Abstract
一种鲜切蔬菜的保鲜包装袋，采用PE/PP或OPP膜制成，包装袋的一面分布有多个向外凸起的单向鼓泡；PE/PP或OPP膜厚度为0.5mm，单向鼓泡厚度0.01mm，直径2‑6 mm,鼓泡间距3‑6 mm。采用上述包装袋的鲜切蔬菜保鲜工艺：1、选取所述保鲜袋，把处理后鲜切蔬菜放入保鲜袋中至体积的4/5，然后封袋；2、包装后的鲜切蔬菜包装袋放置时使得带有鼓泡的一面垂直于底面地置于透气保鲜转运箱；3、最后把保鲜转运箱放置于3‑5℃的冷链温度下贮运。本发明能使包装好的鲜切蔬菜既具有良好透气透湿效果、又方便应用，概因单向鼓泡具有较好的O2、CO2等气体的透过性及透水性，过量水汽结露会优先在单向鼓泡中存在，避免了水滴，使鲜切产品不易滋生病原菌，不易变质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的鲜切蔬菜保鲜包装袋。本发明还涉及采用所述包装袋进行鲜切蔬菜保鲜包装的方法。
背景技术
鲜切蔬菜是经过分级、清洗、修整、切分、消毒及包装等处理后，不改变其原有新鲜状态的蔬菜产品。目前，鲜切蔬菜的保鲜主要依靠气调包装技术并配合冷链技术来实现。在鲜切蔬菜产品的气调包装上，应用最广泛的包装材料是聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、高压低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)，然后根据不同包装蔬菜产品本身的生理特性，采取不同的O2、CO2、N2比率进行气调包装。尽管配合冷链贮藏，以上的包装材料的透气性较强，但是透湿性很差；鲜切蔬菜仍然会因呼吸作用而产生水汽，特别是鲜切蔬菜处于货架期，其因呼吸作用而产生的水汽会更多；因此包装袋内的水汽往往会结露而产生较多的水滴，从而造成鲜切产品更易滋生病原菌，也更易变质。针对以上的不足，开发更好透气、透湿、并方便应用包装技术，是亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题，就是提供一种鲜切蔬菜的保鲜包装袋。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题，就是提供使用所述保鲜包装袋的鲜切蔬菜保鲜包装工艺。
采用本发明的保鲜包装袋和包装工艺，能使包装好的鲜切蔬菜既具有良好透气透湿效果、又方便应用，这是因为包装袋上具有较薄的单向鼓泡，这些泡具有较好的O2、CO2等气体的透过性以及较好的透水性，最重要的是过量的水汽结露会优先在单向鼓泡中存在，避免直接与包装鲜切蔬菜接触而产生不良的影响，有效避免了包装袋内的水汽结露产生水滴，使鲜切产品不易滋生病原菌，不易变质。
解决上述第一个技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种鲜切蔬菜的保鲜包装袋，采用PE、PP或OPP膜制成，其特征是：所述的包装袋的一面分布有多个向外凸起的单向鼓泡。
所述的PE、PP或OPP膜厚度为0.5mm，所述的单向鼓泡厚度为0.01mm，直径为2-6mm,鼓泡间距3-6mm。
所述的包装袋的长乘宽为(30-60)*(10-30)。
很薄的单向鼓泡能使包装好的鲜切蔬菜具有良好透气透湿效果，有效避免了包装袋内的水汽结露产生水滴；同时，其一面具有单向鼓泡，另一面没有鼓泡，这样设计可以在保证包装袋的透气、透湿特性的同时，也使包装袋具有较好的透光性、韧性，便于鲜切蔬菜的包装、装运而不会易破、损坏。
解决上述第二个技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种采用上述包装袋的鲜切蔬菜保鲜工艺，包括以下步骤：
1、选取所述保鲜袋，把经过分级、清洗、修整、切分、消毒等一系列处理的鲜切蔬菜放入保鲜袋中，至保鲜袋体积的3.5/5-4.5/5，然后封袋；
2、包装后的鲜切蔬菜包装袋放置时使得带有鼓泡的一面垂直于箱底面地置于透气保鲜转运箱，防止鼓泡被压破；
3、最后把保鲜转运箱放置于冷链温度下贮运(3-5℃)。
本发明的包装袋和包装工艺与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
(1)制作的保鲜袋即可以透湿，也可以通气，能够较好地保持鲜活农产品的品质特性。(2)可以防止鲜切蔬菜呼吸放出水汽凝结水的聚集对果蔬品质的伤害。(3)可以重复使用，属于环境友好型产品。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明的鲜切蔬菜的保鲜包装袋1，采用PE/PP或OPP膜制成，PE/PP或OPP膜厚度为0.5mm，包装袋的一面分布有多个向外凸起的单向鼓泡2，单向鼓泡厚度为0.01mm，直径为2-6mm，鼓泡间距4mm,包装袋的长乘宽为60*30，袋口有1-3mm的封口带3。
采用上述包装袋的鲜切蔬菜保鲜工艺的实施例，步骤如下：
1)将鲜切菜心1.5kg放入保鲜袋(PE材料，20×30cm)中并封口。
2)包装后的鲜切蔬菜包装袋放置时使得带有鼓泡的一面垂直于底面地置于透气保鲜转运箱(参见图3)。
3)最后把保鲜转运箱放置于冷链温度4℃下贮运。
Claims (1)
1.一种保鲜包装袋在保鲜鲜切蔬菜中的应用，其特征是：包括以下步骤：
S1、选取所述保鲜包装袋，把经过分级、清洗、修整、切分、消毒一系列处理的鲜切蔬菜放入保鲜包装袋中，至保鲜袋体积的（3.5/5）-（4.5/5），然后封袋；
S2、包装后的鲜切蔬菜包装袋放置时使得带有单向鼓泡的一面垂直于箱底面地置于透气保鲜转运箱，防止鼓泡被压破；
S3、最后把保鲜转运箱放置于3-5℃冷链温度下贮运；
所述的保鲜包装袋采用PE、PP或OPP膜制成，所述包装袋的一面分布有多个向外凸起的单向鼓泡；
所述的PE、PP或OPP膜厚度为0.5mm，所述的单向鼓泡厚度为0.01mm，直径为2-6mm，鼓泡间距3-6mm。
