Background
Today, the health of everyone is threatened to different degrees, including working pressure, living environment, air pollution, water pollution, economic pressure and the like. Particularly, people who are in the white collar class and who are in the profession of mental labor have large relative mental stress, so that a series of skin problems of haggard face, dull skin, color spots, wrinkle increase and the like are caused.
The good effects of the collagen on the aspects of resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin are known by people, the collagen can supply necessary nutrients to the skin, increase the content of the collagen of the skin, enable the dermis to be full, recover the plumpness and elasticity of the skin and prevent the generation of wrinkles; it is also effective in promoting skin regeneration and helping the skin with defect or dent to recover to normal. Meanwhile, vitamin C has the effects of preventing pigmentation, promoting the synthesis of collagen, protecting the liver, improving the immunity of the human body and the like, and is used for delaying the aging of the human body by people. The combination of both for improving skin and cosmetology has been reported in the art. For example, CN 102091322 a chinese patent application specification published on 6/15/2011 discloses "a compound preparation of collagen tablet and a preparation method thereof", which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 985g of collagen powder, 12g of vitamin C12g and 3g of juicy peach essence, and the components are prepared into tablets. For another example, the anti-aging collagen peptide nutrient disclosed in CN 103300382 a chinese invention patent application specification published in 9/18/2013 is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4-6% of sea cucumber extract, 4-6% of vitamin C, 5-7% of seaweed extract, 5-7% of glucosamine hydrochloride, trace selenium and the balance of collagen long-acting oligopeptide, wherein the total amount is 100%; the dosage of the selenium is 0.02-0.03 g/kg. It is prepared into powder. For another example, CN1939535A published in chinese patent application publication No. 4/2007 is a "composite collagen liquid" comprising a mixture of collagen, vitamins and purified water, and is characterized in that: the vitamin is vitamin C, and the composite collagen liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: in every 100ml of the compound collagen liquid, 10-1000mg of collagen, 10-800mg of vitamin C and the balance of purified water; it is prepared into liquid preparation. For another example, CN 102318822 a published in 1/18/2012, "composite collagen capsule and preparation method thereof" disclosed in the specification of chinese patent application for invention, consists of: 30-50% of collagen, 4-12% of vitamin C, 2-4% of vitamin E, 10-20% of grape seed extract and the balance of soybean protein. It is formulated into capsule. The vitamin C collagen supplements disclosed in the above publications are mostly tablets, capsules, liquid preparations and granules, wherein the decomposition and release speed of the effective components of the tablets, capsules and granules are slow; liquid preparations are inconvenient to carry; secondly, the nutrient components are single, and the comprehensive efficacy is not ideal.
The effervescent tablet is a novel tablet developed and applied at home and abroad in recent years. Firstly, when the effervescent tablet is put into drinking water, a large amount of bubbles (carbon dioxide) are generated immediately under the action of the effervescent disintegrant, so that the tablet is quickly disintegrated and melted, the carbon dioxide generated when the tablet is disintegrated is partially dissolved in the drinking water, so that the drinking water has the aesthetic feeling of soda water when being drunk in the mouth, and the effervescent tablet is prepared into liquid for taking before use, is easy to swallow, has high bioavailability and small irritation to gastrointestinal tracts; secondly, the effective components of the effervescent tablet are dissolved in a short time, and the effervescent tablet has quick effect and high bioavailability; and thirdly, the storage and carrying are convenient.
Therefore, research and development of the vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet with the effects of improving human immunity and maintaining beauty and keeping young are important subjects.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the effective components of the vitamin C collagen supplement in the prior art are decomposed slowly, the liquid preparation is inconvenient to carry, the nutrient components are single, and the comprehensive effect is not ideal, the invention provides the vitamin C collagen composite effervescent tablet which has natural components, scientific proportion, safety, reliability, convenient taking, obvious effect and reasonable manufacturing process, and the preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet is characterized in that: the paint is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-2% of vitamin C, 25-40% of collagen, 5-15% of phycocyanin, 5-15% of whey protein, 5-15% of inulin, 1-5% of green tea extract, 5-10% of grape seed extract, and 5-10% of auxiliary materials of sodium bicarbonate, 5-10% of tartaric acid, 2-5% of citric acid, 2-5% of povidone, 5-10% of stevioside and 0.5-2% of magnesium stearate; the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent.
The preferred technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: vitamin C1%, collagen 35%, phycocyanin 8%, whey protein 8%, inulin 13%, green tea extract 3%, grape seed extract 6%, and adjuvants of sodium bicarbonate 6%, tartaric acid 6%, citric acid 3%, polyvidone 3%, stevioside 7% and magnesium stearate 1%.
A preparation method of vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablets is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following steps:
(a) the raw materials are selected in a 30 ten thousand grade clean area, and 0.5-2% of vitamin C, 25-40% of collagen, 5-15% of phycocyanin, 5-15% of whey protein, 5-15% of inulin, 1-5% of green tea extract, 5-10% of grape seed extract, 5-10% of sodium bicarbonate, 5-10% of tartaric acid, 2-5% of citric acid, 2-5% of povidone, 5-10% of stevioside and 0.5-2% of magnesium stearate are weighed according to weight percentage;
(b) sieving, namely sieving the vitamin C, the collagen, the phycocyanin, the whey protein, the inulin, the green tea extract and the grape seed extract selected in the step (a) by a sieve of 80-100 meshes respectively; sieving sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid, povidone, stevioside and magnesium stearate with a 100-120-mesh sieve respectively, and sealing for storage;
(c) mixing the vitamin C, the collagen, the phycocyanin, the whey protein, the inulin, the green tea extract, the grape seed extract, the tartaric acid, the citric acid and the stevioside sieved in the step (b) are sequentially added into a mixer and are dry-mixed to be uniform; sequentially adding the sodium bicarbonate and the povidone sieved in the step (b) into another mixer, and dry-mixing the mixture until the mixture is uniform;
(d) granulating, namely respectively adding PVP solution into the two mixers in the step (c), and wet-mixing the materials in the two mixers to be uniform to prepare a proper soft material; then adding the soft materials into a granulation machine provided with a 30-mesh screen to prepare wet granules;
(e) drying, namely respectively putting the wet particles prepared in the step (d) into a drying box, controlling the drying temperature to be 50-60 ℃, and drying the wet particles until the water content is 4-6% to obtain dried particles;
(f) granulating and mixing, namely granulating the dried particles obtained in the step (e) by a granulator provided with a 24-mesh screen; pouring the dried granules into a mixer, adding the magnesium stearate sieved in the step (b), and mixing to obtain a mixed material;
(g) tabletting, namely putting the mixed material obtained in the step (f) into a tabletting machine to be pressed into tablets to obtain effervescent tablets;
(h) and (g) selecting and packaging the effervescent tablets obtained in the step (g), removing cracks, loose tablets and unqualified tablets with surface flaws, and then bottling and packaging to obtain finished products.
The vitamin C collagen composite effervescent tablet is prepared by taking vitamin C, collagen, phycocyanin, whey protein, inulin, a green tea extract and a grape seed extract as main raw materials and adding auxiliary materials such as sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid, povidone, stevioside and magnesium stearate. Example 2
A vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1.5% of vitamin C, 40% of collagen, 5% of phycocyanin, 12% of whey protein, 5% of inulin, 5% of green tea extract, 5% of grape seed extract and auxiliary materials of 5% of sodium bicarbonate, 8% of tartaric acid, 2% of citric acid, 5% of povidone, 5% of stevioside and 1.5% of magnesium stearate.
Example 3
A vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: vitamin C2%, collagen 30%, phycocyanin 15%, whey protein 5%, inulin 6%, green tea extract 2%, grape seed extract 8%, and adjuvants of sodium bicarbonate 10%, tartaric acid 5%, citric acid 3%, polyvidone 2%, stevioside 10% and magnesium stearate 2%.
Example 4
A vitamin C collagen compound effervescent tablet is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5% of vitamin C, 25% of collagen, 5% of phycocyanin, 15% of whey protein, 15% of inulin, 1% of green tea extract, 10% of grape seed extract and auxiliary materials of 6% of sodium bicarbonate, 10% of tartaric acid, 2% of citric acid, 2% of povidone, 8% of stevioside and 0.5% of magnesium stearate.
The preparation method of the vitamin C collagen composite effervescent tablet provided by the embodiment 1-4 of the invention comprises the following process steps:
(a) selecting raw materials, weighing vitamin C, collagen, phycocyanin, whey protein, inulin, green tea extract, grape seed extract, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid, povidone, stevioside and magnesium stearate according to the weight percentages given in examples 1-4 in a 30-ten-thousand grade clean area;
(b) sieving, namely sieving the vitamin C, the collagen, the phycocyanin, the whey protein, the inulin, the green tea extract and the grape seed extract selected in the step (a) by a sieve of 80-100 meshes respectively; sieving sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid, povidone, stevioside and magnesium stearate with a 100-120-mesh sieve respectively, and sealing for storage;
(c) mixing the vitamin C, the collagen, the phycocyanin, the whey protein, the inulin, the green tea extract, the grape seed extract, the tartaric acid, the citric acid and the stevioside sieved in the step (b) are sequentially added into a mixer to be mixed for 30 minutes uniformly; sequentially adding the sodium bicarbonate and the povidone sieved in the step (b) into another mixer, and dry-mixing for 30 minutes until the mixture is uniform;
(d) granulating, namely respectively adding PVP solution into the two mixers in the step (c), and wet-mixing the materials in the two mixers for 30 minutes until the materials are uniform to prepare a proper soft material; then adding the soft materials into a granulation machine provided with a 30-mesh screen to prepare wet granules;
(e) drying, namely respectively putting the wet particles prepared in the step (d) into a drying box, controlling the drying temperature to be 50-60 ℃, and drying the wet particles until the water content is 4-6% to obtain dried particles;
(f) granulating and mixing, namely granulating the dried particles obtained in the step (e) by a granulator provided with a 24-mesh screen; pouring the dried granules into a mixer, adding the magnesium stearate sieved in the step (b), and mixing for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed material;
(g) tabletting, namely putting the mixed material obtained in the step (f) into a tabletting machine to be pressed into tablets of 4 g/tablet to obtain effervescent tablets;
(h) and (g) selecting and packaging the effervescent tablets obtained in the step (g), removing cracks, loose tablets and unqualified tablets with surface flaws, and then bottling and packaging to obtain finished products.

1. Object and method
1.1, test substance: the vitamin C collagen effervescent tablet prepared by the process provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention is used as an experimental sample.
1.2, subject: 30 patients with chloasma at 35-60 years old are selected according to the voluntary principle.

3. Determination of freckle-removing efficacy

(d) granulating, namely respectively adding PVP solution into the two mixers in the step (c), and wet-mixing the materials in the two mixers to be uniform to prepare a proper soft material; then adding the soft materials into a granulation machine provided with a 30-mesh screen to prepare wet granules;
(e) drying, namely respectively putting the wet particles prepared in the step (d) into a drying box, controlling the drying temperature to be 50-60 ℃, and drying the wet particles until the water content is 4-6% to obtain dried particles;
(f) granulating and mixing, namely granulating the dried particles obtained in the step (e) by a granulator provided with a 24-mesh screen; pouring the dried granules into a mixer, adding the magnesium stearate sieved in the step (b), and mixing to obtain a mixed material;
(g) tabletting, namely putting the mixed material obtained in the step (f) into a tabletting machine to be pressed into tablets to obtain effervescent tablets;
(h) and (g) selecting and packaging the effervescent tablets obtained in the step (g), removing cracks, loose tablets and unqualified tablets with surface flaws, and then bottling and packaging to obtain finished products.
