本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:偏硅酸钙1-2、轻烧氧化镁2-4、粘土5-7、破碎的废旧混凝土7-9、水玻璃1-2、电炉磷矿渣5-8、元明粉1-2、水泥60-78、石膏7-9、玻化微珠40-50、硫酸镁1-2、氯化钙3-5、丁香油0.1-0.2。
所述的一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取粘土、破碎的废旧混凝土于浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡6-8小时,取出,去离子水洗涤,烘干,再加入相当于其重量1-1.5%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2-2.5%的硅烷偶联剂DL171,以及适量的水,于100-200转/分下搅拌10-15分钟后,烘干,即得改性矿物粉;
(2)将改性矿物粉、轻烧氧化镁混匀,于1100-1200转/分下搅拌5-10分钟,取出,加水搅拌均匀成悬浮液,再加浓度为10-15%的氢氧化钠调pH为7.8-8.5,再研磨至500-600目,再加盐酸调至中性后与剩余全部原料混匀后,100-200转/分钟匀速搅拌20-30分钟后即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的保温砂浆各项性能符合国家标准,保温性能好,破碎的废旧混凝土的利用变废为宝,节约了成本。
具体实施方式
一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:偏硅酸钙2、轻烧氧化镁2、粘土7、破碎的废旧混凝土9、水玻璃1、电炉磷矿渣8、元明粉1、水泥78、石膏9、玻化微珠50、硫酸镁2、氯化钙5、丁香油0.1。
所述的一种玻化微珠建筑保温砂浆,制备方法为:
(1)取粘土、破碎的废旧混凝土于浓度为15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡8小时,取出,去离子水洗涤,烘干,再加入相当于其重量1.5%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2.5%的硅烷偶联剂DL171,以及适量的水,于200转/分下搅拌10分钟后,烘干,即得改性矿物粉;
(2)将改性矿物粉、轻烧氧化镁混匀,于1200转/分下搅拌5分钟,取出,加水搅拌均匀成悬浮液,再加浓度为15%的氢氧化钠调pH为8.5,再研磨至600目,再加盐酸调至中性后与剩余全部原料混匀后,200转/分钟匀速搅拌30分钟后即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:
