本发明涉及一种排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构,在安装基座本体上沿着其轴向开设有圆柱轴孔与圆锥轴孔,圆锥轴孔的大口朝向右侧,圆锥轴孔同轴连接在圆柱轴孔的右端部,在安装基座本体的左端面上一体同轴连接有主轴前端盘定位环,主轴前端盘定位环的内圆直径大于圆柱轴孔的直径,主轴前端盘定位环的外圆直径大于安装基座本体的外圆直径,在安装基座本体上开设有贯穿主轴前端盘定位环的台阶孔,在安装基座本体上开设有卡盘安装螺孔,卡盘安装螺孔为盲孔。本发明既能安装筒夹,又能安装卡盘,减少了原材料的资源损耗、方便了筒夹或者卡盘在机床主轴部件上的自由安装,降低了安装时间、提高了工作效率、增加了机床加工能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排刀式数控车床上使用的部件,尤其是一种排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构。
背景技术
目前,在排刀式数控车床上,在安装筒夹时,必须使用筒夹适配器,在安装卡盘时,必须使用卡盘安装用的前连接盘,所以在筒夹与卡盘转换操作时,必须一同更换与它们对应的安装基座,操作非常麻烦,而且工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种方便了筒夹和卡盘在机床主轴部件上的自由安装、降低安装时间并提高工作效率的排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构,它包括呈圆柱状的安装基座本体,在安装基座本体上沿着其轴向开设有圆柱轴孔与圆锥轴孔,圆锥轴孔的大口朝向右侧,圆锥轴孔同轴连接在圆柱轴孔的右端部,在安装基座本体的左端面上一体同轴连接有主轴前端盘定位环,主轴前端盘定位环的内圆直径大于圆柱轴孔的直径,主轴前端盘定位环的外圆直径大于安装基座本体的外圆直径,在安装基座本体上开设有贯穿主轴前端盘定位环的台阶孔,在安装基座本体上开设有卡盘安装螺孔,卡盘安装螺孔为盲孔。 
所述圆锥轴孔所在圆锥的锥度为30度。
所述台阶孔共有均匀分布的六个,卡盘安装螺孔共有均匀分布的三个。
本发明既能安装筒夹,又能安装卡盘,减少了原材料的资源损耗、方便了筒夹或者卡盘在机床主轴部件上的自由安装,降低了安装时间、提高了工作效率、增加了机床加工能力。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构,它包括呈圆柱状的安装基座本体6.1,在安装基座本体6.1上沿着其轴向开设有圆柱轴孔6.2与圆锥轴孔6.3,圆锥轴孔6.3的大口朝向右侧,圆锥轴孔6.3同轴连接在圆柱轴孔6.2的右端部,在安装基座本体6.1的左端面上一体同轴连接有主轴前端盘定位环6.4,主轴前端盘定位环6.4的内圆直径大于圆柱轴孔6.2的直径,主轴前端盘定位环6.4的外圆直径大于安装基座本体6.1的外圆直径,在安装基座本体6.1上开设有贯穿主轴前端盘定位环6.4的台阶孔6.5,在安装基座本体6.1上开设有卡盘安装螺孔6.6,卡盘安装螺孔6.6为盲孔。 
所述圆锥轴孔6.3所在圆锥的锥度为30度。
所述台阶孔6.5共有均匀分布的六个,卡盘安装螺孔6.6共有均匀分布的三个。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明中,安装基座本体6.1的外圆柱面为卡盘8的定位面,圆锥轴孔6.3的锥面为筒夹7的定位面,圆柱轴孔6.2的内圆柱面是安装在主轴前端盘4的定位面,台阶孔6.5是与主轴前端盘4相连接用的螺钉孔,卡盘安装螺孔6.6是安装卡盘8用的。
本发明的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座6通过主轴前端盘定位环6.4及螺钉安装在主轴前端盘4上,所述主轴前端盘4是主轴部件2的旋转部分,所述主轴部件2安装在主轴箱3中,所述筒夹7或卡盘8通过拉杆1的轴向推拉实现了筒夹7或卡盘8张开或收缩达到松开或夹紧工件。
本发明的工作过程如下:把精密排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座6安装在主轴前端盘4上,调整好精度用紧固螺钉连接可牢。当需要用卡盘8夹持大直经工件时,安装上卡盘8;当需要用筒夹7夹持工件时,安装上筒夹7。
本发明安装在主轴前端盘4上,并且通过螺钉与主轴部件2相连,方便筒夹7或者卡盘8在机床主轴部件上的自由安装,节约了制造成本、降低了安装时间、提高了工作效率、增加了机床加工能力。

1.一种排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构,它包括呈圆柱状的安装基座本体(6.1),其特征是:在安装基座本体(6.1)上沿着其轴向开设有圆柱轴孔(6.2)与圆锥轴孔(6.3),圆锥轴孔(6.3)的大口朝向右侧,圆锥轴孔(6.3)同轴连接在圆柱轴孔(6.2)的右端部,在安装基座本体(6.1)的左端面上一体同轴连接有主轴前端盘定位环(6.4),主轴前端盘定位环(6.4)的内圆直径大于圆柱轴孔(6.2)的直径,主轴前端盘定位环(6.4)的外圆直径大于安装基座本体(6.1)的外圆直径,在安装基座本体(6.1)上开设有贯穿主轴前端盘定位环(6.4)的台阶孔(6.5),在安装基座本体(6.1)上开设有卡盘安装螺孔(6.6),卡盘安装螺孔(6.6)为盲孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的排刀式数控车床的筒夹、卡盘自由转换的安装基座结构,其特征是:所述圆锥轴孔(6.3)所在圆锥的锥度为30度。
