背景技术
目前，在阀门等压力容器生产制造过程中，水压强度试验是必不可少的。水压强度试验时，经常要用橡胶密封圈进行密封。而且橡胶密封圈应用的数量较大。大批量的密封圈，可由专业的工厂用模具压制。但小批量单件的密封圈，就必须由阀门压力容器制造厂家自制。从前密封圈是在车床上车制，加工难度较大，生产效率低，而且废品率较高，材料利用率也较低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种圆形橡胶密封圈加工工具，能加工圆形橡胶密封圈。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型由工具体、螺母、垫圈、刀夹、刀具和螺钉组成，其特征是：刀夹的一端穿过工具体、垫圈后用螺母固定，刀夹的另一端中心孔插入刀具后用螺钉固定。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型所具有的优点和积极效果是：结构简单，经济实用。

具体实施方式
在图1中，刀夹(4)的一端穿过工具体(1)、垫圈(3)后用螺母(2)固定，刀夹(4)的另一端中心孔插入刀具(5)后用螺钉(6)固定。
本实用新型的工作原理为：将工具体(1)直柄的一端固定在台钻或摇臂钻床上，由钻床主轴带动工具体(1)旋转进行切削。刀夹(4)上装有刀具(5)，刀具(5)用于切割橡胶板。工具体(1)的另一端端带有定位针，用于稳定橡胶板，防止加工中由于橡胶板窜动，使刀具损坏，同时还可以有效的防止圆形密封圈由于橡胶板窜动而变形。调节两把刀具(5)在腰形孔中的装夹距离，就可加工出任意尺寸的橡胶密封圈，密封圈尺寸的大小，在一定范围内是可以无级调整的。

1.一种圆形橡胶密封圈加工工具，由工具体、螺母、垫圈、刀夹、刀具和螺钉组成，其特征是：刀夹的一端穿过工具体、垫圈后用螺母固定，刀夹的另一端中心孔插入刀具后用螺钉固定。
