本发明的一种磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,包括焊枪车架,车架驱动轮,其特征是,连接车架左从动轮和右从动轮的轮轴为两节内外螺纹管状连接结构,内螺纹管的一端连接一个左从动轮,外螺纹管的一端连接右从动轮,在左从动轮的中心设置一个通孔,外螺纹管的另一端穿过左从动轮的通孔,用锁紧螺母将外螺纹管固定在内螺纹管内。

目前,传统钢结构高空焊接,需人工作业,给人身安全带来安全隐患。
发明内容
   本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,包括焊枪车架,车架驱动轮,其特征是,连接车架左从动轮和右从动轮的轮轴为两节内外螺纹管状连接结构,内螺纹管的一端连接一个左从动轮,外螺纹管的一端连接右从动轮,在左从动轮的中心设置一个通孔,外螺纹管的另一端穿过左从动轮的通孔,用锁紧螺母将外螺纹管固定在内螺纹管内。
所述左从动轮和右从动轮上均设置有定位挡圈。
所述焊枪车架底座上设置一个电磁铁并连接一个电磁铁电流调节器。
采用本设计的有益效果是:通过本设计只需调节左右从动轮之间的距离,将从动轮上的定位挡圈卡在工件的两边,打开电磁铁就能使焊枪车架在钢结构件上平稳爬行。

如图所示,本发明的磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,包括焊枪车架1,车架驱动轮2,其特征是,连接车架左从动轮3和右从动轮4的轮轴为两节内外螺纹管状连接结构,内螺纹管5的一端连接一个左从动轮3,外螺纹管6的一端连接右从动轮4,在左从动轮3的中心设置一个通孔7,外螺纹管6的另一端穿过左从动轮3的通孔7,用锁紧螺母8将外螺纹管6固定在内螺纹管5内。
所述左从动轮3和右从动轮4上均设置有定位挡圈9。
所述焊枪车架1底座上设置一个电磁铁10并连接一个电磁铁电流调节器11。

1.一种磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,包括焊枪车架(1),车架驱动轮(2),其特征是,连接车架左从动轮(3)和右从动轮(4)的轮轴为两节内外螺纹管状连接结构,内螺纹管(5)的一端连接一个左从动轮(3),外螺纹管(6)的一端连接右从动轮(4),在左从动轮(3)的中心设置一个通孔(7),外螺纹管(6)的另一端穿过左从动轮(3)的通孔(7),用锁紧螺母(8)将外螺纹管(6)固定在内螺纹管(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,其特征是,所述左从动轮(3)和右从动轮(4)上均设置有定位挡圈(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁吸定位爬行式钢结构焊接机,其特征是,所述焊枪车架(1)底座上设置一个电磁铁(10)并连接一个电磁铁电流调节器(11)。
