技术领域
本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料。
背景技术
无机保温砂浆(玻化微珠防火保温砂浆,复合硅酸铝保温砂浆)是一种用于建筑物内外墙粉刷的新型保温节能砂浆材料,以无机玻化微珠(又称闭孔膨胀珍珠岩)作为轻骨料,加由胶凝材料、抗裂添加剂及其他填充料等组成的干粉砂浆。具有节能利废、保温隔热、防火防冻、耐老化的优异性能以及低廉的价格等特点,有着广泛的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:硫铝酸盐水泥300-330,粉煤灰5-7、填充料10-20,玻化微珠40-50、羟丙甲基纤维2-3、石膏8-12、氢氧化钙2-3、酒糟灰3-5、葡萄糖酸钠1.2-2.3,硼酸锌1-2,菜籽饼1-2,石蜡微晶颗粒2-4;
填充料由下列重量份的原料制成:
花生壳4-5,凹凸棒土7-10,硅灰石3-4、膨胀蛭石15-16、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2,碳酸二甲酯2-3,环氧大豆油1-2;
填充料的制备方法是将花生壳、硅灰石、膨胀蛭石混匀后,破碎,再在700-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,与凹凸棒土一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8-9,研磨浆料至400-500目后,其它剩余原料混合,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,即得。
所述的一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
将硫铝酸盐水泥、填充料、酒糟灰按重量份混匀,于300-400转/分下搅拌6-8分钟,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,100-200转/分钟匀速搅拌20-30分钟,再将搅拌好的物料三辊研磨机研磨2-4小时,包装后即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明保温、防火、耐老化,寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:硫铝酸盐水泥330,粉煤灰7、填充料20,玻化微珠50、羟丙甲基纤维2、石膏12、氢氧化钙3、酒糟灰5、葡萄糖酸钠1.8,硼酸锌2,菜籽饼1,石蜡微晶颗粒2;
填充料由下列重量kg的原料制成:
花生壳5,凹凸棒土10,硅灰石4、膨胀蛭石15、硅烷偶联剂KH5501,碳酸二甲酯3,环氧大豆油2;
填充料的制备方法是将花生壳、硅灰石、膨胀蛭石混匀后,破碎,再在750℃下煅烧4小时,取出,与凹凸棒土一并加入适量水中研磨,加15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为9,研磨浆料至500目后,其它剩余原料混合,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,即得。
所述的一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料,制备方法为:
将硫铝酸盐水泥、填充料、酒糟灰按重量比例kg混匀,于400转/分下搅拌6分钟,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,200转/分钟匀速搅拌20分钟,再将搅拌好的物料三辊研磨机研磨2小时,包装后即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:

1.一种含石蜡微晶颗粒的保温防火骨料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:硫铝酸盐水泥300-330,粉煤灰5-7、填充料10-20,玻化微珠40-50、羟丙甲基纤维2-3、石膏8-12、氢氧化钙2-3、酒糟灰3-5、葡萄糖酸钠1.2-2.3,硼酸锌1-2,菜籽饼1-2,石蜡微晶颗粒2-4;
填充料由下列重量份的原料制成:
花生壳4-5,凹凸棒土7-10,硅灰石3-4、膨胀蛭石15-16、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,碳酸二甲酯2-3,环氧大豆油1-2;
填充料的制备方法是将花生壳、硅灰石、膨胀蛭石混匀后,破碎,再在700-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,与凹凸棒土一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8-9,研磨浆料至400-500目后,其它剩余原料混合,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,即得。

制备方法为:
将硫铝酸盐水泥、填充料、酒糟灰按重量份混匀,于300-400转/分下搅拌6-8分钟,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,100-200转/分钟匀速搅拌20-30分钟,再将搅拌好的物料三辊研磨机研磨2-4小时,包装后即得。
