Abstract
本发明涉及一种底部为锥形的小型沼气发生器。所述的新型装置包括沼气发生器罐体1,盖2,把手3,出气口4,水槽5,出料口6和支架7。本发明将沼气发生器的底部设计成锥形,出料时只需打开出料口闸门,料液就会随重力从锥形底部流出,极大的方便了沼气的出料。流出的沼液还能用来在上部和新料液混合接种,并且这样的构造和操作不用大换料,还能连续产气。本发明的特点为结构简单,方便实用,易于管理,成本造价低廉,节省地面空间,安全且不污染环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气发生器,尤其涉及一种底部为锥形的小型沼气发生器,属于户用小型沼气领域。
背景技术
随着能源的日益枯竭,新能源的开发利用愈发重要。沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源,既可替代薪柴等传统生物质能源,也可替代煤炭等商品能源,而且能源效率明显高于薪柴、煤炭等。传统沼气池大都建在地下,不易管理,不好出料,尤其传统沼气出料时脏且危险。
本发明就是把地下的沼气池变成地上的一种产品,便于管理和出料。同时,将沼气发生器的底部设计成锥形,出料时只需打开出料口闸门,料液就会随重力从锥形底部流出,极大的方便了沼气的出料。流出的沼液还能用来在上部和新料液混合接种,并且这样的构造和操作不用大换料,还能连续产气。
发明内容
本发明针对目前传统沼气池不易管理,不好出料,尤其出料时脏且危险等问题,提出了一种底部为锥形的超小型沼气发生器。
本发明具体方案如下:一种底部为锥形的小型沼气发生器包括:沼气发生器罐体1,盖2,把手3,出气口4,水槽5,出料口6和支架7。沼气发生器罐体1要求上部呈桶状,底部做成锥形,罐体可以选用不锈钢、玻璃钢、塑料等材料,罐体体积大幅缩小为0.01m3-2m3。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,方便实用,易于管理,成本造价低廉,节省地面空间,安全且不污染环境。

如图1所示的实施例:一种底部为锥形的小型沼气发生器包括:沼气发生器罐体1,盖2,把手3,出气口4,水槽5,出料口6和支架7。沼气发生器罐体1上部呈桶状,底部呈锥形,罐体材质选用不锈钢材料,箱体体积大幅缩小为1m3。
本发明具有结构简单,方便实用,易于管理,成本造价低廉,节省地面空间,安全且不污染环境等特点。

2.如权利1所述的底部为锥形的小型沼气发生器,沼气发生器罐体要求上部呈桶状,底部做成锥形,罐体可以选用不锈钢、玻璃钢、塑料等材料,箱体体积大幅缩小为0.01m3-2m3。
