本发明属一种卷帘式烟道挡板门，其特点是：在两帘板条间设有连接条，上端帘板条靠螺钉固定在卷帘轴上，卷帘轴上固有链轮、靠减速电机带动，下端帘板条上固有两根钢丝绳、其另一端固定在卷绳轴上，卷绳轴上固有链轮，通过链条与卷帘轴链轮相连，在帘板左右两侧设有滑轨，滑轨呈凹槽形，滑轨内帘板前后两侧设有密封条，帘板上、下端部设有行程开关，在帘板和钢丝绳拐弯处分别设有滚轮，在上、下横梁上分别设有密封盒，卷绳轴和卷帘轴上有密封罩，卷绳轴和卷帘轴靠轴承座固定在框架上，在帘板外侧框架上有帘板栏。该挡板门结构简单，体积小，重量轻，制造安装成本低，开合灵活，密封性能好，使用寿命长，安全可靠，适于脱硫系统推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及烟道挡板门，是一种烟道脱硫系统中使用的卷帘式烟道挡板门。
背景技术
目前，烟道脱硫系统中使用的挡板门，大部分都是百叶窗式，有单百叶和双百叶挡板门，其结构是由框架、叶片、叶片轴和电机执行机构构成，这种百叶窗式挡板门，存有以下缺点：一是由于烟道烟气有粉尘、油污和二氧化硫气体，在使用一段时间后，百叶不灵活，闭合不到位，易漏气；二是百叶执行机构易损坏，维修量大；三是因密封不好，脱硫塔维修时，维修人员易中毒，存有不安全隐患；四是双百叶挡板门要有密封机，充气密封；五是结构复杂，体大笨重，制造安装成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卷帘式烟道挡板门，已解决现有技术存在的百叶不灵活，闭合不到位，易漏气、百叶执行机构易损坏、维修量大，存有不安全隐患和结构复杂，体大笨重，制造安装成本高的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，该卷帘式烟道挡板门是由框架、帘板、卷帘轴、减速电机构成，帘板是由帘板条组成，在两帘板条间设有连接条，上端帘板条靠螺钉固定在卷帘轴上，卷帘轴上固有链轮、靠减速电机带动，下端帘板条上固有两根钢丝绳、钢丝绳另一端固定在卷绳轴上，卷绳轴上固有链轮，通过链条与卷帘轴链轮相连，在帘板左右两侧设有滑轨，滑轨呈凹槽形，滑轨内帘板前后两侧设有密封条，帘板上、下两端部分别设有行程开关，在帘板和钢丝绳拐弯处分别设有滚轮，在上、下横梁上分别设有密封盒，滚轮轴、卷绳轴和卷帘轴靠轴承座、支架固定在框架上，在卷绳轴和卷帘轴上设有密封罩，在帘板外侧框架上设有帘板栏。
帘板条和连接条采用回形弯交叉连接，靠铆钉或螺钉固定。
该发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：(1)帘板料薄，较单百叶挡板门重量轻，不怕粉尘、油污和二氧化硫气体，开合灵活，使用寿命长，(2)密封性能好，不漏气，安全可靠；(3)较双百叶挡板门不用密封机；(4)结构简单，体积小，重量轻，制造安装成本低.

具体实施方式
图1-3中，框架1、帘板条5、卷帘轴8、减速电机10构成与现有技术基本相同，所不同的是，帘板是由帘板条组成，帘板条5采用不锈钢板制成，在两帘板条5间设有连接条6，连接条采用硅橡胶布制成，帘板条5和连接条6采用回形弯交叉连接，靠铆钉或螺钉固定，上端帘板条靠螺钉7固定在卷帘轴8上，卷帘轴上固有链轮9、靠减速电机10带动，下端帘板条上固有两根钢丝绳3，钢丝绳另一端固定在卷绳轴2上，卷绳轴上固有链轮8，通过链条12与卷帘轴链轮相连，在减速电机10带动下可同步运动，帘板条和连接条左右两侧设有回形弯，组装成帘板后压平，在帘板左右两侧设有滑轨13，滑轨呈凹槽形，滑轨内帘板前后两侧设有密封条17，以防漏气，在帘板上端部设有上行程开关11，下端部设有下行程开关11，在帘板拐弯处设有2-4个滚轮15，在钢丝绳拐弯处设有2个滚轮15，滚轮15靠轴、轴承座固定在框架1上，卷绳轴和卷帘轴靠支架、轴承座固定在框架上，在框架上、下横梁上分别设有密封盒16，其内装有密封填料，若密封盒16密封不好，在卷绳轴和卷帘轴上再设密封罩14，密封罩固定在框架上，在帘板外侧框架上设有帘板栏4，以防帘板变形，在框架1上设有螺孔或国定耳，靠螺栓与烟道连接。

1.一种卷帘式烟道挡板门，是由框架(1)、帘板条(5)、卷帘轴(8)、减速电机(10)构成，其特征在于：帘板是由帘板条(5)组成，在两帘板条间设有连接条(6)，上端帘板条靠螺钉(7)固定在卷帘轴(8)上，卷帘轴上固有链轮(9)、靠减速电机(10)带动，下端帘板条上固有两根钢丝绳(3)、钢丝绳另一端固定在卷绳轴(2)上，卷绳轴上固有链轮，通过链条(12)与卷帘轴链轮相连，在帘板左右两侧设有滑轨(13)，滑轨呈凹槽形，滑轨内帘板前后两侧设有密封条(17)，帘板上、下端部设有行程开关(11)，在帘板和钢丝绳拐弯处分别设有滚轮(15)，在上、下横梁上分别设有密封盒(16)，滚轮轴、卷绳轴和卷帘轴靠轴承座、支架固定在框架上，在卷绳轴和卷帘轴上设有密封罩(14)，在帘板外侧框架上设有帘板栏(4)。
