水中锰的检验方法
本发明涉及一种水质现场速测箱使用的Mn的测定方法。
现有水质Mn的检验方法需要在分析实验室使用专门仪器进行,不能适应乡村饮用水及江湖的现场快速检验的需要。
本发明的目的在于提供一种水质现场速测箱使用的Mn测定方法,使方法的灵敏度、准确度达到或接近标准的方法的要求,以适应各种水质检验的需要。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:锰的快速测定方法是利用在碱性及焦磷酸盐存在条件下,用高碘酸钾将低价锰氧化成高价锰酸盐,具体程序如下:
1、将以下试剂按下列百分比混合均匀:
焦磷酸钾  68  无水乙酸钠  20  高碘酸钾  4
硝酸钾     5  焦硫酸钾     3并仔细研磨,然后过60-100目筛,置于小试剂瓶内,并标上锰标记“Mn”;
2、测定时,在25ml比色管内加水样至25ml,加入试剂“Mn”一勺(0.1克),摇匀溶解,放置30分钟,用10厘米比色皿比色测定。
通过以上改进的分析方法,使水质现场速测箱的快速分析方法的灵敏度、准确度均达到或接近标准分析方法的要求,并可适用各种水质检验的需要。

Claims (1)

1、一种适用于水质现场速测箱使用的Mn的快速分析方法,其特征在于:利用在碱性及焦磷酸盐存在的条件下,用高碘酸钾将低价锰氧化成高价锰酸盐;具体程序如下:
(1)将以下试剂按下列百分比混合均匀:
焦磷酸钾  68  无水乙酸钠  20  高碘酸钾4
硝酸钾     5  焦硫酸钾     3并仔细研磨,然后过60—100目筛,置于小试剂瓶内,并标上锰标记“Mn”;
(2)测定时,在25ml比色管内加水样至25ml,加入试剂“Mn”一勺(0.1克),摇匀溶解,放置30分钟,用10厘米比色皿比色测定。
