高性能汽车仪表专用材料。
2. 本发明采用韧性高的弹性体、粒径小的滑石粉填料、高流动的共聚PP树脂和强效偶联剂,使彼此之间保持相对高的相容性,使最终的复合材料保持相对独立的相结构,从而使目标材料能够达到高刚高韧高流动“三高”性能平衡。
3. 本发明提供的材料可以采用用高速震动方式产生热量融化,进行焊接,然后装配在汽车上,具有焊接牢固和规格适合的特点。
4. 本发明提供的材料的抗爆破强度最高超过350MPa。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式进一步说明本发明。
    本实施方式的技术方案为:一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:首先将原料用高速搅拌机搅拌混匀,然后转入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,冷却,最后注塑成型即制得产品;所述原料由如下质量百分比的组分组成:PP 45%-75%,滑石粉 15%-25%,增韧剂 12%-20%,偶联剂 0.3%-0.6%,抗氧剂 0.3%-0.5%,耐候剂 0.1%-0.3%,润滑剂 0.3%-0.5%;所述PP为共聚PP和均聚PP的混合物,且两者的重量比为1-4:1。

为进一步说明本发明,本实施方式提供了三个样品,记为样品1-3,具体的组分、质量百分数见表1,并对三个实施例提供的样品进行了爆破试验,压力为350MPa,将结果记录在表1中。

本实施方式的特点在于:
1、本实施方式提供的PP复合材料具有较高的抗爆破强度,可以满足中高档轿车的使用要求,适用于做高性能汽车仪表专用材料。

1. 一种高性能汽车仪表板专用PP复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:首先将原料用高速搅拌机搅拌混匀,然后转入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,冷却,最后注塑成型即制得产品;所述原料由如下质量百分比的组分组成:PP 45%-75%,滑石粉 15%-25%,增韧剂 12%-20%,偶联剂 0.3%-0.6%,抗氧剂 0.3%-0.5%,耐候剂 0.1%-0.3%,润滑剂 0.3%-0.5%;所述PP为共聚PP和均聚PP的混合物,且两者的重量比为1-4:1。
