Abstract

本发明公开了一种分体式麻花钻,包括钻体和钻头,所述钻头的钻头本体为上端窄下端宽的锥形板,所述钻体的上端设有与所述钻头本体的锥形板相配的锥形槽,所述钻体的上部设有与沉头圆柱销相滑配的横向孔,此横向孔的两端分别设有与所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体和沉头螺钉的沉头体相配的沉孔,所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体内和所述沉头螺钉的沉头体内各设有六方孔,所述沉头螺钉与所述沉头圆柱销体内的螺纹孔相配,所述钻头本体上设的与所述沉头圆柱销相滑配的孔与钻体上部的横向孔相对。本发明具有结构简单,定位准确,制作成本低和更换方便的显著优点。

一种分体式麻花钻
 
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种钻头,特别是钻头和钻体为分体式麻花钻。
背景技术:
现有广泛使用的麻花钻为钻头和钻体为整体式结构,当钻头刀刃磨损后需用手工进行磨刃,由于钻头一般采用工具钢制作,其耐磨性能较低,只能重磨数次,需更换新的钻头,造成的使用成本高;如采用耐磨性能高的硬质合金制作,这种整体式钻头的成本就很高。为解决上述问题,国外已出现了钻头和钻体为分体式麻花钻的结构,有以下几种结构形式:螺钉轴向锁紧和柱销定位结构;螺钉轴向锁紧和V型面定位结构;与钻头转向反向的螺钉锁紧和折线槽定位结构;凹凸槽和柱销复合定位,侧压锁紧结构等,上述的可更换钻头的麻花钻结构较复杂,加工难度较大,成本高,节约费用不明显,使其推广受到了限制。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种结构简单,定位准确,制作成本低和更换方便的分体式麻花钻。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是,一种分体式麻花钻,包括钻体和钻头,其特征在于:所述钻头的钻头本体为上端窄下端宽的锥形板,所述钻体的上端设有与所述钻头本体的锥形板相配的锥形槽,所述钻体的上部设有与沉头圆柱销相滑配的横向孔,此横向孔的两端分别设有与所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体和沉头螺钉的沉头体相配的沉孔,所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体内和所述沉头螺钉的沉头体内各设有六方孔,所述沉头螺钉与所述沉头圆柱销体内的螺纹孔相配,所述钻头本体上设的与所述沉头圆柱销相滑配的孔与钻体上部的横向孔相对。
本发明与现有技术比较具有结构简单,定位准确,制作成本低和更换方便的显著优点。

具体实施方式: 
结合下述实施例对本发明作详细描述,钻头2即设有钻刃的钻头本体为外端窄内端宽的锥形板与钻体1端头的纵向的锥形槽相配,在钻体1的沟背上设置与沉头圆柱销4相滑配的横向孔,此横向孔的两端分别设有与沉头圆柱销的沉头体和沉头螺钉5的沉头体相配的沉孔,所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体内和沉头螺钉的沉头体内各设有六方孔。所述沉头螺钉与所述沉头圆柱销体内的螺纹孔相配,所述钻体内设置的与沉头圆柱销相配的横向孔,应设在钻体的沟背上,避免沉头圆柱销体外露在排屑槽3内而影响排屑,此孔与钻头斜交(参见图2)。沉头圆柱销与钻体上的横向孔和钻头上的孔的无间隙滑配合的作用是确保钻头与钻体的精确定位。
本发明的安装和使用方法,首先将钻头从钻体端头的锥形槽的端口推入此锥形槽中,使钻头本体上的与沉头圆柱销相滑配的孔和钻体上的与沉头圆柱销相配的横向孔对齐后,把沉头圆柱销插进上述孔中,此时钻头本体的下端面与钻体上的锥形槽的底面相接触,用二个六方扳手把沉头螺钉旋入沉头圆柱销的螺纹孔中并旋紧使钻头体固紧后,便可进行钻孔加工,当钻头的切削刃磨损后,便可从钻体上取出进行刃磨或者将新的钻头装上进行钻孔,不影响生产。这种分体式结构沉头圆柱销、沉头螺钉及锥形钻头本体的结构简单且加工精度要求低,因而其成本低,同时安装方便。

1.一种分体式麻花钻,包括钻体和钻头,其特征在于:所述钻头的钻头本体为上端窄下端宽的锥形板,所述钻体的上端设有与所述钻头本体的锥形板相配的锥形槽,所述钻体的上部设有与沉头圆柱销相滑配的横向孔,此横向孔的两端分别设有与所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体和沉头螺钉的沉头体相配的沉孔,所述沉头圆柱销的沉头体内和所述沉头螺钉的沉头体内各设有六方孔,所述沉头螺钉与所述沉头圆柱销体内的螺纹孔相配,所述钻头本体上设的与所述沉头圆柱销相滑配的孔与钻体上部的横向孔相对。
