发明内容  本发明是为了弥补上述技术存在的问题,提供了一种蔬菜腌制剂,该蔬菜腌制剂采用纯天然蔬菜成分,其化学成分降低到最低值,不会造成人类身心的健康的损害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种蔬菜腌制剂,由以下重量份数的成分组成:
氯化钠 10—15份,谷氨酸钠50—80份;蒜蓉汁20—30份;柠檬酸8—15份;辣椒汁15—25份,水适量。
所述的蔬菜腌制剂,其成分优选比例为:
氯化钠 12份,谷氨酸钠60份;蒜蓉汁25份;柠檬酸10份;辣椒汁20份。
