本发明涉及一种耐热聚醚醚酮塑料,其特征在于:其包含下列组分,氧化聚乙烯酯12份,碳酸钙4份,三乙烯二胺4份,球形二氧化硅9份,氧化聚乙烯酯5份,碳酸钙4份,三乙烯二胺12份,对苯二甲醇12份,聚乙烯树脂80份,酒石酸2份,硬脂酸钙4份,醋酸乙烯7份。与现有的技术相比,本发明的塑料有耐高温性能,适合在条件而列的高温工作区安置使用,绝缘塑料带在低于360℃时不会产生变形,而普通的塑料在100℃左右时就开始变形。

    本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其是一种耐热聚醚醚酮塑料。
背景技术
塑料是利用单体原料以合成或缩合反应聚合而成的材料,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成的,它的主要成分是合成树脂,其本身材料不具备耐热性,在输送温度较高的介质时,会造成压力折减,承压能力显著降低。 
发明内容
    本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐热聚醚醚酮塑料。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明的耐热聚醚醚酮塑料,其包含下列组分,氧化聚乙烯酯12份,碳酸钙4份,三乙烯二胺4份,球形二氧化硅9份,氧化聚乙烯酯5份,碳酸钙4份,三乙烯二胺12份,对苯二甲醇12份,聚乙烯树脂80份,酒石酸2份,硬脂酸钙4 份,醋酸乙烯7份。
所述塑料还包括聚丙烯纤维素1份。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的塑料有耐高温性能,适合在条件而列的高温工作区安置使用,绝缘塑料带在低于360℃时不会产生变形,而普通的塑料在100℃左右时就开始变形。其使用更加安全,由于具有更高的最小要求强度使其拥有更薄的壁厚,成本降低显著。生产成本低,可以节省管材成本,且承压能力更高,加工性能好,适合批量生产。
