技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊锡结构,特别是关于一种焊锡线。
背景技术
焊锡是在焊接线路中连接电子元器件的重要工业原材料,广泛应用于电子工业、家电制造业、汽车制造业、维修业和日常生活中。
焊锡线是手工焊接电路板,最便捷的焊料。焊锡线按其金属成分可分为无铅焊锡和有铅焊锡。成分不同的锡线具有不同的熔点,用途亦各有不同。
在焊接过程中,助焊剂是必不可少的添加物,但由于其用量不好控制,常常会影响焊点的牢固性,且焊锡线的表面直接与空气进行接接触,存放过程中易被氧化,而在焊接的高温环境下,氧化情况更为严重。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种焊锡线,通过对焊锡线结构的改进,助焊剂均匀分布于焊锡线内,使得在焊接过程中,助焊剂可均匀释放,且可防止焊锡线被氧化,从而保证了焊点的牢固性。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种焊锡线,包含助焊层,锡层及抗氧化涂层,其中,该锡层包覆该助焊层,该抗氧化涂层均匀地涂覆于该锡层表面,该助焊层的截面呈十字形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该焊锡线的截面呈圆形结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该十字形的两条边长度相等。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该十字形的两边长度不相等。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该抗氧化涂层的截面呈圆环形。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对焊锡线结构的改进,助焊剂均匀分布于焊锡线内,使得在焊接过程中,助焊剂可均匀释放,且可防止焊锡线被氧化,从而保证了焊点的牢固性。

如图1及图2所示,其中,图2为图1沿A-A’方向的截面示意图,一种焊锡线10,包含助焊层11,锡层12及抗氧化涂层13,其中,锡层12包覆助焊层11,抗氧化涂层13均匀地涂覆于锡层12表面,助焊层11的截面呈十字形。焊锡线10的截面呈圆形结构。
其中,助焊层11的材料是以松香为主要成分的混合物,其成分包含有机溶剂、松香树脂及其衍生物、合成树脂表面活性剂、有机酸活化剂、防腐蚀剂,助溶剂、成膜剂。助焊层11的截面呈十字形结构,可使得锡层12在焊接时,受到高温融化的过程中,助焊层也同时释放,十字形结构较优选的为两边长度相等的十字形,当然,并不限于此,十字形的两边长度也可以不相等。在焊接过程中,助焊层11可清除焊料和被焊母材表面的氧化物,使金属表面达到必要的清洁度,防止焊接时表面的再次氧化,降低焊料表面张力,提高焊接性能。
锡层12的材料主要为金属锡,锡层12包覆助焊层11。较佳地,锡层12完全包覆助焊层11,换句话说,助焊层11与锡层12之间无空隙。
抗氧化涂层13主要由抗氧化粉构成,其成分为非金属矿物质材料组合,抗氧化涂层13均匀地涂覆于锡层12表面,不仅可以防止锡层12在存放过程中被空气氧化,且在焊接时,与熔化焊锡接触在焊锡表面形成结晶体,隔离锡液与空气中的氧接触,防止锡液氧化,同时将对锡渣进行分解还原达到减少锡渣产生。
综上所述,本发明通过对焊锡线结构的改进,使得助焊剂均匀分布于焊锡线内,使得在焊接过程中,助焊剂可均匀释放,且可防止焊锡线被氧化,从而保证了焊点的牢固性。

1.一种焊锡线,包含助焊层,锡层及抗氧化涂层,其中,该锡层包覆该助焊层,该抗氧化涂层均匀地涂覆于该锡层表面,该助焊层的截面呈十字形。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊锡线,其特征在于,该焊锡线的截面呈圆形结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊锡线,其特征在于,该十字形的两条边长度相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的焊锡线,其特征在于,该十字形的两边长度不相等。
5.如权利要求1所述的焊锡线,其特征在于,该抗氧化涂层的截面呈圆环形。
