Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动复位拉伸器，包括拉伸螺栓，拉伸螺栓上、下设置可换螺母、锁紧螺母；可换螺母外围固定设置在油缸上，且油缸与可换螺母之间固定设置复位弹簧和拉伸活塞；锁紧螺母外围设置支撑圈，所述支撑圈的上部与油缸的下部通过拉伸螺栓密封固定。通过复位弹簧和拉伸活塞共同实现全自动化，省时省力，降低成本，提高工作效率。

本发明涉及一种自动复位拉伸器，尤其是一种液压拉伸器。
背景技术
现阶段的拉伸器一般分为单级拉伸器与双级拉伸器，它们的复位都是通过人工干预或者专门的大型机械设备进行，人工干预耗费人力，影响作业效率，大型设备的成本也较高，且不能多样化利用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种设计独特，合理，且使用方便的能够进行自动复位的拉伸器。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种自动复位拉伸器，包括拉伸螺栓，拉伸螺栓上、下设置可换螺母、锁紧螺母；可换螺母外围固定设置在油缸上，且油缸与可换螺母之间固定设置复位弹簧和拉伸活塞；锁紧螺母外围设置支撑圈，所述支撑圈的上部与油缸的下部通过拉伸螺栓密封固定。
所述拉伸活塞上设置有检测装置，检测装置包括检测顶销。
所述拉伸活塞与油缸之间设置密封圈。
本发明的有益效果为:通过复位弹簧和拉伸活塞共同实现全自动化，省时省力，降低成本，提高工作效率。

如图1所示，自动复位拉伸器，包括拉伸螺栓8，拉伸螺栓上、下设置可换螺母2、锁紧螺母9；可换螺母外围固定设置在油缸上，且油缸与可换螺母之间固定设置复位弹簧1和拉伸活塞5；锁紧螺母外围设置支撑圈10，所述支撑圈的上部与油缸的下部通过拉伸螺栓密封固定；所述拉伸活塞上设置有检测装置4，检测装置包括检测顶销3；所述拉伸活塞与油缸之间设置密封圈6。

1.一种自动复位拉伸器，其特征在于：包括拉伸螺栓，拉伸螺栓上、下设置可换螺母、锁紧螺母；可换螺母外围固定设置在油缸上，且油缸与可换螺母之间固定设置复位弹簧和拉伸活塞；锁紧螺母外围设置支撑圈，所述支撑圈的上部与油缸的下部通过拉伸螺栓密封固定。
2.如权利要求1所述自动复位拉伸器，其特征在于：所述拉伸活塞上设置有检测装置，检测装置包括检测顶销。
3.如权利要求1所述自动复位拉伸器，其特征在于：所述拉伸活塞与油缸之间设置密封圈。
