本发明的尾座锁紧机构,包括尾座上体,在尾座上体下方连接有尾座下体,尾座下体的下面两侧与床身之间设有直线导轨;尾座下体的下面中部设有上压板和下压板,导向螺栓穿过下压板和上压板后端头与下尾座体连接,上压板和下压板的两侧边夹持床身的向内的侧边,在上压板上固定有左旋丝母,在下压板上固定有右旋丝母,锁紧螺杆分别与左旋丝母和右旋丝母相配,在上压板中部有向上的凸台,该凸台插入尾座下体上的凹槽内。转动锁紧螺杆,使上压板和下压板夹紧床身内侧边,不但夹紧力大,而且夹紧力不作用于直线导轨,顶尖顶靠工件产生的轴向力由上压板上面的凸台承受。结构简单,提高了直线导轨的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床用部件,特别是一种尾座锁紧机构。
背景技术
尾座是机床上常用的部件之一,被加工的工件装在卡盘上,随机床的主轴转动,有时工件的另一侧需要有顶尖支撑,顶尖装在机床的尾座上,尾座通过直线导轨设置在机床的床身上,顶尖顶靠工件时,需要将尾座锁紧固定。现有的尾座锁紧机构对直线导轨有影响,即直线导轨承受锁紧力,严重影响了直线导轨的使用寿命,且锁紧力小,牢固性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、锁紧力大、锁紧力不作用于直线导轨的尾座锁紧机构,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的尾座锁紧机构,包括尾座上体,在尾座上体下方连接有尾座下体,尾座下体的下面两侧与床身之间设有直线导轨;尾座下体的下面中部设有上压板和下压板,导向螺栓穿过下压板和上压板后端头与下尾座体连接,上压板和下压板的两侧边夹持床身的向内的侧边,在上压板上固定有左旋丝母,在下压板上固定有右旋丝母,锁紧螺杆分别与左旋丝母和右旋丝母相配,在上压板中部有向上的凸台,该凸台插入尾座下体上的凹槽内。
本发明的尾座锁紧机构,需要锁紧时,转动锁紧螺杆,由于与其连接的丝母为左、右旋丝母,同时锁紧螺杆处于浮动状态(锁紧螺杆与尾座上体不接触),这样带动了上压板和下压板相对即相近运动,使上压板和下压板夹紧床身内侧边,不但夹紧力大,而且夹紧力不作用于直线导轨,顶尖顶靠工件产生的轴向力由上压板上面的凸台承受。结构简单,提高了直线导轨的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:1为尾座上体,尾座上体1上部安装有手轮、顶尖等。在尾座上体1的下面通过螺栓固定连接有尾座下体2,尾座下体2的下面两侧与床身5之间设有直线导轨,直线导轨中的导轨4固定在床身5上,直线导轨中的滑块3与尾座下体2的底面通过螺钉固定连接。
尾座下体2的下面中部设有上压板7和下压板8,导向螺栓6穿过下压板8和上压板7后端头与下尾座体2连接。上压板7和下压板8的两侧边夹持床身5的向内的侧边。
在上压板7上固定有左旋丝母11,在下压板8上固定有右旋丝母9,锁紧螺杆10分别与左旋丝母11和右旋丝母9相配。
在上压板7中部有向上的凸台,该凸台插入尾座下体2上的凹槽内且沿尾座轴向方向前后面有90H7/f6的配合。
本发明的尾座锁紧机构,需要锁紧时,转动锁紧螺杆10,由于与其连接的丝母为左、右旋丝母,同时锁紧螺杆处于浮动状态(锁紧螺杆与尾座上体不接触),带动了上压板7和下压板8相对即相近运动,使上压板7和下压板8夹紧床身5的内侧边,不但夹紧力大,而且夹紧力不作用于直线导轨,顶尖顶靠工件产生的轴向力由上压板7上面的凸台承受。结构简单,提高了直线导轨的使用寿命。

1.一种尾座锁紧机构,包括尾座上体(1),在尾座上体(1)下方连接有尾座下体(2),尾座下体(2)的下面两侧与床身(5)之间设有直线导轨;其特征在于:尾座下体(2)的下面中部设有上压板(7)和下压板(8),导向螺栓(6)穿过下压板(8)和上压板(7)后端头与下尾座体(2)连接,上压板(7)和下压板(8)的两侧边夹持床身(5)的向内的侧边,在上压板(7)上固定有左旋丝母(11),在下压板(8)上固定有右旋丝母(9),锁紧螺杆(10)分别与左旋丝母(11)和右旋丝母(9)相配,在上压板(7)中部有向上的凸台,该凸台插入尾座下体(2)上的凹槽内。
